Hi Ms. Sevasti We loved every minute of our 5 nights at ELYSIUM RESORT, RHODOS. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, friendly, helpful and very respectful. We were fortunate to meet Ms. Sevasti at our check-in whose special touch made our stay memorable. We would especially like to mention Mr. Manolis in the dining room for his excellent service, he made us feel like a very special customer. Thanks to Ms. Katerina for the warm welcome and smile every time we entered the dining room. Lucky for such a hotel are its employees. We will be happy to come again and enjoy the lovely Hotel. We had an amazing time on Stellar of the Seas! We were well attended to and excellently fed throughout, and given plenty of activity and rest throughout the trip. We are so grateful for the excellent crew on board who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. A special shoutout and gratitude goes to Boo, who was our personal assistant for the trip and attended to our every need with patience and humour. I would highly recommend this trip to everyone.

Loved our two nights on Stellar of the Seas, along with Elite of the Seas, clearly seems the best boat in the area - and there are a LOT of boats. 7 April - 9 April we stayed. We liked that Stella has less cabins and therefore less passengers than Elite. Five start hospitality and treatment from the moment we were greeted at the dock. The arrival and lunch is very special, we realised straight away we had made a great choice. The food is fantastic, very high standard buffer breakfast, brunch and dinner. You will not go hungry! If you stay a second night you get a 5-6 course la carte (plus access to the buffer) served by great staff (Alice on our case). Our room on second floor with a sitting balcony was fabulous and big, great bath and bed. Staff are fantastic, especially our wonderful butler Alice. Alice added to our stay with her attention to detail and her warm & kind manner.

Wow- fantastic everything communication when booking , lovely clean rooms , exceptional friendly staff, shout out to jay, Tin and Tommy. Wonderful food, great excursions, just a great cruise, i would suggest 2 nights to really get the feel for Halong bay and appreciate its beauty.

The cruise itself was a good experience. Unfortunately you pay a lot of money for a 3 hour transfer that is supposed to be comfortable. For 4 out of the people in the transfer van it is. However if you are like us and stuck in the back of the van, instead of getting a nice reclining seat you basically have a tiny bench. The bench sits very high and having knee problems I was in pain the entire journey. I feel completely ripped off and now in pain.

We booked 2 executive rooms for 3 days, 2 nights. We cut our stay after 1 day because the rooms were smelly (mold). They charged your for 5 star price but the experience was not great. I concur with other reviews that activities were lacking and not organize. Kayaking to the cave was chaotic to say the least.

Review for stellar of the seas While we were planning our trip, I initially was looking on trip advisor for a Ha Long Bay cruise but was recommended by a friend who was recommended by her friend Stellar of the Seas. After doing research by looking at their website as well as social media, it got us hooked. It’s worth the price! The transportation bus is comfortable (they even have chairs that massage) the drive was smooth. Tracy introduced herself immediately at the docks. We took off from the docks to head to the cruise ship and we were greeted by the entire staff with beautiful smiles waving to us. It was very movie like. I loved it. The views are splendor, the service was great. Tin the cruise manager always made his rounds to talk story and make sure everyone’s having a great time, Alice was our butler and she was great, Tracys been very welcoming from the start. Other outstanding employees that we’ve noticed that helped us a lot was Tommy and Cindy. I don’t even know where to start with Jay, he is so sweet so happy, taught us the trick to catching squid and we just had a great time in the evening seeing what the bay had to offer. Everyone is genuinely friendly. The activities offered was a perfect balance between fun and relaxing. The food and drinks were delicious! We also got a food demonstration on making bun cuon which I will definitely try to make when I return to the states. I will definitely come back in the future for anniversary trips or to bring family and will recommend all friends and family to stellar of the seas to properly enjoy Ha Long Bay.

The property is awsum..just 10 min from anjuna beach... The staff at hotel r very friendly and always ready to help... I had 6 year son along...the dining staff made sure about his choice of food and kid friendly meals... The breakfast nd dinner spreads were delicious.... The staff at dining... Abhi, Shivraj, Arun, Aranya, Prasad and prabhudutt... All were very friendly and ready to help always...polite nd always greeting with a smile...and i thik that brings smile on our faces too...😊very good gesture.... Mr MOHAK... Is the guys at management team...who was super helpful..made our stay very comfortable he is best person to take advice to hang around the property beaches... He suggested few places for kid friendly party and they were awsum... Very gentleman nd made our stay memorable.... Pool is too good..open 24/7... Room r super clean ... They have projector screen with sitting nd bar... In open air for those who love IPL... And even karyoke nights nd events r arranged almost daily... I would reccomen to stay...awsum experience and 3 cheers to all the staff...

