From the outset, we were well looked after and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure that everyone had a great experience. The very early start - 5.15am pickup at the hotel - is well worth it, you will have the opportunity to see the sunrise as you leave the marina and, most importantly, beat the crowds to all of the sights. Maya Beach was stunningly beautiful. we decided to take the hike to the viewpoint and although it is not easy, it was worth the effort and the views were spectacular. The snorkelling experience was brilliant and thanks to captain, Lucky, for working so hard to ensure that we were able to see the tropical fish and baby sharks. Lunch was served on Bamboo Island, which was a lovely experience and we felt that the food was plentiful and pretty good. Thanks to our guide, Jay-Jay, for helping to make the day enjoyable, safe and special.

We (a family of 4) went on the PhiPhi early bird trip on the 08/08/22 and it was honestly one of the best trips we have been on, if not THE best! The views & locations were unreal and we spent just the right amount of time at each place. Each and every member of staff were unbelievably friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole trip. One guy took my camera several times to dive down and take some fantastic photos and videos for me without me even asking. The professional photographer was also great and the package was well worth the money. Refreshments were readily available throughout the day and the lunch was beautiful too! I would definitely give this whole trip a 10/10 (would give give more if I could!)

I have done the phi phi island tours a number of times over the years and Siam Adventure World is hands down the best operator I have come across. I’ve also done it as a couple, with friends, and this most recent time with two families and 3 kids. If you’re willing to spend a bit more, and especially if you are with other people on the trip, I’d strongly encourage doing the private charter. This way you can customise your pickup and drop off times and enjoy a boat all to yourselves. Our guide in March 2022 was Yaya and she was awesome. Our kids loved her and she spent the whole time taking engaging with them so that the adults could have a good time. We will definitely use this same service again.

The trip seemed a bit rushed as they were trying to achieve a lot in few hours. There are so many operators doing the same trips so I think the service can be the only differentiator but I am surprised even after such bad business during Covid a lot of their staff was inconsiderate..
The trip started early in the morning and they just served few biscuits, bananas and bread.. we were 4 friends and none of us had enough food in the morning as the bananas were over before half the people had them… so we had to eat our sea sickness tablets empty stomach.. they served banana at first stop, coconut water at second and a small brownies at the 3rd.. after spending a lot of time in the water I asked if they had any snack left at 1:30 as they were running late for lunch for which the guide named EIK refused.. I suggested him to give me the left over brownie or banana to which the reply was that lunch will be served in the next stop and i can eat then… The worst part was the tone and ignorance as if he was only their to attend to the European customers and not bothered about any other guest on board.
The lunch was average, my trip and mood was completely ruined by the staff behaviour and the fact that I felt sick due to lack of food.
The speed boat is not very big but is clean.. there were about 35 people including staff and there were no covid protocols followed as everyone was so close to each other without masks. I am not even sure if the snorkels were sanitised, but I guess it will be the same with every operator.
The one hour journey to and from phi phi is not great as you can’t expect anything because the boat has high windows and boat runs really fast.
The good thing was they took us to bamboo island instead of khai for lunch which I have heard is prettier and the tour started early morning so there was less crowd (which might be the case any way with covid).. the downside was that as we were early to most places the shops and restaurants were also closed !
The pick up and drop off was smooth, their lounge is good. Our guide lucky was very good, was talking to people individually. He even apologised on behalf of Eik where as eik was least bothered about his bad behaviour.
My personal experience was below average as after experiencing tours like John grey in the same place I feel that the service could have been better.

While our pickup was on time, we seemed to be last to arrive at the Marina. There was nowhere to sit in the tour reception room where hordes of people were gathered for numerous boat departures and we were hustled down to the boat before we had time for a cup of coffee. There were at least thirty persons on our boat and all the sun worshippers made a dash for the open foredeck. This left adequate room for the remainder undercover. However, later in the day when those in the sun were turning red, they all moved undercover and the seating was uncomfortably cramped. The main guide stood at the front of the boat to give some information, but it was impossible to hear him as there was another guide towards the back of the boat doing the same commentary loudly in German. The water around Phi Phi was lovely and clear, but not much marine life to be seen. Bamboo Island lunch was a disappointment - the food was fine but, as there were about 10 other boats doing the same thing, seating was limited. The seas were a bit choppy on the way home, but the driver did a great job of ducking and weaving to avoid the worst of it.

