        Very interesting introduction to Bangkok
I had today a tour around the city sightseeing highlights in Bangkok. It was very interesting and amazing as I have seen a lot of the main highlights of the city: the Royal Palace , Wat Arun , had a canal boat ride . Amazing organized and an opportunity to deep dive afterwards into Bangkok Thank you for the day!

        Best Honeymoon In Thailand
My husband and I recently embarked on our first international trip with Bravo Indochina Tours, and it certainly won't be our last. From the outset, our experience was exceptional. Terry, our travel agent, curated a honeymoon trip to Thailand perfectly tailored to our preferences, covering all the highlights we desired. From exploring Bangkok's temples to spending a day with elephants in Chiang Mai and touring Phi Phi Islands from Phuket, Terry made it all possible. He was communicative and responsive throughout the planning process, even checking in on us as our trip commenced. Our experience was further elevated by the incredible tour guides we had. Tammy warmly welcomed us at the Bangkok airport, providing valuable recommendations and insights into the city. Noni, our guide in Chiang Mai, enriched our understanding of Thai customs and history through her extensive knowledge. All of our guides and drivers ensured punctual pickups and drop-offs, making our journey seamless and stress-free. We were so impressed with our experience that we've already begun recommending Bravo Indochina Tours to our friends and family. We eagerly anticipate our future adventures with them.

Tina was absolutely fantastic! She made the entire trip planning process incredibly easy and was consistently kind and accommodating throughout our journey in Thailand. We were thrilled with everything we got to experience during our visit. I would highly recommend working with Bravo Indochina Tours and Tina, and I look forward to the possibility of doing so again in the future.

A memorable experience, A great company
Our trip to Thailand was absolutely fantastic! We can't praise our local specialist, Tina, enough for her impeccable service in setting everything up. From the beginning to the end, she provided us with 5-star customer service, ensuring our trip went smoothly. One of the highlights of our journey was the opportunity to connect with the local guides. Each one was incredibly welcoming and contributed to creating memories that will last a lifetime. Betty, our guide in Bangkok, was incredibly fun and had us laughing throughout our time there. ""B"" in Chiang Mai shared captivating stories with us and even serenaded us with his guitar. In Phuket, our day guides, including Wilson for our kayaking excursion, were also exceptional.

I was in good hands at all times
Usually, I'm quite particular about planning trips, but after reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to give this company a chance. From the moment I booked my trip to Southern Thailand, it was clear that I didn't need to worry about a thing. Every detail was meticulously covered by the company. Throughout the journey, I felt completely at ease knowing that I was in capable hands, with my tour guide being just as meticulous with the details.

Incredible trip to Thailand for our family!
Our family had an amazing trip to Thailand! The communication throughout was smooth and efficient. This was our first time having someone else plan our trip, and it exceeded our expectations. The guides were highly knowledgeable and excellent with our three children aged 8 to 10. The accommodations were fantastic, and the selection of activities for our relatively short trip was perfect.

        Customer Focused
We booked a tour with Shore Excursions Asia. The tour organiser (Sammy) ensured that our request for the various activities were accommodated. During the tour we asked if our activity schedule could be revised slightly, due to weather conditions. The tour guide re-arranged everything for us.

Fabulous day visit to Bangkok from Leam Chabang port
Fabulous tour. Our guide, Giftsy, was very informative, funny, engaging, and took us to visit incredible places. Giftsy listened to ur needs and planned accordingly. She was excellent at communicating with us prior our arrival to port so we felt confident not only that she would be there but how to meet.

Bangkok highlights, tailor made and very enjoyable , personal experience with private transport and no queues .
Our guide Luke was there to meet on arrival and we had a wonderful day exploring all the main places we wanted to see. He was very engaging and informative. We enjoyed this tour very much as he took us to an authentic Thai restaurant for lunch at our request and also organised the timing so that we didn’t get caught up in large queues for the river boats. We had cold towels, water and delivered us back to our boat in good time .

A great all day tour of 3 main temple & long boat ride in canals.
19/02/24 We toured the Temple of the Sleeping or Reclining Buddha, The Grand Palace with the Emerald Buddha & Temple of the Golden Buddha. We took the long boat ride in the canals. I loved the boat ride. It provided a perspective that isn't available from the street level. They included time & food, to feed the fish. Our driver was very good & Tour guide, Cat, was excellent. She was very knowledgeable of the history of Thailand & the best places to take us. Her English was Excellent. She was very patient, kind & helpful. Our utmost safety was important to them at all times. They provided us with plenty of water as well as snacks. She made sure that we visited the best souvenir shops with the best prices too. This was an all day tour. She provided an umbrella for shade from the very hot sun. We were never rushed. We had as much time as was needed & bathroom breaks to keep us comfortable. She took our pictures at these main attractions. I would recommend her to family & friends. This was an excellent tour. We couldn't be happier.

