I was told I could not be picked up at my airbnb, so I told them I'd go to the hotel near my airbnb. I was told I'd be picked up between 7:15 & 7:30 at the hotel lobby. When no one showed up, I walked out on to the street looking for the driver. The driver was told to pick me up at my airbnb between 7:30 & 7:45. We eventually found each other, but the lack of communication :-(. I was under the impression this was a snorkel trip and maybe I just didn't read the post well, but I had quite a few issues with this tour. First of all, fins were not included. I assumed they were (since I saw that snorkel gear was included), but I didn't find out that did not include fins until I arrived at the boat. I didn't bring money with me, so I was frustrated. Then, we made like 6 stops, only one of them was for snorkeling and then it was only for 30 minutes. Had I known there was going to be only 30 minutes of snorkeling, I would have booked another trip. Our first stop was at a beach called Maya beach for a picture opportunity, with hundreds of other people. That was true for every stop, very crowded, but it was the worse at the Maya Beach stop. Staff on the boat was great, but that's about the only good thing about this tour. If you are looking to snorkel, I'd suggest a different tour.

Great fun. We had a group with just the two of us at 8am so it was very quick (1hr). Loved the experience. Great guides.

we did the flying hunuman yesterday , the Service and place were so good. Beautiful and clean environment. There are very convenient location. All the platforms were exciting. we love this tour so much, lunch was also great, We will play when I go to Phuket for next time

NOT ACCESSIBLE! The entire trip that is advertised is a lie. First, they were an hour late for pickup and more than 1.5 hours late for boat launch. Second, they advertised themselves as wheelchair accessible. I traveled with my 70 year old parents who have bad knees. We were told there would not be an issue. We had to climb into a van, then we had to get out of the van, then we had to get back into the van, then we had to get into a tuk tuk/ pick up truck. None of these were wheelchair accessible and my mother barely managed to get in. Then 1.5 hours after we were supposed to leave, we were shown the boat. The boat was completely different than the one they had advertised in the pictures. It had no ramp and it had large steps that made the “eating area” inaccessible for my parents. The only support offered was a hand to hold. This was not physically possible for my mother and anyone who needed a wheelchair would not have even gotten to the boat. When asked about the inaccessible seating, we were told that if we could not climb over the seat to get to the dinner tables we would need to sit on a bench. We decided to leave because we could not physically get on the boat. I was then told we still had to pay and we would not get a refund. They also continued to urge us to get my mother to get into the boat in unsafe ways. I was also told that the only way for us to get home was to call a taxi ourselves if we chose to leave. We left anyway. After talking with the bosses and complaining about all of the false advertising, wasted time, and physical pain my mother went through, they offered us an insulting 50% refund. Eventually they offered to charge us ONLY 4000 bht. this is probably one of the few shows in Thailand for families! My teenage daughter and I opted for the dinner and show. The dinner spread was rather lavish and then the Thai village, pre show cultural performance was a very good time pass before the show. The stage is very grand and the sets were Vegas standard! The only downside was the terrible amount of haggling one had to do with the taxi drivers when we got out to go back to the hotel...so it’s better to have transport included in your deal