We booked the early trip and got picked up from our hotel at 5.15am. The bus ride is approx 60 mins to the marina where you meet your tour guide and get on the boat. The boat is a large speed boat with 750 HP engines so it can handle the most difficult conditions. The day consists of 2 snorkelling opportunities, steep walk up to stunning view point, swim in a sheltered lagoon and a delicious lunch on Bamboo Island. The tour gets back into the harbour at 3.30pm. It’s a long day but the experience is amazing. The water is crystal clear and snorkeling provides opportunities to see plenty of tropical fish and some coral. I would definitely recommend this experience.

We wanted to see Koh Phi Phi and this was the only tour provider I could find which offered the viewpoint on their itinerary. It was the one thing I wanted to see at Koh Phi Phi.
We were on the English/German/French boat which by my count was 28 guest plus 2 guides and 2 helpers and a boat captain. The boat looked very new and well maintained. It was a speedboat with three engines, one bathroom. They provide water, pop and fruit throughout the tour. We never went thirsty or hungry. If we were to do it again we would not have carried out water bottles.
The stops for snorkelling were the right amount of time and see a lot of fish. We really enjoyed this.
The hike up to the Koh Phi Phi view point was a highlight as the view is amazing. The 10-15 minutes of climbing the stairs were a bit brutal given how hot it is, but definitely worth it. Another poster had said they would have liked more time on the island. I agree with this, it would be nice to have another 30 minutes on the main island as there looked to be some interesting shops to check out.
Bamboo Island for lunch was lovely with a nice lunch. It was very very hot when we were there as you take lunch at the hottest part of the day. We did not want to be in the sun because we saw a lot of bad sunburns. So in the end we had too much time on Bamboo Island with not enough to do there.
Overall it was a good tour and would recommend Siam Adventure World. Our guide Lucky was funny and we thought he did a great job.

This company is awesome. We did the Phi Phi Island trip with Lop and the Phang Nga Bay trip with YaYa and on both occasions we had the most fantastic day. We were looked after royally from start to finish. Our enjoyment was their priority.
There’s no need to detail the itinerary here, that’s well documented, suffice is to say that every aspect of it was absolutely perfect. Brilliant experience delivered by brilliant people from a brilliant company.

This was a superb day experience. We were picked out at our hotel on time. After a light breakfast at the Royal Marina, we were out on the speed boat. The ride is a little bit choppy if you sit down towards the front. If you have problems getting seasick sit on the back of the boat where the ride is quite smooth. There were plenty of drinks and fruits on the boat.
After about an hour we arrived at our first destination at Pileh Lagoon!! What an amazing experience, the views are gorgeous and we could swim and take pictures at the lagoon. There were many other great views at Viking Cave, at Monkey Beach (in this tour you see the monkeys but do not get down to the beach).
One of the most amazing stops was at Phi Phi Don where you can stay in the town or climb up to the viewpoint. The climbing is tough, about 1.5 Kilometers of flat walking through the town, which is easy but then another 1.5 Km climbing stairs. It seems that it will never end but in the end, the view is amazing and you feel that the effort was worth it.
After coming down from the viewpoint we spend some time at Tonsay Bay on the same island where you can take some nice pictures of the typical long-tail boats on a gorgeous background.
The next stop is the Bamboo island for lunch. This is a beautiful beach and lunch is quite good for a tour.
Of course, I cannot leave out the visit to the beach at Phi Phi Leh featured in the movie "The Beach". The government does not allow people on the beach but you can take some great pictures of this beautiful beach.
Everyone in our group came back happy after this great day out at the Phi Phi islands.

Superbly organised with a fantastic guide, Lucky. Well fed throughout the trip, with fresh pineapple, a variety of soft drinks and hot coffee after snorkelling. Freshly prepared buffet lunch at mid-day too.
Could not recommend this trip enough. Amazing from start to finish.

Hi they pick up from all hotels on Phuket, the trips are on speedboats capable of taking 30 people, they may have options to take a small party on a different boat. They have brochures in most venues or tour offices.
