This really was a great experience. The different islands they take you to have amazing views and are not overcrowded. They take lots of pictures of everyone in the group and send them to you at the end of the day. If you’ve never ridden jet skis before it’s a little rough but it’s doable. At the end of the day they also cook food for you that’s ready when you get back to the launch point and it was really good. Overall, I’d recommend this to anyone.

Avoid at all costs! This company is a SCAM they ripped me off. I booked an excursion with them and they failed to pick me up and I lost my money. Please don’t make my mistake and book through them. I was quite sad that Thailand is meant to be a place with nice people but the truth is many like this company are looking to scam you. AVOID

Absolutely fantastic day, thrill 5*, fun 5*, staff 5*, jet skis 5*. Also easy to book via WhatsApp, very helpful team. Loved every minute especially the last 2 island which was only me and my partner and one leader! They realised our capabilities and we were flat out! Again 5*. Reading some of these reviews I feel some people are unfair! We did the 7 island tour which was approximately 5 hours and we had an absolute blast!!!!! The team were so friendly and took care of everybody. At no point did we feel unsafe or concerned. It is hard work on your body but what else do you expect riding a jetski round the choppy ocean all day?! I would recommend this to anyone who loves speed and good fun. Thank you Rocky and all the staff I would 100% come again. Plus they take hundreds of photos for your memory boxes.

Great tour, guides were really nice but not overbearing. They let us go as fast as we wanted without any scams or problems.

QBIC travels works with 3rd party operators such as rocky jetski. As arranger of trips they represent the operator as the charge for the service. NOT RECOMMENDED. They have no safety procedures, unfit to work with beginners. Zero guidance. They left us (me with my 13 year old son) stranded in the middle of the ocean in choppy and rainy waters. Worst and only bad experience I've had in Thailand. This place should be shut down. They care only about money.

Amazing party but expensive drinks (500 baht for a bucket), good music, good energy. Impressive fire show (but we left at 3 AM and only got to see one of the three advertised).

We booked for a jet ski trip to 7 islands. The team does not keep up with their words regarding photographs. We had to message multiple times to get our pictures and even then we received a few photos only of our 7 island trip. And they never responded to further messages. This was very disappointing.

This was such an amazing experience! Hubby and I loved it. We picked 7 islands and it was well worth it. Visited monkey island and other ones i cannot remember 🤦‍♀️ We watched the sun set on a sand Bank- heavenly ✨️ We had lunch and drinks on an island - water and fried rice is included in the price of the tour but you can buy beer and cocktails, you can buy different food, we had chicken wings and corn, omg the corn was huge! Deffo get this if you do this trip. We paid and left the people a tip and they was so thankful - seems many people go here and don't tip, which is a shame for the locals as they do their best to cater for everyone. Was a bit manic when we first arrived, didn't really know what was going on, we think it could be a bit better organised on that department. Also when on the jets the instructor tries to speak to you but you can't hear anything what to ever! So I think maybe having some sort of radios for the jets so if someone is doing something wrong it can be addressed straight away. Make sure you have sun screen, beach shoes (in case of sea urchins) and plenty of water. Rocky was really good with instructions Carl was amazing with communications, managed to get us on the free shuttle very last minute so thankyou 😁 If you don't like waiting for people for a shuttle then I'd suggest getting a cab, we had this problem of having to wait 15 minutes for some people to leave their hotel which was a pain but not much we could do. The guys take lots of photos for you all,really high quality pics just takes a while for them to be sent over but really good - make sure you tip! Deffo give it ago. 👌

What a day! Great day visiting loads of island! Food was good at lunch too! Guide were helpful in taking lots of photos. Some confusion at the start of the trip so make sure you have your booking confirmation ready

Check where you are located, we had to drive 1h10 to marina to meet a horrible meeting point with hundreds of people, going to a boat which was totally overfilled (it was even difficult to change clothes and there was not enough space in the luggage boxes). Then we went by board 1 hour to Maya beach, which is the most terrible place ever seen. Hundreds of people walking a small gangway to a fully overloaded beach. At this time you would like to stop the tour, but it's not possible since you are in the middle of nowhere. Then we drove to other places like Viking Caves, and it's nearly impossible to take photos because if you sit on the wrong side of the boat you will see nothing, It's to full to change the side. Finally you get 2 times of short schnorcheling and that's it. But it saves the day somehow. Save your money, rent a local boat and do 1 schnorcheling place, it's much more better than this torture. Finally I have to say that the guides like Thommy try to save what's possible by being supernice, but in the end I have to say: Stay away from these tours, I don't think it does matter which agency you use.

WROST EXPERIENCE EVER STAY AWAY FROM THIS JET SKI TOUR Weather forecast was windy and we have informed them a night before requested our refund but they reassured that everything would be ok. Next morning we drove for two hours to get there and when we got to the port they cancelled the tour. So we had to drive another 2 hours because they didn’t have the decency to cancel and refund on time. The reason is that they were open to get us out in the water just to get the 14.000 we were charged for hiring two jet skis. Thank GOD the port police cancelled the tour. The guy who was presented as the manager was smoking with bad English saying go find your money (4.000,00 advance payment) We spent 4 hours in the road for nothing and no one took responsibility EVEN THOUGH THEY GUARANTEED WE WILL HAVE THE TOUR and be safe. And we are still waiting for our money back.

Carl at Qbic organised a fabulous 3 island tour of Phi Phi islands and Maya bay for my wife and me. The islands were stunningly beautiful with opportunities to swim and do some snorkeling. I highly recommend this tour and Qbic travel. It’s well worth your time and money.

Nita was very efficient in organising our 'last minute' boat tour to the islands from Phuket. She immediately set up a line of contact and made payment very straightforward for us, responding to our questions immediately. Her English was good which made the whole process easier. I chose Qbic Travel because I was on vacation in Phuket. Initially we wanted to go with the elephants. I entered into discussions with the Qbic representatives, who were very patient, they gave me all the details of the trip and, after paying online, the next day I had an extraordinary experience, in a great ride on an elephant and playing in the water after that. Very successful trip. In the evening we discussed the details of the next trips. I am a difficult person, but they were patient with me even though it was very late in each of the following series preceding the chosen trips. I went to Phi Phi Island, James Bknd with a long tail boat and rented a car to tour the city of Phuket. City tour. Thank you Nita, thank you Qbic Travel for all the availability and patience you have shown. The prices were very good and the guides of the chosen excursions, extraordinarily nice.
