Eric made sure I had a great time! All my food preferences were taken into account. Also, two of my friends had to cancel last-minute and were refunded partly although it was stated as non-refundable. Great customer service! We had an amazing experience with Dan who showed us around the streets of Hà Nội. He was very knowledgeable of the area and took us to great food spots. Dan was also very enthusiastic and fun which made the experience very pleasant. Would definitely recommend doing this tour to find good local Hà Nội cuisine.

We , a family of 9 planned a trip to vietnam for 8 days with this agency...our interaction started with Ms. Lana around 3 mnths before our trip and she was extremely understanding and patient with our requests..she suggested the best itinerary with the best hotels..everything was top notch..right from the pick up, everything was well planned..day tours with great guides...lunches at traditional restaurants..they even aranged some lunches at Indian restaurants...lana personally met us in Hanoi and even assisted us on our last day..she is a great asset to the team..would surely recommend booking small or complete tours with them..total transparency, decent pricing..knowledgable guides...and most importantly, flexibility to adapt as per our requests even on the trip..

We were given private tours via motorbike by Eric and Bob around Hanoi city to various places such as the st Joseph's cathedral and Hanoi opera house. They were exceptionally friendly and were able to articulate the history and provide cultural insights. This is the best way to soak in the city of Hanoi.

I got a wonderfull tour with Tommy at the Incense Village and the Train Street. He did an excellent job and I really enjoy the tour. I would highly recommend Crossing Vietnam tour and Tommy. He is a professional photographer and tour guide.

It was a very fun walking tour. We had a small group of 3 people. Our guide Hanna took us to try various local foods that we wouldn't find or try on our own. The train street was interesting too.

We had an amazing trip.. Everything was organised so well by Ms Lana.. since we were travelling with parents who preferred Indian veg food, Lana even changed some of our restaurants during the trip to ensure we get good Indian food.. can’t thank her enough for that. Everything was spot on.. right from airport pick ups to hotel stays, sightseeings, cruise experience. Overall a trip worth remembering.. our tour guides were also very good..
