The itinerary is well- organised and he also took me to some spots I requested that was not on the itinerary. The coffee place we went to at the end of the tour had a spectacular sunset view. He was very patient & accommodative on places to visit & gave us 5-stars services. Not selling goods in bus. We travelled in a group of 13 persons & were given a big & very comfortable bus with powerful WIFI thru out the tour. We're very impress with Tom's (Dalat Private Tour) service, from the start of enquiry to after the end of the trip! We're highly recommend Dalat private tour if anyone want a local, caring and professional tour guide and safe driver.
As we asked a few tour companies in Dalat, only Dalat private company response in a matters of an hour, with a customised tour that fit my wife and my preference, as we want to do a scenic tour with local food/tea/winery tour instead of going to pagoda or church. We also asked for airport pickup as we don't want to be scammed by local taxi. The pick up is swift and handle by driver Jerry, Jerry is a good driver and do not overspeed or honks like most Vietnamese driver. Both Tom the tour guide and Jerry the driver speak excellent English.
For our tour next 2 days, we went to Flower Garden, Tea Plantation, Coffee Plantation, Winery and Persimmon farm. Tom is very knowledge in local plantation, he can spot different tree or flower in distance and tell us why it is significant for Dalat. The tour is well paced.
And after each day of the tour, Tom had follow up with us to recommend restaurant for our dinner, and remind us to visit some garden with excellent view of night time greenhouse. He is turly a man who love Dalat and want everyone who feel welcomed and enjoyed in his town.
I highly recommended him, would give him 6 stars if I could. Have to thanks Tom and Jerry for showing us the best of Dalat

As Vietnam was slowly recovering from the pandemic, my husband and I took the opportunity to spend long weekends across the country and Da LAT was high on our list. Since we only had one full day in town, we chose to concentrate on city sights and Da Lat Tours delivered, with a somewhat tailored tour kindly organised by Mr Tom and led by Mui with Anh as an excellent driver. Some places including Domaine de Marie church and Lycée Yersin unfortunately couldn’t be visited but they more than made up for it and gave us a wonderful time. We are glad to recommend them and thank Mui and Anh for their kindness, flexibility and professionalism always with a smile and often with laughs as well.

We had a wonderful day out visiting the countryside around Dalat in the company of Tom, our friendly, informative guide, and Anh, our excellent driver. We found the pace of the day was perfect - at no time, did we feel rushed - and they took us to some wonderful places we wouldn't have discovered on our own. Later, Tom sent us lots of recommendations for great eateries near our hotel, which was a much appreciated gesture.
We thought that this tour was great value for money, and would highly recommend it. Thank you, Tom and Anh!

My tour operator booked a tour for me of Da Lat with Mr Mui AKA Uncle Mui.
Mr Mui was truly exceptional. He was very energetic and you could really tell the passion he has for his job and his country. He even waited for more than an hour with me to make sure I got on the bus safely to my next destination.
It was my first time on a motorbike and I loved it. Mr Mui went above and beyond and showed me places that weren't even on the official itinerary which helped me understand Da Lat and Vietnam more.
The tour was awesome, the highlight was Elephant Waterfall and the Crazy House (extra activity that I had to pay for).
I really recommend this tour. You get to see places that cars just can't go or they don't do enough justice. Keep up the great work!

Our private tour guide Tom was excellent! This is our first trip to Dalat. We travelled with my elderly parents and our 8-year old son and Tom ensured everyone was well taken care of. In particular my mother has had knee replacement surgery and was slightly slow in mobility. But Tom patiently guided us up and down seven storeys of stairs in the 71m tall guan yin stature at Elephant Fall, and accompanied her on the roller coaster ride. Tom accommodated our request to include puppy farm visit in the itinerary which my son was super thrilled. My son had many interesting experiences during his trip - he ate deep fried crickets, fed longans to a very friendly bear weasel, visited a very curious crazy house amongst many others.
The cool weather, beautiful scenery and wonderful guide Tom made our first trip and two-day stay at Dalat most enjoyable. We booked this tour for the first day and were so impressed with Tom that we arranged another guided tour for the next day. Highly recommended for all!

We did a tour with Tom that showed us a side of Dalat we would have never seen in the time we had here. He was able to answer our every question with abundant knowledge and clarity. The access he has to rural Dalat got us a look into the minority community as well as some tasty local liquor at a location with alligators, ostrich and cobras. The pagoda, waterfall and coffee plantation brought tears to my eyes with their beauty. Even though he’s been at this for over ten years he has such enthusiasm and love for everything he presented us. He obviously loves Dalat and imparted that love to us. I can’t wait to return and would definitely book a trip with him to see more next time!

Tom (Sí) created such a great tour for us, we booked last minute and he made it work for us no problem. He took us to multiple amazing locations, coffee plantation, silk worm farm, pagoda, waterfalls, flower farms and more. He did great job of letting us take our time at places we wanted a little more time and still managed to pack a lot in the day. It was fun having someone local to give us insight to aspects of each attraction we otherwise wouldn’t have known. Tom also took pictures of our group throughout the day, and he’s a damn good photographer!!!

I booked this tour with another one for the second day (Trekking). Mr. Tom from their customer service was extremely helpful throughout the process, from confirming the tour to making the necessary changes to it, to answering all my questions. On the day of the tour, we were picked up by Mr. Mui our tour guide in a comfortable minivan and experienced an amazing day in the countryside: the waterfalls, the weasel coffee farms, the deep fried crickets and rice wine factory were some of the amazing highlights of that day. Throughout the trip, Mui and the driver made sure we were engaged, happy, moving at our own pace and all our requests are fulfilled.

I randomly found this tour online. And man am I so happy we did!
I wrote them through WhatsApp and they answered very quickly. Their English is great and we’re flexible on the pickup time. Tom and the driver, which sadly I don’t know how to spell his name, we’re so wonderful. They brought us to so many places and a delicious lunch spot with a beautiful view. We spent a good amount of time at each place, kept us on track, but we never felt rushed.
They were so polite and genuine.
Tom’s knowledge of the minority group village we visited and every location we went was very impressive. We went to places we would’ve never found on our own.
The price was so worth it! I would go again in a heartbeat.
They took great pics and videos of us and sent them same day!

We were referred to Tom and Jerry by my husband's parents, and I'm so glad we were! They accommodated us well, ensuring that we saw everything we wanted to that day. Both of Tom and Jerry's level of English was great too!
We had one jam packed day of adventure and insight into the local culture. Tom is a wealth of knowledge and he taught us so much.
Jerry is a great driver - good thing, as there are a lot of mountainous and windy roads.
Although we did so much, the trip was very relaxing! It had the right amount of activity and time to relax with a cup of local coffee or a dish of local cuisine.
Would highly recommend for a fun, fulfilling, informative and safe trip!

Why is it almost double for November 2021 compared to February? I understand its peak season but for a tour you've said is 5 hours long, thats overpriced. I could justify £38 per person but £60?

February is tet (Chinese New year), the biggest holiday of the year in Vietnam, everything is a lot more expensive at that time of year (and busier)