We went for our honeymoon and had an incredible time! Our room was absolutely stunning and the service was top notch. Tommy and Thinh took such great care of us arranging fun excursions, private dinners and making us feel so celebrated can’t recommend this enough

Planned this overnight trip for my friends who were visiting Hanoi and didn't know what to expect. It was truly a fantastic weekend for us and we got to thank our butler Sam for taking such good care of the 6 of us and exceeding our service expectations. My thanks also to Harley Tran for helping me to make the arrangements over many emails to ensure everything was arranged smoothly.

Amazing day everything was great from start to finish. Our tour operator Luong messages us straight after booking and provided more details. Then when we arrived in Vietnam we messaged her for the pick up time etc. Communication was excellent from the start. Our driver picked us up in the Limo mini bus at the time specified and we had a comfortable trip to Ha Long Bay. We were greeted by our guide for the dag Nam when we got off of the bus and informed about our itinerary for the day as we had a drink in the AC. Our boat for the day was Jade sails and it was great. Very clean and luxurious inside. The crew on the boat were all extremely nice and helpful. The buffet lunch was great and the drinks were very well priced. Nam was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and was always walking around chatting with all of the guests. Would definitely recommend a trip on the Jade sails with AClass tours the boat also had a small pool at the front which was great to cool off in the heat!

A spectacular cruise, slowly sailing by some breathtaking landscape, hosted by fantastic staff who were always on hand to help or support with whatever we wanted. The hand rowed boat around the monoliths and caves was so tranquil and pleasant. Likewise the speedboat tour 'fast' was great fun too. The Stellar of The Sea living quarters were simply delightful too. Couldn't fault any of it. But I leave the best to last and say a massive thank you to Tray Xi, David, Mint and the rest of the crew for making the trip so memorable and fun too.Their customer service and friendship made our time aboard memorable. What we liked: We went on this cruise with our two 18 month old children. The staff were absolutely wonderful with them. They were also extremely accommodating to our many requests - mostly having to do with meals. We chose this particular boat because we felt the facilities best catered to our needs - balconies with glass panels rather than dangerous rungs the children could climb on, a small golf area the children could run around in without injuring themselves, a pool they could entertain themselves in. The afternoon trip on Day 2 was also run very professionally. I enjoyed having the chance to get off the boat to explore the countryside and the beach. Lastly, after the cruise, we accidentally left a few things in a drawer. When we messaged them once we returned home, the staff promptly located our things and shipped them back to us by post. What we didn't like: No place to hang our towels in the room. The shelf for toiletries wasn't very sturdy, nor was there large enough shelving space to keep these things. I would highly recommend this cruise. It is suitable for anyone.

I took a 2-night cruise on the Stellar of the Seas at the end of February 2020, right before the world turned upside-down. It was SPECTACULAR! It was everything I had hoped it would be and much more. First of all, the scenery is breathtaking --- really amazing --- and we had good weather. They kept us very busy during the cruise with lots of fun activities: Kayaking, visiting a floating village as well as Dark and Bright Cave, biking and swimming and tasting homemade wine on Cat Ba Island, etc. It was all a blast and I would have loved to have had another day or two just to relax and look at the beautiful surroundings. (Next time I will stay longer!) As far as the boat itself, everything felt brand new and it was spotless. Exceptional. I couldn't find one thing to fault. My room was beautiful (I even had an amazing view from the bathtub!), and I loved having my own private balcony. The first night I had a room on the first floor so I was able to buy beer from a lady who kept floating by in a little boat, which was fun. Then on my second night I was upgraded to the second floor, and while the rooms were very similar, the second room was even a bit nicer than the first. Lovely. In addition to the top-notch facilities, the food was beautifully presented and GREAT! I'm a vegetarian and there were lots of options for me, they went out of their way to make sure of that. Well, they went out of their way to make sure of everything! The staff were wonderful. So helpful and capable and pleasant and fun to be around. Harry, Mint, Merlyn, Abbie, Hung, and especially the lovely Tracy really did all that they could to ensure that everything went smoothly for the guests. Thanks so much and a big hug to all of them! (Well, a mental hug, in reality I am of course now forced to keep a social distance.) I can't wait to return as soon as it's possible. I give this cruise my highest recommendation.
