        Absolutely incredible experience!!!
Mr. 9 picked me up from my hotel promptly. He is a sweet man and very friendly. His car was spacious. We picked up two other cool guys from another hotel before heading to the sanctuary. Once there, it was a blissful experience. Every second was special with the elephants. Ms. Tak and her crew are incredible people. They will tell you about each elephant and help you with elephant safety. This is a must do!

Nothing to crow about..just high in the air.
views were good..took pics..but they don't have an area for purchase of take home items (souvenirs) so had to look in the street shops.

        Best Tour in Samui.
This was the best tour of our trip. The red dragon was a spacious boat and the staff were great, all spoke clear English. On board the seating area for all passengers was spacious, a full day bed to relax on and by the end of the 10 to 12 hour trip, was much appreciated. Snorkeling and kayaking was great. The boat moved slowly around some of the 42 islands that make up Ang Thong National Park. The food was plentiful and drinks, help yourself. Caught the sunset on our leisurely way back to Samui. A perfect day.

        This was a wonderful evening
My husband and I arrived in Bangkok and decided to take this tour spur of the moment. That was a fantastic choice. We had an absolutely delightful time zooming around the city in the tuk tuk with our fellow tourists. The food choices were unique and all delicious. The history and cultural experiences were wonderful. This was a terrific evening and hats off to Jib, our delightful and knowledgeable tourguide who gave us a fantastic experience. Five stars all around

        Exceptional
This was the day trip I was most looking forward to and it absolutely did not disappoint. Spending time with these elephants is such a spiritual experience and one I will never forget. The dogs on site were also so cute and it's obvious the caretakers care for them just as well as the elephants. So happy I was able to experience this with my mom.

        Amazing experience!
Went on this trip on 6 Jul 23. This was well worth the price! Pick up from our villa was on time and efficient. The pick up location was confirmed ahead of time. The tour operator was responsive both via email and WhatsApp. The initial drop off point is on the southwest side of the island off a dirt road. The dock is a little underwhelming, but don't let that scare you. We were on the larger boat (Red Dragon) with 6 other groups/families. There was probably about 28 of us total. We set sail about 9:30am an arrived at the north end of Ko Ang Thong Park in about an hour. On the trip over, we were served a breakfast of spring rolls, fried goyza, and fruit. Bottled water and soft drinks were unlimited. For our first outing, we spent some time kayaking around the islands. We entered a small lagoon through a crevice in the rocks. We went to a small beach area where we took a dip in the ocean. This was a great way to see the limestone rock formations up close including the caverns that are cut into or through the rock. The staff was very attentive and made sure we were all safe and had a good time. If you don't have a waterproof camera or a way to waterproof your camera, the guides do take photos to share later. After we returned to the boat and the crew was stowing the kayaks, we got the chance to jump off a platform from the boat and into the water - a lot of fun! For our 2nd activity, we sailed to another island in the park and snorkeled for about an hour. While the snorkeling here isn't as pristine as the Virgin Islands, it's still pretty amazing. Snorkeling equipment is provided for you and it's in reasonably good condition considering it is common use. You can bring your own snorkel gear if you want. For the 3rd activity, we sailed to Ko Mae Ko and hiked the stairs to see the famed Blue Lagoon used in the movie "The Beach." The stairs are steep and a bit rusty. If you have a problem with heights, I would not recommend this activity. We were served lunch about 3pm. I can't remember if that occurred before or after the trip to see the Blue Lagoon. Lunch was wonderful and consisted of mostly Thai food - green curry, fried rice, some spaghetti stirred fried with vegetables. There was also some fried chicken strips. On the return trip home, we were treated to margaritas and later some ice cream. The sun was setting on the trip back which yielded some incredible photos. The weather during our trip was partly cloudy and the sea was almost flat. No one got sea sick, but I can imagine that if the weather was not as nice that might be a problem for some. The staff does provide sea sickness pills at the start of the trip. I'm glad we did this. Very enjoyable and memorable!

Ron top priority is to ensure all guest on board are safe and comfortable throughout the entire journey. He is very informative and detail person. Ron and his staff members are extremely friendy, very approachable and helpful. We had a wonderful time on board and will surely recommend this to all our friends and relatives who are visiting Koh Samui. Keep up the good works guys! Thumbs up!

        Avoidable, unhygienic, rude
Overrated water sports. Unclear water very very short duration rides and activities. Parasailing is hardly 2 mins. Under sea walk 10mins, unsanitized helmets. The marshalls keep pushing you and behave very rudely.

A truly worthwhile informative and enjoyable tour
What a wonderful experience . So good to see how these rescued elephants are looked after. We were able to prepare food for them and feed them ! Elephants apparently are always hungry . The staff were friendly and helpful . They seem to consider the elephants as part of their family and have great empathy with them . Thoroughly recommend. The Lunch also was excellent and beautifully presented .

        Awesome experience!
This was a well organized and fantastic trip. Our driver, Mr. T was prompt and engaged in pleasent conversation as we drove to the sanctuary. All the staff at Pattaya Elephant Sanctuary were knowledgable and passionate about helping rescue elephants from harsh treatmemt. We were able to interact with multiple elephants for many hours and enjoyed their gentle dispositions. This is a must do experience while visiting Thailand!

Very disorganized. They had me wait for them since 5:30am but driver showed up at 7:10am
After making the reservation, I contacted them through WhatsApp to confirm the pick-up time. The agency told me that they would come for me at 5:30 am. I diligently woke up at 4:20am to be ready on time. I waited for them since 5:20 am. At 6am I started calling and texting to ask if they were coming. Minutes passed and no one had come or communicated with me. Finally, at almost 6:20 am they answered me saying that they were going to talk with the driver. The driver showed up at 7:10am. So I wasted almost 2 hours waiting for them for no reason instead of getting more sleep. Also, the driver was on his phone the entire drive. When we arrived at the sanctuary, I was told we were at the wrong place and had to pay again if I wanted to stay there. The driver called the agency and finally we were allowed to stay at Pattaya Elephant Sanctuary. However, the people at Pattay Elephant sanctuary were nice and hanging out with the elephants was an awesome experience.

        Amazing service from the start.
Excellent service from the start! The taxi service provided was above and beyond and the staff at the sanctuary were all very nice. The taxi driver is with you throughout the entire trip and walks with you to the sanctuary and guides you inside as well, and helps you take pictures while you are bathing the elephants. My taxi driver, Mr. T. took some amazing photos for me! Highly recommended. I would revisit again in the future!

False Description - Not worth the money
I had purchased this tour with high expectations given the prices I paid for the ticket. From the moment I got onto the boat I was completeley let down by false information in the description. Description claimed to have max 15 travellers- NOT the case. More like 80. No introduction of how to manoeuvre your kayak or guide. Instead you has 10 minutes of kayaking in total where guides rushed to get you into the kayak and you have to figure it out for yourself. We kayaked from one beach to another disgusting beach with all washed up rubbish. There was no snorkling with viability, beach wasn't even nice. Tour guides has snorkling gear in a box and said take some if you want to go.No further direction here. Definitely didn't see no whales let alone any fish at all! The boat was extremely slow. Took forever to get to the islands. Once we were on the boat I found out that there was other people who paid $30 AUD for their ticket. Disappointing to know this tour merges with other cheaper tours and my $113 AUD was wasted for nothing. Only good thing was the lunch provided was very tasty.
