Fun day out
This was a professionally run tour with some amazing scenery and experiences. Tik was our guide along with a number of others on the boat.

AT MARINA: when you are dropped at the marina there are a lot of people. It is extremely busy. But you are given a wrist band and it becomes evident where you are supposed to be. We are given a safety talk and warned about standing on coral and other creatures. As a result we bought some water slipper type things as our girls became concerned. These cost 350 baht each and only one out if 4 pair was used. If you have thongs or shoes you are happy to get wet I would not worry about it as you are usually swimming in deeper water or snorkeling and don't need them. We only waited about an hour in the Marina.

THE TRIP:The boat had about 20 on it and did not feel overcrowded, but we were not in peak tourist season.
The weather was pretty average, not their fault. But in the bays we visited it was sheltered and was perfect. We were encouraged to snorkel, but never felt pressured, just supported.
We did not feel rushed and the time at each place was just enough.

It was very rocky on the way home, we were warned and people were asked to come inside. I never felt unsafe at any point and all our fellow tour people looked fine. It was actually a little bit of an adrenaline rush.

One bit of feedback is we were wondering what would have happened if the tour was later in the week when a Typhoon was impacted weather. If people were not comfortable could they have cancelled under 24 hours or swapped days due to poor weather conditions.

Great inexpensive way to visit all the sites

Great overall.
Pros - great inexpensive way to see it all. The beaches, lagoons, sites are breathtaking, more majestic than I imagined and very close to the pictures.
Cons - it’s crowded and rushed. What I discovered in Thailand is that because it is one of the most visited countries, a lot of the guided events are productions. You could probably charter a private boat, but naturally it’ll cost a lot more.

Rainy Day, but Spectacular Views!
Rated a four (instead of five) for two reasons:
1) the day I toured it rained on and off all day…not the tour agency’s fault…but I would have enjoyed it better if everything wasn’t to soggy. Also, the boat ride back from the islands we quite bumpy (due to the choppy ocean) and a bit alarming to some of us on the boat.
2) Lunch left a lot to be desired. I had indicated I was vegetarian, I had to remind the tour guide and was then presented with a cold plate of curried tofu and potatos (very unappetizing). Luckily the regular buffet has pasta and spaghetti sauce, but even that had no flavor and I had to add salt to.
That being said, the scenery on this tour is SPECTACULAR!!!! The tour guides were also very helpful in taking pictures with the best backdrops.

Worst experience ever… they didnt allow us to take the ride because antique rules tied to their beliefs. Be careful with what you say there, if you have anything they’re afraid of you’ll be taken right back to your hotel with no compensation for the damages caused to your vacation plan. They sarcastically told us one of us could still go but thats stupid since we are a couple, obviously one of us wouldnt even think of going alone. They were sadly cold. Please look at better options, don’t waste your time, you can find even private boats for almost the same price.

You make other people misunderstand us. We don't allow you to go on tour because you are pregnant. The rule is the rule. We will not break the rule. Before you have booked this tour you have to read the details carefully and make sense. We already describe that " Not recommended for travelers with back problems, No heart problems or other serious medical conditions and Not recommended for pregnant travelers ". You have to know yourself that you are pregnant , you should not go on this tour by Speedboat. It's dangerous for pregnant women. We recommend you to go on another tour that is not by Speedboat. We don't ruin your day. We only recognise safety first. We are sorry for that.

Beautiful views, terrible communication
The islands were beautiful but there was no communication during this trip. The host would tell some people on one side of the boat the itineraries and the other side he wouldn’t. No direction whatsoever, wasn’t clear and caused 4 people out of the group to miss lunch so we were starving, and we almost got left behind because he wasn’t at the meeting point. Would not recommend, put a damper on a trip that was supposed to be a highlight for us.

A group of tour guides took great care of us. It rained on the day of our excursion and made the speed boat super bumpy, but they still tried to make the best out of it for everyone. All the islands were beautiful, especially Phi Phi island and Maya Bay. I honestly didn’t mind the rain, it kept us cool.

The tour guide Bird made the trip. Communication with tour organisers was poor,had to chase up where and when I was going to be picked up. As someone mentioned, waiting at the marina was really annoying and I felt really unecessary, if they had been better organised. There were far too many people on the boat, not really enough seats on board, and we were squished in. If it wasnt for Bird the tour guide ,would have not rated this tour at all. Snorkelling was so below average, milky water and no fish.. Food was below below average. All slightly touristy, as too many people everywhere.

My family had a great time and the guide was very kind. The islands and the people that were also on the tour were nice and made it fun. There were a lot of drinks, snacks, and then fruit as we returned to the marina in the afternoon. Here are the downsides: There was a limited, selection at lunch and it was either too spicy or had seafood, specifically shellfish that a group member was allergic to, or if you were vegetarian the plate of food was prepared for you and there was no say in what was given. There were food stands outside and we bought ice cream and drinks while swimming. Monkey Beach is listed as 30 minutes and admission is included, but there is only staying on the boat and looking. You can not get out because the monkeys are very aggressive and will bite. That should be updated on the tour page because most people on the boat wanted to go to Monkey Beach and selected the tour for that reason. The last stop was fun! However, plan for paying $150 Bhat for 2 seats and an umbrella, 20 Bhat for the bathroom, or buying food and drinks at one of the stands and using their seats in exchange for purchasing. Overall the tour was full of fun and my family loved it!

Beautiful trip until last ripoff stop
I really enjoyed the trip until the last stop. We were deposited at a shake down rip-off beach for over an hour. Drinks food even chairs were only available at ripoff prices with the only alternative to stand in blaring sun. Then getting on the boat the water was so deep that you were lucky if you made it safely. I ended up with a bleeding injury on my right leg. I complained to the tour guide to no avail. A sad ending to a beautiful trip.

A great day
A beautiful day seeing amazing bays and beaches. The tour group was very well managed despite a long wait time at the office in the morning. The boat was in great condition and the crew were great both at keeping everyone safe on rough seas and at entertaining. The crew knows all the good spots for snorkeling and make sure you get a great experience.
