All I can say is wow! The temples we were privileged to see were so very interesting and very different. What made this tour extra special was our guide Gobi! He was such an intelligent, interesting and great story teller! Our driver was also added a lot as he was also a photographer so he took so many fantastic pictures! Perfect amount of time, highly recommended

Our private tour guide, Star, was an absolute superstar guide! She was so knowledgeable, polite and guided us at a comfortable pace. Hotel pick-up at 8.30am, three temple tours, and drop-off at 1pm was the perfect duration for a morning tour. Highly recommend for an informative and comfortable tour around some significant temples in Chiang Mai.

Our day began with Noom who was an outstanding guide. He provided all of the information we were interested in knowing and graciously responded to all of our questions. He was respectful to take cues from our pace, understood what was of interest to us, was sure they we always had the best vantage points, photo tips, and valuable information. Noom always made sure we were comfortable and happy. He also satisfied our intellectual curiosity. He had great communication with the driver to ensure he was at the ready for us as well and we had plenty of water and refreshing cool wipes. We had a memorable experience visiting the temples and understood the connection between them, the city of Chiang Mai and the people. This tour felt so personal and enriching. Nui is a great guide. Very enthusiastic and good company. The trip was a good mix of temple and walking with some views and a journey through the streets of Chiang Mai.

We took three trips whilst in Chiang Mai being expertly guided by Gobi and safely driven by Mr Boo. We would highly recommend them if you are looking for excellent, amusing and above all knowledgeable guides.

Our second trip with guide Nui from AP Travel. Again we were picked up from our hotel this time on a half day tour to Doi Suthep and Palad temples. Very interesting trip made more so by Nui’s knowledge. We asked at the end of the trip if we could be dropped off in the old town of Chiang Mai instead of the hotel and Nui was happy to oblige. Fond memories of our visits to Chaing Mai and our guide Nui both trips were a reasonable price too for a private tour.

Really enjoyed this evening trip. We were picked up at 4pm in a mini bus. The traffic was busy leaving Chang Mai. The ‘Hidden Temple’ in a lovely setting in a forest and was very peaceful. The driver told us about the different parts of the temple. We then went to Doi Suthep temple. From there you could see the whole of Chiang Mai. The sunset was hazy but the view was still good.

We loved our Full Day Doi Inthanon tour with Nui. He was so knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor that made the whole time so enjoyable. We learned a lot about the local plants and history and enjoyed wonderful scenery . The pagoda gardens were stunning and hike in the park was one of the best parts of our trip so far . Would highly recommend!

We did a customized early morning private tour to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep and offered alms on the way up and then went to Wat Umong and Wat Pha Lat. we were so pleased with our guide Nui and our driver, Nui!! 2 Nui’s are even better than one! We learned so much as Nui trained to be a monk. I’d highly recommend this tour and be sure to ask for 2 Nui’s to make it extra special!!

This week my wife and I went on the Half Day Long Neck Hill Tribe and Hmong Hill Tribe tour by private car. We were fortunate enough to have Mr Gobi as our tour guide for the 3rd time (upon our request). I have to say this was one of the best tours we have ever been on and was made even better by having Mr Gobi as our guide. We would never have been able to experience what we did, on our own, without attending this tour. Mr Gobi showed us all of the crops that the Hmong grew then took us into one of the Hmong villagers houses which was a very special experience. Follow that we headed to the Karon Long neck tribe village which again was a very special experience. We found Mr Gobi to be easy going and friendly with a great sense of humour which kept us entertained. He felt more like a friend than a tour guide by the end. We’d also like to give our driver, Mr Boo a shout out as he was an extremely careful driver who managed to navigate the windy roads to our destinations and return us safely back to our hotel. We highly recommend this tour!
