Happy we did the tour with Eric and Louisa, it was really good to see with our own eyes how this 500 year old family business produces incenses. Don't forget to buy some for home or give away. Highly recommended to do this trip. Only minus: no lunch served. But the train street was great. And Louisa and Eric were willing to help with making pictures which is great.

I highly recommend Harley at crossing vietnam tour, she allowed me to do everything I wanted to do and more (climb the fonsipan, trekking in the rice fields, cruise in Halong Bay, cooking class, day to Ninh binh with bike excursion in the wild as well as a taxi to return to the airport before my next destination). This allowed me to have no stress and to enjoy these magnificent places by being guided. She is very professional and has the determination that you get the best about the all trips

We had one of the most memorable food experiences in Hanoi! Our local guide, Gene brought us to try out some of the local authentic dishes which I would not have imagined trying. We enjoyed the little stories Gene shared with us and our family had a great time with Gene! Highly recommend you to try out the food tour if uou are in Hanoi!

The views were amazing, we took many good pictures. They also showed us how they make the incense and the process. We learned alot, unforgettable experince indeed. We definitely recommend our tourguide Eric who accompanied us, he is very friendly and nice. :)

Eric speaks excellent English and is extremely knowledgable in the tourist attractions. A must try if you are a tourist at Hanoi!

Had a half day city tour with Eric today. It was such an amazing trip as Eric was really knowledgeable and humorous. He explained the history of every site very clearly and is very well informed of all cultures and traditions. I would definitely recommend him to other tour groups as well.

What a fabulous experience… learning how to make authentic Vietnamese dishes. Our instructor, Ruby was delightful, friendly and very knowledgeable. She made the class fun and illustrated her ability to transform simple ingredients into beautiful and tasty traditional dishes. I can highly recommend this class.

We don't generally do tours, we prefer to do our own thing but we are glad we did this one. It was small (only 4 people) which was great. Tyler our guide was fantastic - very knowledgeable, relaxed, friendly and he seemed to enjoy it as much as we did. All the food was delicious and we have been back to a couple of the places since but we would never have known about them otherwise. Thank Tyler, great tour.
