The cruise itself was a good experience. Unfortunately you pay a lot of money for a 3 hour transfer that is supposed to be comfortable. For 4 out of the people in the transfer van it is. However if you are like us and stuck in the back of the van, instead of getting a nice reclining seat you basically have a tiny bench. The bench sits very high and having knee problems I was in pain the entire journey. I feel completely ripped off and now in pain.

Planned this overnight trip for my friends who were visiting Hanoi and didn't know what to expect. It was truly a fantastic weekend for us and we got to thank our butler Sam for taking such good care of the 6 of us and exceeding our service expectations. My thanks also to Harley Tran for helping me to make the arrangements over many emails to ensure everything was arranged smoothly.

Amazing day everything was great from start to finish. Our tour operator Luong messages us straight after booking and provided more details. Then when we arrived in Vietnam we messaged her for the pick up time etc. Communication was excellent from the start. Our driver picked us up in the Limo mini bus at the time specified and we had a comfortable trip to Ha Long Bay. We were greeted by our guide for the dag Nam when we got off of the bus and informed about our itinerary for the day as we had a drink in the AC. Our boat for the day was Jade sails and it was great. Very clean and luxurious inside. The crew on the boat were all extremely nice and helpful. The buffet lunch was great and the drinks were very well priced. Nam was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and was always walking around chatting with all of the guests. Would definitely recommend a trip on the Jade sails with AClass tours the boat also had a small pool at the front which was great to cool off in the heat!

The trip altogether was amazing. The cruise was beautiful, the room was just really big and spacious. We were in fact upgraded free of charge to the honeymoon suite, it had a private balcony and with sun beds. The view of Halong bay was spectacular. The activities were knowledgeable, intresting and fun. The most tastiest food we had throughout our stay, thank you to the wonderfun chefs.Thank you to Luca and the entire crew team for our amazing stay.

We are very happy with our 2 days 1 night Halong bay trip in A-Class Stellar cruise. We are just returning to Hanoi from Halong bay..and feel like we are already missing Halong Bay’s beauty. Our family group of 10 people including many senior citizens and a couple youth too enjoyed the stay at cruise, the food, the activities - kayaking, visiting caves, morning tai chi, cooking demo. We were all vegetarians, and were served food according to our dietary needs. We wish some tea/coffee/juice could be made complimentary though. Liked how they were only giving out reusable glass water bottles on the cruise. Wish more and more efforts are made to make these trips plastic free. I’d like to make special mention of our tour guide Duke. He was very helpful, honest, caring, great at communication. Our experience was made smooth and nice thus. Would definitely recommend this cruise and guide to anyone wanting to visit Halong Bay.

We did a 2 day tour with Duke as our guide. We were very lucky with the weather. The tour was really great and Duke did an amazing job in perfect English. What I will remember the most is our early breakfast on the balcony with the sun rising up in the sky.

Guide luca was very nice and informative! The cruise was clean and the staff was friendly. It included different activities that were both in and out of the ship. The food was good but it got repetitive.

Luca was amazing and helped us settle in easily! The tour was amazing and we learned a lot from Luca about the Vietnamese culture and history!
