I was given pick up location as a gate (exit door) from the airport. There were dozens of people with names on A4 paper but could not see mine. After messaging it turned out my driver was outside. Nice driver, sensible on the road but had no English.

This Taxi/Transfer service is outstanding. They messaged us on landing with photos of where to go to meet the greeter. He then escorted us to our cab. The car was comfy and clean. The driver was professional, friendly and knowledgeable- pointing out sights along the way. The same and better for our trip back to the airport. I left my passport back at the hotel and only realised when we got there. They arranged another driver to go and collect it from the hotel and bring it to me. They reassured me the whole time we waited with photos of the pick up and updates of the driver’s ETA. They were brilliant, reasonably priced and saved my backside. 10/10!

The process of booking and meeting the driver were simple. We booked an SUV for a family with 2 little kids and a few large suitcases. Everything went as planned. They had a coordinator waiting at door #3 with my name on a sign on arrival (airport level 2) so we had to walk a little to meet them then they called the waiting car to pick us up. The driver was courteous and knew the way around. It’s very convenient and cost much less than a hotel limo.

The car was clean and quite new (we booked a suv due to big baggage) and the driver was kind and helpful. We always felt safe and the experience was smooth, professional and exceptionally executed. Pricing was also absolutely reasonable. I experienced much worse "more professional" private car services around the world already. We booked our return transfer after that experience as well with Taximeeter and would do so again instantly. Everything was just as polished as the first trip. Best way to book is via WhatsApp. Just write them a message and they will get back to you with a quote. If you want or need a private car in Bangkok, use them. Highly recommend!

Although our flight were on time we almost wait more than half hour for the car to arrive to pick us. By the time we got into the car, the car was smelling terribly, we thought that this was the smell of Bangkok, but NO. Afterwards, we experienced that all taxis were so clean in Bangkok. This was a very negative first impression.

There are various tourist attractions introduced. Good service, attractive price, with people to take care The car is of good quality and will continue to be used.

I suggest you never take an offer to take you somewhere for a fixed price it will always be more expensive. Using a metered taxi is very cheap and you can see the cost accumulating as you travel
