On this booking it says we would visit 4 different places. The tour I went on only took me to Wat Phra Pathom Chedi and Human imagery museum. When I texted the tour company before the tour confirming all four sites, I was not given a response. The online booking says the tour should have taken 8 hours. I was picked up at 8 am and dropped off at 12 pm.

Where to start, this was one of the best tours we had whilst in Phuket. We were collected from our hotel lobby at the exact time stated and put into a great luxury air con mini van. On arrival we were given a warm welcome and greetings, great snacks and drinks. The islands are beautiful and it is not too long to travel. The guides have a great sense of humour and make the experience amazing for all. We would definitely come back again. Overall great company and best tour guides for this experience. Awesome 👍

Very friendly team, beautiful views, good snorkeling sites, easy communication through whatsup BUT too crowded (25-30 participants in this small boat), very touristic and the schedule was 1:30 hour later than presented online.

Just back 2 weeks now from another brilliant stay at Club Lion, rooms spotless, food good not lots of choice but everything good we had. This was our 6th time there and back in Oct for 2 weeks, staff are lovely love the 2 girls behind the bar. Met some old friends and made plenty of new, I've stayed in 4/5 star hotels and this is better than those, majority of ppl were great but you always get the odd few who complained every day about something not been right, whether it be food or rooms or anything come to that if they wanted better should have booked 5 stars . Management were great and tried to accommodate where ever possible,so if you thinking about going just book up you won't get disappointed.

This took 7 hours, hoping for more time in Old Town but only had 50 mins. We were late to be picked up which is ok, but no message to say this. Buses old

We spent about 45mins at the attraction & thought it was really well done with clever artwork.. We had such a laugh , and it's so cheap... Give it a go ...we loved it & it broke up our busy day

Well organized. Small island's with plenty of tourism. Lovely and crystal clear water! Unfortunately a lot of jellyfishes.

Lots to see and loads of photo opportunities. Guide was very friendly, helpful and fun. Beware lots of steps if you wish to see it all.

Remarkable wooden structure, not to be missed , English speaking guide available to take you around, afterwards you can ride an elephant 🐘 take a trip on a speed boat ,eat

Half day was perfect for us! We went for the 7am pick up as we didn’t want to be out in the hot afternoon sun. All confirmed by text the day we booked. Picked up and dropped off from our hotel without a problem. Comprehensive before trip talk regarding our safety. Full but not overloaded boat. Unexpected refreshments midway through the trip. The islands were amazing. The fish are really close to the beach! Beautiful landscape and clear water. Highly recommend it.

The trip was nice and the islands beautiful. I do think that it would be better if the time spent on each island was extended to one and a half hours. The staff were great we enjoyed the tour .

Booked this trip through Viator. Payment taken from my account 3 days beforehand as agreed. Received a text from Sunleisureworld (+66 81 440 9926) the day before the trip asking for more money to pick up from cruise terminal even though the voucher said pick up points include the cruise terminal. I sent the voucher to them and they then said the trip was full. The booking was made over two months ago and payment had already been made! They insisted that the trip is full and that i should request a refund. We were looking forward to a nice day on the beach but this company is either incompetent or untrustworthy and ruined our day.

Tour organizer was terrible. I booked the morning tour and they informed me it was sold out only 1 hour before departure. They refused to refund me and forced us to either lose money or go on the afternoon tour, although the afternoon weather forecast said thunderstorms. The van picked us up 30 minutes late. As soon as we arrived at the dock it began raining. The refused to cancel the tour so we went out in the rain. The tour guide and the boat staff were friendly but I would not book with this company again.

We had a lovely time on this tour. Things that are not stated and I would have liked to know ahead of time are: It is reasonably friendly to young children and older people - there is a bit of stepping in and out of boats but there is always one and sometimes two people to help. You don’t need to bring anything other than swimwear, sunscreen and towel. They provide snorkel gear, life jackets, water and snacks, and you can buy food and drink and use of shaded chairs at two of the islands. You don’t need to buy anything ahead of time if you weren’t expecting to do an island trip (we weren’t because our visit to Phuket was a detour) - the departure marina has all sorts of things to buy at reasonable prices, like snorkel mouthpieces if you want your own, reef shoes, waterproof phone satchels, even hair elastics. We were well looked after and thought the trip was good value for money. There was a safety briefing, arrangements at each stop were well communicated in multiple languages. Things “felt” chaotic at times but staff always seemed to know what they were doing, they kept track of people who had booked in different ways without problem (eg - they knew without being prompted that our ticket had prepaid island entry while some others needed to pay), they managed the transfers well too. A well managed experience at a budget price.

This tour's guide, "Donna," was humorous, gave clear instruction on when and where to return to the tour bus when touring three sights, pointed out where to take good photos of the ruins. Donna's English was fairly easy to understand despite some words took me a while to get it; "renovate." The paths between and surrounding the ruins were well paved with red bricks. Fairly easy to walk on with sandals or tennis shoes. However, one still needs to be able to navigate some steps; ie. without major hip, knee or ankle issue. Please be warned that despite well air-conditioned bus, getting out and walking around to see the ruins in the heat and humidity can be a challenge. Cold water got warm quickly. The second part of the tour involved a 2-hour easy boat ride on the river. The buffet lunch on the big boat was delicious. Various entrees for various people's taste. Fresh fruits. And afternoon tea/coffee. While the tour was kind of fast-pace for me, the sacred environment actually made me very peaceful inside. It helped when there were not many tourists during beginning low season. Minus one star for leaving me stranded after the tour. The afternoon driver was not the same person, who picked me up from my hotel in the early morning. Contrary to what the tour guide reiterated. There should be a head count before driving off. After I got a hold of someone at the tour office by phone, he was able to reach the driver, who came back to pick me up, after he dropped off a couple from my same hotel. Other passengers had to ride along to my hotel twice. Their time were not respected this way. The passengers told the driver someone was missing. He drove off anyway. Language barrier?
