We booked this tour while staying in Hua Hin as a nearby attraction. We asked for a pick-up five days before the trip. They did not respond. We then phoned four times, and we were asked to send a WhatsApp message each time, which we did. Still no response. On the day before the trip, we phoned again and were told to go to the Pattaya meeting point. This turned out to be 68 miles away. Nearby? For a trip that started at 8 am? I don't think so! By this time, it was too late to cancel, and although we tried to ask for a refund from Tripadvisor, we were unable to contact anyone. We are very upset and will think twice before using Tripadvisor again.

The tour wasted our time! we suggested to meet up at 8:00am in a hotel which is 20 mins away from our hotel. Since we need to wake up that early of time, we wake up at 6:00am and took a TAXI and paid additionally 80B for the meeting place. And we met up the bus on time in that morning. The problem is we travel around in the bus to meet another teammates for 2 hours until 10:30am. why other temmates can meet up that late? and then tourist can meet them in person in their hotel directly? it is not fair at all. we need to wakeup at 6:30am because the tourist asked us to meet at that early of time! and then i meet no one in the bus and travel around until 10:30am for the first sightseeing place! i think i will not join this kind of tour again!

It was a nice tour of the temples we had enough time to walk around and then a good boat ride. Followed by a nice River dinner

NEVER BOOK WITH TRIP ADVISOR!! The waterpark took ages to recognise my booking.... I paid for "2 activities" (water park + kart)... but never the organization agreed on the Kart,,, VERY DISAPOINTING.. shame om you Trip Advisor to not monitor/control your commercial partners...just stick on people advisory...less money for you but at least, don t pretend to play on serious tourism business.