So beautiful and easy to get around! Go see it!
Ayutthaya was the ancient capital of Thailand apparently, but it is still a vibrant little city today. The ancient temples and the modern city are mixed together. We picked about 5 temples we most wanted to see --- Wat Mahathat, Wat Ratchaburana, Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, Wat Phra Ram, and Wat Chai Watthanaram. Seeing these gave us the Buddah head embedded in the trunk of a growing tree and the giant reclining buddah--plus lots of other beautiful things. It is free to go to Ayutthaya---a couple of the temples had a tiny entry fee, but for the most part you just wander around as you want to. Ayutthaya is about a one hour drive from Bangkok, but it is absolutely worth the time to get there! If we had not gone I would still be kicking myself. We could have hired a grab for the day, but this time we decided to ask our hotel to get us a driver. He spoke good English and showed us a few extra temples he really likes---I think paying him was a good call. So for us, Ayutthaya came in thethird and final week of our trip. We spent the previous week in Cambodia exploring many breathtaking temples. The big difference with Ayutthaya's temples is that they were much closer together, and because town is basically laid down all around them, you didn't have the long walk to reach them as you often had in Cambodia. After three weeks of climbing, walking, etc. I was perfectly happy to be able to step out of the car and walk 30 feet to a temple. The temples are absolutely beautiful! Really spectacular. I'm so glad we got to see them!

        Given as above
Absolutely amazing! Despite the weekend crowds and the sweltering heat, my husband and I had a fantastic time exploring the Palace. We decided to hire a guide before our visit, and it proved to be a worthwhile investment for the insightful stories and information provided in English. One important tip for future visitors is to be mindful of the dress code. While many think it's sufficient to cover shoulders and knees, I learned firsthand that there are specific requirements. I wore leggings under a miniskirt, only to be informed that I needed to rent or buy a sarong to comply with the dress code before entering. It's a good idea to be prepared and ensure your attire aligns with the guidelines to fully enjoy this incredible experience.

During our research for potential sightseeing venues in Thailand for our holiday destination, we stumbled upon this company via YouTube. From our initial phone call, Harley proved to be incredibly supportive and cooperative. He tailored everything according to our timeframe, and the arrangements were impeccable. We experienced no discomfort with any of his arrangements.
Upon arriving in Thailand, we had the pleasure of meeting Harley and Bobby, who warmly welcomed us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with them. To aspiring travelers planning a trip to Thailand, we wholeheartedly recommend trusting and choosing DMC without hesitation.

Last month, we embarked on a tailored tour with Bravo Indochina Tours, and it was a wonderful three days. The private tour was customized to our preferences, which we had discussed with Mr. Chob beforehand, focusing on the floating and train markets and a tour of Bangkok's temples. With our 4-year-old daughter in tow, we wanted the flexibility to choose and prioritize our activities.
Our tour guide, the amazing and kind Ms. Aom, made our experience truly exceptional. She displayed remarkable patience and efficiently guided us through all the sites, ensuring we made the most of our time. Additionally, our driver was friendly and punctual, contributing to the overall smoothness of our journey. Both Ms. Aom and the driver went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, especially considering our daughter, and it made for a fantastic day! We wholeheartedly recommend Bravo Indochina Tours.

My family and I just came back (April 2022) from a fantastic experience through Thailand (Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai & Golden Triangle). Our guides Sole & Suzy were fantastic and all services provided by Bravo exceeded our expectations. Will certainly travel with them in the future.

First of all, I would like to start by saying that the tour guides and driver we had the first two days of the tour were absolutely wonderful. Bird, Joe, and Cook from Avatar tour (or Avatar travel, I'm not entirely sure of the company name) were so nice and informative. However the third day was honestly quite horrible and ultimately what has led to me leaving this 2 star review, along with some other things.

I would also like to state that this was actually the second time I've taken this tour. I went last year with a friend a enjoyed it so much that I decided to take my mom this time.

