Agent was very responsive once we got on to WhatsApp. Transport was smooth, agent even accommodated our request for drop off at the airport with no fuss. Halong bay was just beautiful- had a great trip. Cruise staff were attentive and all activities enjoyable. Food was good but couldn’t eat anything at brunch (9:30) still full from breakfast at 6:30 breakfast 🤣

Halong Bay should be everyone’s number#1 stop in Vietnam. Nothing is grader in the country. Sapa/HaiGiang loop is beautiful but Halong is for everyone old and young.

My partner and I had a fantastic 2-day, 1-night cruise. The staff, activities, and facilities on the boat were perfect. Despite the rain for 90% of the time, we managed to complete the itinerary and had multiple activities thanks to the amazing staff who were super helpful and attentive. The only downside was the dirty water. I'm not sure if it's always like this or if it was a consequence of the cyclone, but it was extremely dirty.

We loved our night on Ha Long Bay. Crew was extremely friendly. Good mix of couples, families, and solo travelers on board. Very structured one night stay, with short activities including kayaking and exploring the cave. Would recommend this cruise to anyone who wants to spend a night on Ha Long Bay.

Great communication. With pick up and drops offs The boat was really loverly and presented well, with a glass of juice on arrival. We had lunch, unpacked then headed off on the tinder to see the impressive cave(s). Lovely evening on the deck drinking cocktails and learning how to make spring rolls..yum! Dinner was a seafood extravagance! We were woken at 3am by the crash of thunder...we experienced and amazing storm! The rain continued into the morning so we choose not to kayak around the bay to view the monkeys, which was ashame but you have no control over mothernature! We took the paddle boat instead. Back on board to pack and enjoy lunch before heading back

Ended up with the aqua elegance cruise. Had a great time hiking and kayaking around. The food was good too. Shuttle transfer was smooth with hotel pickup.

This is a great and wonderful cruise trip, Everything is going smoothly and accordingly. We had full of activities during this 2 days on the cruise to explore. Lastly, service staffs and tour guide are super friendly and good services. We had the complementary birthday cake during dinner. Thank you so much
