Had an excellent time with ‘Ooh La La’, our tour guide. Very knowledgeable, providing detailed history of the sites we visited and provided insight into life in Chiang Mai. Would definitely recommend.

My first visit to Chiang Mai began on a high note with this tour. My guide was able to provide me with a wealth of detail about the various locations that we visited, even though I was only able to take in a limited amount. The tour covered some interesting locations in the old city that I would probably have wandered past without noticing if I'd been exploring on my own. The highlight was the Wat Phra That Doi Suthep temple up on the mountain.

Damnern Saduak Floating Market. We booked this adventure with Bonfire Adventures. A visit to one of Thailand’s floating market. The vendors on boats sold local food, fruits, vegetables and unique pieces. It was so much fun thanks to Bonfire Adventures

The most amazing experience ever! Very ethical and the hospitality was above and beyond. Food was amazing, we had the best guides and would highly recommend!

We had a perfect day, a lot of Information but not too much…on time, perfect guide! Visited the most important temples, sleeping waiting lines!

I wish I could leave a 10 star review for this private tour we had. When I booked the tour, there was only a small price difference between the group tour and the private tour so I upgraded to the private tour. We were a group of four people, myself, my two kids aged 10-12 and my 70 year old dad. We were picked up at our hotel by our guide named NOOM. Noom was genuine and personal from the minute we met him, making reference to my daughter Sophia and the children’s cartoon, Sophia the first. Noom was a fountain of knowledge, there was literally no question he couldn’t answer. It also helped that he spoke great English. We traveled through many temples, with him explaining the history behind all of them. He taught us lots about how men become Buddhist monks, the history behind the religion and the story behind the white elephant. Part way through the morning my kids mentioned they were hungry (we didn’t eat breakfast because we left at 630am) and he made a special road side stop for us to grab fresh fruit. At the final stop, my dad who was with us couldn’t make the 303 steps due to a hip injury, so Noom bought him a ticket for the tram so he could meet us at the top. 10/10 I highly recommend this experience to anyone who’s coming to Chiang Mai and wants to learn about the history. Oh, and no need to ask strangers to take your photos because Noom is a great photographer and will offer many photo-ops along the way.

This was a great morning tour to see the main temples outside of the Chiang Mai city. Our tour guide spoke good English and was also really knowledgable on all the history. Thank you for providing such an excellent service.

THE BEST! Som and James were both informative and entertaining. James expert navigation got us to see some of the most beautiful sights in Chiang Mai while Som gave us a perfect glimpse into the culture and history of these incredible temples. It was like traveling the countryside with a couple friends. I could not recommend this tour enough!

The tour was fantastic! The temples and surrounding buildings were certainly worth the trip. The tour guide was excellent and knowledgeable of the history and architecture of the structures.

Good, fun tour. Som, our tour guide definitely created a good experience for us. She took us round the city, let’s us explore a couple temples, explained a lot of history, answered any questions we had. Just a fun, positive energy day. Thank you so much, Som!

Ooh, our guide, was fantastic! Efficient, very well informed, excellent English, great driver. She was worth a complete five out of five. Sadly, the same cannot be said for the office staff. I booked this trip, during office hours, the day before we were due to go. Our hotel was not listed as one where we could be picked up, so I emailed the tour provider asking where and when to meet. No reply. The ticket for the tour said it would leave at 6:00 am from a hotel 1/2 hour away from ours. We duly got up at 5:00am and arrived there at 6. No sign of them by 6:30am so I rang them. THEY HAD OBVIOUSLY NOT EVEN LOOKED AT THE BOOKING!!! 2 half-hour taxi trips at our own expense later, we were picked up by the wonderful Ooh at our own hotel at 8:00am - she had been called in at short notice. The organisers of this tour deserve less than one star, but because Ooh was so good I’ll give 3 overall.

The guide made our tour even more special. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. This tour was the highlight of all tours we took so far. Thank you!

This is the worst experience ever! We’ve been queuing for 3 hours now. The food is not enough. The cooks just leave their stands and never return. There is no information what is happening and whether there will be more. This whole experience is definitely not worth the 140€. Don‘t waste your time and money
