- The pick up is done by the Balloon Company. Pick up is between 5.30 am to 6 am from hotels around Chiang Mai city. If your hotel is located outside of the city, an additional charge may be required and the pick up time may be different. We will inform you based on the information provided with your booking and based on your location. Make sure we have the correct information of where you stay and wish to be picked up. Please let us know if you stay in an AirBnb or rented Condo. We may arrange a suitable pick up point in front of the condo or nearby. The pick up is provided by the Balloon Company, and you will get a transfer after the Balloon Flight to Fah Lanna Spa - Old City Branch for your spa treatment. From Fah Lanna Spa in the Old City you will make your own way back to your hotel or we can assist you with booking a Taxi (at your own cost).

- What to wear: The temperature in the air is the same as on the ground. Special clothing is not required for hot air ballooning. We suggest practical wear, such as long pants, a light jacket, a hat. No flip flops, sandals or high heels please.

In case of cancellation due to the weather you can choose to cancel all and get a full refund or to take only the spa visit with lunch and receive a refund for the Hot Air Balloon Flight. For this reason you must provide your up to date contact information so the operator can contact you in case of cancellation.

I was picked up on time from my door and taken to the hot air balloon site. All necessary COVID precautions were taken. I was treated to a light breakfast before we started. The pilot provided a safety briefing then we were up up and away. To say the view over Chiang Mai was breathtaking would be an understatement. I felt completely safe the whole time and the pilot was very pleasant. After our flight, we were treated to a traditional champagne toast. I had a great experience.
After the hot air balloon ride, I was taken to the spa for my massage. It was very relaxing. I got a delicious beverage and snack before and after my treatments. I requested a substitute treatment and they were super accommodating.
I would HIGHLY recommend this package.
