Unfortunately, on the day of our booking, no one was present to pick us up. The operator was unreachable either by phone, messenger, or email. I then sent him a message asking when he would be coming. He decided to call Tripadvisor to say that I asked for a cancelation, which I never did. - Craig D0 contributionsNo Day of AdventureI booked a half day elephant and raft tour online. We had our 9 year old granddaughter with us. Somehow the tripped ended up as a full day raft trip _ minimum age of 12. This was of course not what I signed up for. Given the slow response time and lack of details I found out it was a full day rafting trip the morning of the trip and was not able to reschedule to do the elephants. Very disappointing- we ended up eating the cost of the raft trip and found a driver to take us to an elephant sanctuary for the morning. Really disappointed in the whole experience with these people. So much for planning ahead on TripAdvisor - better off going through the hotel.Written February 6, 2020
