        Unique experience
The staff was very kind offering assistance to my elderly father. The elephants seemed happy and well taken care of. It was a unique experience to be able to get that close to them.

Disappointing Chiang Mai Region Tour – Missed Potential
I was really looking forward to exploring the Chiang Mai region and learning about its culture, history, and landmarks. Unfortunately, this tour was a letdown. The guide barely spoke during the entire trip and provided almost no explanations about the sites we visited. It felt like we were just being driven from one place to another without any context or storytelling to bring the sites to life. The few times I tried to ask questions, the guide’s responses were brief and uninformative, which made the experience feel unengaging and impersonal. The Chiang Mai region is stunning and rich in history, but this tour did not help us connect with or fully appreciate it. A good guide makes all the difference, and sadly, that was lacking here. I hope the company invests in training their guides to provide more engaging and informative experiences, as the region deserves better representation.

River Kwai day trip on a budget
We were a group of 6 and enjoyed the day tour. The tour includes the train trip in 3rd class (2nd last carriage) and we had rhe carriage almost to ourselves or you can pay and extra 300 baht to get the same experience and a bottle of water. Lunch was a excellent waterfront restaurant and we had plenty of time allotted ro explore each stop.

        Good structure and kind staff!
The sanctuary staff and very kind! The tour had a solid structure and it seems like they truly take good care of the elephants (no chains and elephants are free roaming). My family did not choose to swim with the elephants, but bring a bathing suit if that’s something you would like to do!

        Impressive and Admirable
Dear Tak, We had the privilege of experiencing a truly unique day at your park for rescued elephants yesterday. Thank you so much for the private tour with the elephants and their trainers. We were deeply impressed by your dedication to these rescued elephants. Keep up the amazing work, and sending our warmest regards from Peti and Lars!

        Overall Average!
The trip was according to the plan. They picked up in right time from Holiday Inn Express but the driver has communication issue so we had to struggle . The most unprecedented thing was the car waited for 35 minutes for 4 guests in Bay view hotel and we were waiting in the micro without any prior notice when to re-start or what’s the next destination is. The team who received us from the driver was professional . We waited for 35 mins and then they started the coral island journey. We didn’t know that it will stop in different points such as snorkeling, diving, paragliding etc . My suggestion is if the itinerary should have been clearly mentioned beforehand and the overall plan etc. then it would be easier for us. Everything else were great . The coral island team who guided us through from the onboarding at the speedboat till we come back was excellent. The Indian food quality was really not up to the mark. It was not at all expected. South Indian food only which really made us disappointed.

Trip from Bangkok to Khao Yai
The driver was very good. Unfortunately, the traffic was very, very heavy, and the trip took much longer than expected. Not the driver's fault in any way, she was very good. The car was nice and clean, and the driver adjusted the A/C when requested.

Boat trip with bbq and sunsets
This was a little misleading as I thought we would visit 7 islands not see 7. Bbq on the beach at Pods island was chicken and veg, was pretty good. Snorkeling was good at the second spot we stopped at, not really much to see at the first spot. Swimming in the bioluminescence was very cool.

        Check itenary before buying tickets
Check what places they will take you before u book the tickets. Main attraction was big Buddha statue which the tour guide told us on the bus that they won't be taking us there sue to landslide. Had we known wouldn't have booked the tour and wasted our time and money

Hands on interaction with rescued elephants
The most amazing experience. Staff were very kind and knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. My partner is disabled and we had forewarned them that we had no wheelchair with us. It was agreed we would have a modified experience because of mobility issues. In the end they found a truck to transport him round and we had a fantastic time. Could not believe we were able to have such close contact with these animals. We fed them, walked with them and scrubbed them down in the pool. We were told the heartrending backstories of these noble creatures and witnessed the scars and evidence of their maltreatment in an earlier life. Such a worthwhile thing to do and so much fun! A must- do activity!