      1. Breakfast - the description of the tour clearly states that the guest is to receive 2 breakfasts as part of the payment. It of course comes with the hotel that they book you into. We were barely able to get even one breakfast because the 2nd day of the tour we were picked up at 6:30am, which is the same time breakfast started. My mom, who is 71, tried to at least grab a pastry from the breakfast buffet and was yelled at my hotel staff. The 2nd day of the tour is visiting Ayutthaya and our tour guide didn't end up giving us lunch until 1:30pm and we'd been up since 5am. My mom got to the point where she nearly passed out.

      2. lunches - when I took this tour last year with my friend, we had lunch covered every day and I very clearly remembered reading, when I originally booked this year's tour, that all the lunches would be covered but they were not and now the description has also changed to state 1 lunch. Only day 2, Ayutthaya, was covered. The rest of the time we had to fend for ourselves, which wouldn't be too bad except day 1, again, our tour guide had us go-go-going, that we really had no time to stop. It wasn't until we got to Temple of Dawn were he finally asked us if he could go eat, which we of course said yes cause we also needed the break and food.

      3. Viator chat operator - after we returned back to our hotel on day 2, we asked our guide, Joe, when we were to be picked up for day 3, but he had no clue - nobody gave him the information. So I went through the viator (this tour is actually hosted by viator, which is a subsidiary of TripAdvisor) chat to message the operator at 3pm about pick up time and whether we could actually eat breakfast this time - got absolutely no response. I later attempted to call through the hotel phone line but none of the phone numbers worked because the hotel could not dial international numbers and there was no local number provided. Finally, at 8pm, I messaged through the chat again and got a response that our pick up time would be at 7:30am.

      4. All of day 3 - after getting ready the next day, we go down to eat around 7:15 and while checking out, I'm told that the driver is already there to pick us up. I was specifically told 7:30 so I said we're going to eat first. Later the driver and front desk staff came over while we're eating to tell us that we were supposed to be picked up at 7am not 7:30 and at this point, I was done. I told them again we were told 7:30 and we will finish at 7:30. At precisely 7:30 the driver comes again and hands me his phone where a very rude person proceeds to tell me (in a semi-yelling voice) that we were supposed to be ready at 7 and there are other people to be picked up. I finally yelled back that I was told 7:30, we are finishing our food now and will be leaving. I later discovered the person on the phone was our tour guide. Also there were supposed to be 3 stops on day 3 but we only went to 2, the floating market and the railroad, we didn't see Wat Bang Kung.

      5. private tour - last year, day 1 and day 3 of this tour was a private tour. My friend and I had our own guide and driver and could take the tour at our own pace. Only the trip to Ayutthaya is combined with other tourists which makes sense. This time we only had day 1 to ourselves and had day 3 with another traveler. I honestly don't mind this but would appreciate it if we had been informed ahead of time - also the site again clearly states that it's a private tour and we would be traveling on our own. I understand this year is a huge boom in tourism so scheduling everybody is difficult but just keeping us informed would be nice.

      6. The hotel - the hotel was okay, except the fridge was broken, as well as the bathroom door. We were so tired the first day that we went right to sleep, so we didn't notice these problems until the second day. Maintenance almost tried to get us to switch rooms but they eventually got the fridge fixed and we just decided to deal with the bathroom door for one more night. The staff was nice except the one lady who yelled at my mom for grabbing a pastry.

Overall, I'm disappointed in how this tour turned out. I had such a great time last year and was excited to share it with my mom but it was kind of a bust. Like I said before, Joe, Bird, and Cook of avatar tours were wonderful and I'll book with them directly, but I won't be using Bravo Indochina Tours again.

I took 3 Day Bangkok and Ayutthaya

      1-Airport pick and drop-Excellent
2-Hotel excellent location , it was 4 star hotel. Comfortable beds, close to Terminal 21 Mall , only 5 minutes walk.
      3-Food was good
4-Guide very informative specially Giftsy .
      5-Tour coach was good
6- Mr Tony was quick response to provide support and answer any clarification you have.
7- Tour was very economically and worth of each penny.

1- Complete Bangkok's main highlights in only 1 day by exploring the Grand Palace, the Emerald Buddha Temple, Wat Pho,Wat Arun.

2- Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and MaeKlong Railway Market

3-Ayutthaya, Wat Lokayasutha. This temple is known for its giant reclining Buddha image, one of the few structures remaining intact here.Your next stop is Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, being part of the royal palace complex this is where royalty performed rituals. It is considered the most important temple of Ayutthaya.

Then, visit Wat Mahathat Ayutthaya. One of the oldest and most significant temples in the history of Ayutthaya, it once housed the Buddha's holy relic. Admire the famous Buddha head entwined within the roots of a Bodhi tree.
