Tour operator should be avoided. Our booking included transportation to and from our hotel. Unfortunately, on the day of our booking, no one was present to pick us up. The operator was unreachable either by phone, messenger, or email. We have an active case for refund through Viator.

The service provider did not collect me from the hotel at the agreed time. I then sent him a message asking when he would be coming. He decided to call Tripadvisor to say that I asked for a cancelation, which I never did. He never responded to my messages and never gave me a reason for cancelation. Very unprofessional.

I booked a half day elephant and raft tour online. We had our 9 year old granddaughter with us. Somehow the tripped ended up as a full day raft trip _ minimum age of 12. This was of course not what I signed up for. Given the slow response time and lack of details I found out it was a full day rafting trip the morning of the trip and was not able to reschedule to do the elephants. Very disappointing- we ended up eating the cost of the raft trip and found a driver to take us to an elephant sanctuary for the morning. Really disappointed in the whole experience with these people. So much for planning ahead on TripAdvisor - better off going through the hotel.

Went here on Saturday morning and we didn't even manage to go thru all the shops. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes cause it was pretty hot and crowded.

It is not too difficult but it is a lot of fun, we had great time with our friends. It is also well organized!

Great experience with this class. I would highly recommend it to others to try it out and work up a sweat.
