They provide excellent service. My massage at Masumi was exceptional. My therapist was highly skilled and the pressure was really good. I came here all the time during my stay at Chiang Mai

Clean, good smelling facility. Therapist was talented and provided a good service. I got a 2 hour aromatherapy massage with herbal compress. Would return to this spa, next time I might pass on the hot compress. Was nice but didn’t really add to the experience

Highly recommended. Good value of money & very skilful therapies ( 041 Fern / 025 Nui). Not type of fancy spa place, but it clean with best massage in Chiang Mai. We decided repeatedly came here within our 6 days trip.

We just happen to find this one Trip Advisor when prior to going to Chiang Mai and it looked great online, let alone find it and step into this white place that was clean, fresh and smelt great. We took the special that was being advertised on the board out the front. This was the best massage we had the whole time we where in Chiang Mai. It was the most expensive one as well, but you get what you pay for. We then got a lovely ted afterwards and this rice cracker that was devine. So much so, we bought 5 packs to take back to Australia to have at home.

I am living at Chiang Mai and been here several times. Friendly staff and really clean atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I’ve been here several times as much as I have time and have money haha I love massage tho and here is the one of my favorite, the therapists here they have an experience so for me the massage was excellent but don’t know you should make you own experience, by the way I just bought VIP member to get 50% off for every massage and all the packages🤩🤩

The service was not worth the value we paid & they used our photo for promotion without our permission. I wld strongly requested them to remove it ASAP.

My wife and I decided to finish our time in Chiang Mai with a more expensive and what we thought would be a better quality massage. We paid for a 4 handed massage each which totaled 4400 baht. The massage itself was average, but what ruined it for us was the constant talking and laughing of the women massaging us. It made it nearly impossible to relax. Most of our 300-400 baht massages were better and more relaxing. Perhaps their regular massages are better, but I would skip the 4 handed massage here. The quality does not match the prices. Live and learn!

I availed the Healthy relaxing spa package and I can say its totally worth the money! The place is beautiful and relaxing. They also offered a pickup and drop off to and from the hotel im staying. Service was excellent and very professional. Highly recommended! Its the best massage spa Ive ever had and will definitely come back for more!

The spa is very beautiful and cozy with polite and helpful staff. Unfortunately the "Beauty beginning package" was a big disappointment. The scrubb very rough and 1 hour is way too much. My partner was in a lot of pain but she just kept scrubbing in such a fast speed he wanted to scream. He said after that it was the worst money spent and he never want to go to a spa again, this was his first visit ever.. My therapist was much more calm and worked in a comfortable paste. Important for all staff to remember that you're treating people and not wood.. The aroma massage was good and I could tell that my therapist knew her anatomy, but I go to a spa to calm down and relax my mind and that's hard when the therapists keep talking and laughing with eachother almost the whole session, it felt unprofessional and a bit annoying unfortunately. I'd expect more from such an establishment. The facial was really not up to standard and was more or less half an hour doing circles with sticky creams and then over 20min laying in a mud mask, my partner was ready to get up and leave several times. I missed a proper face massage and a firm hand, the head and back massage after was great tho. Been working as a skin and massage therapist over 10 years myself and hate to complain but it was really not a good experience. The day after the spa we both woke up with big pimples on both backs and in the face which tells me the products are probably of questionable quality. Really sad about the experience and would not recommend this particular treatment package, but have heard and read good things about other ones at The Masumi Spa. Just giving feedback so the spa can offer even better service to other costumers in the future and wish you the best of luck!

The ambiance is lovely and calming. The massage was wonderful, with skill and reassurance. Overall a great experience.

I have tried Thai massage somewhere else but masseuses at Masumi spa is very different. They are very skillful at Thai body massage. They know exactly where to stress and apply extra pressure. The spa is not very crowded like Healthland and the masseuses here never asks for a tip (unlike Healthland staffs, they did say to me "where is my tip?" while I was leaving the room). Anyways, I did give them a tip even though they did not ask for it but because I was really impressed by their skill and service. I recommend this spa for anyone visiting Chiang Mai and wants to find a place to relax. The price may be a bit high but still in an acceptable and reasonable range.

Skillful massage. The herbal compress was amazing and made your body warm. I would definitely recommend others to check this out.

Like the quiet and restful ambience. Makes you feel totally relaxed. ....I always fall asleep. The masseuses are experienced and friendly. i enjoyed the steam room too! Well stocked shower room. They also serve nice cookies or Thai snacks for after treatment. My only gripe is looking for a parking lot as it belongs to the hotel where the spa is located.
