Weather was awful the company should canceled our trip. Too dangerous to go see the Dolphins. The snorkeling was a joke on a beach no coral and the sky was black as coal.I saw a lighting strike.But,the staff still aloud people to swim.Soo,I feel that our lives where put at stake.With no regard to our safety. If I was a captain and knowing that there was a storm nearby.I think the right thing to do would be to cancel or reschedule.At give the paying customers a choice.😵‍💫☹️☹️☹️☹️🙁😞😕🤢🤮

A fair bit of hanging around for all the shuttles to arrive. We did see dolphins but they weren’t pink, and learnt that they only turn pink after 20 years. Finding dolphins took an extra hour than planned. Snorkelling was nothing special and the lunch was ordinary. All up the trip took over 8 hours - not the advertised 6, with communication from the crew over what we was happening a little lapse. It was a fun day but nothing special.

Do not hire this tour if you are a tourist and you are staying at a high point in the city ​​because they don't pick you up at the hotel you're staying at

The view was amazing and many activities were there to do. We make food for elephants and click some mesmerising pics. The elephant were also very friendly we also went waterfall the view was awesome. We are vegetarian so they provide us vegan food .The guide was also very friendly and give instruction very clearly.

Great value for money. Get to see lots of sights for a great price. If you want a long time at each site or a fully guided tour with lots of information this is not for you but if you're happy to see the sights and have a look around by yourself it's brilliant. Slightly confusing pick up as our information said hotel pick ups would be 30-60 minutes before. We assumed this to mean 8-8.30am for a 9am start but we were actually collected at 9.20am. We did try to ring but their line wouldn't connect so we sent a message and they replied pretty promptly to confirm our pick up time. Other than this, fantastic trip!

Was so excited to see pink dolphins but after nearly 2 hour speedboat ride and Cora round for an hour we had no luck. Because the boat driver went over the time looking for them the speed in which we went to the snorkelling place was pretty scary and very uncomfortable I didn't like this at all and wasn't a nice place to snorkel lots of seaweed and not many fish. Pig island made up for the day I really enjoyed feeding and petting the pigs think I would just do this trip if I did it again. When we got back to shore the food we were served was beautiful and plenty of it coconut soup massaman curry Thai curry and crispy chicken deliciousness.

We booked a tour, which included a boat ride to look for some dolphins, snorkeling, pig island and lunch in the end. Unfortunately we didn't see any dolphins, but that's alright, they are free creatures. The problem was that we were one hour late from the schedule. Also the snorkeling spot was very poor. No corals, not many fishes, just a lot of seeweed. It was a bummer, because at this point we've been on the boat for 2,5 hours waiting for the snorkeling spot with all the corals. There are amazing snorkeling spots in thailand so this 40 minute snorkeling to see nothing was definetely something the company didn't tell us. After this we had 50 minutes on the pig island. The animals were lovely, but the island was extremely untidy. A lot of trash everywhere, plastic and cans. Not worth the money in our experience.

It was worth taking the trip for a walk on Nang Yuan Island but the service was terrible. It consisted of barking instructions at the guests army style by a semi-literate Burmese guide in semi-intelligible English. I felt like a part of a herd, not a tourist group. The whole trip consists of a 1.5hr visit to Nang Yuan, a brief lunch on Koh Tao (even though bait-and-switch style, the trip is marketed as a visit to Koh Tao), and then snorkeling, snorkeling and again snorkeling - yes, 3 times, while people not interested in the activity had to sit on the hot boat as the snorkeling sites were off shore. I do not understand why these cannot be 2 separate trips - one for those who want to visit Nang Yuan and Koh Tao, and one for the diehard fans of snorkeling. There is a separate fee to set foot on Nang Yuan island collected in cash before the start of the trip. On the way back there was something wrong with the boat so it had to stop mid-sea twice until the crew got things right. This company has no idea what customer service is and it's employees are not very well trained - and this is what creates the unpleasant experience. On the other hand, there doesn't seem to be a lot of competition to encourage them to do better.

Great service. Two relatively novice riders with two young kids surrounded by much more experienced riders could have been a little intimidating. But the staff were really great. They stayed with us even though we were well behind the main group. Never hurried us, just really kind and helpful. Highly recommend to those with young families though probably six would be the youngest. Just easier to manage. Thanks again to the great team!

This is a worthwhile experience that offers MORE than is listed here! The guides are very informative and funny. The drivers are lovely and willing to help at all times. Worth the trip!

Trip Advisor/Viator apparently did not confirm the tour with the operator so we were not picked up as advised. Ultimately we were offered a private car tour by the local operator but that did not materialise. We were picked up and deposited on tour route 90 minutes after it commenced and joined a very ordinary short tour. Very disappointing.

It was a shame not to see any pink dolphins, but we had a good day. We loved the wild pigs on Pig Island, and the snorkelling. The guys on the boat were friendly and helpful, though I suggest they add anti-histamine cream to their first aid kit. Delicious food afterwards, too!

I liked the tour, since it was a good way to explore the island. Compared to taxi fees, it was cheap, when you don’t want to rent a scooter. My tour guide was nice and you could ask him anything at any time.

This is a must do trip, it is quite challenging due to the treks around the beaches, and the 2hour long boat ride. The views from the hills around the beach was breathtaking. It was a varied experience with kayaking, hiking and snorkeling that can be done at various stops during the trip.
