Superb experience with nice sunset view! Enjoy music and drinks while watching sunset but not very suitable for young kids after sunset.

The cruise was a lot of fun and my fiancée and I had a great time on the ship. The scene was really fun and it was really romantic to ride at night. The boarding process was a little hectic at first, but once on the ship, things went pretty smooth. A buffet was offered complimentary of the experience and drinks could be purchased for an additional charge. The food was decent, but the experience is the true gem. The entertainment was great and the live band did a great job of putting on an energetic show. If you are looking for a more laid back and quiet cruise, this may not be your thing as it was pretty loud and boisterous inside. If that’s your thing however, it would be right up your alley! Would recommend to any coming to Bangkok. 5/5

The transfer to and from the water park was good, I had plenty of information to let me know what time I was being collected at either end. The water park was clean and had some decent rides. The queues were smaller at either end of the day, not sure how they would be in high season ? I thought there was a decent selection of food and not unreasonably priced, despite what others said, nuggets and chips 150bht, Thai food similar. There are not quite as many rides as the big parks on the holiday islands of Europe but my 14 year son enjoyed it. The area for the younger ones looked very good, with areas around it for the parents to comfortably watch too. Decent day if this is your thing !

the tour itself was excellent but the "E" ticket i got as a PDF would not open on my iphone and with 35 mins to go before entry the ticket reception would not acept an email from me and print the tickets. with a lot of anxiety with time approaching i was able to manipulate the files, i eventually got them open but you only look/scan 1 at a time. the gate scanning lady was very patient and waited for me to open and close tickets on my ph. once in, the tour was great, actually awesome. the lesson here was to open all attachments prior to arrival and have everything ready to go.

Be very aware that if the weather is not good, you will not be able to see the city clearly. No refunds at all, even in bad weather. Make sure you go when the weather is good.

the trip was amazing, well organized, pick up on time, the morning gathering of all groups was a bit of a surprise but they handled it very well, toast and jam for breakfast was a bit sad but we had our own snacks, the tour guides were awesome, especially Ken, attentive, knowledgable, funny and really looking after each participant with care, amazing guy! All stops included as planned, snorkeling was in the open waters from the boat so not for the heart fainted, kayaking amazing, the lunch was decent and tasty, highlight was the hike to the viewing point of the Ang Thong marine park, super hard but we did it and oh was it worth it!!!!!! Couldnt do it without the cheer from Ken :) there were couples, families with children as little as 4, as well as a few "elderly" couples, really amazing! For Ang Thong pack extra clothes in case u het wet, wear ur swimwear already since snorkling is first, loads of sunscreen as u r out in the open all day long, proper shoes for the hike as its rocky and very steep! and flip flops or water shoes for the boat parts! Amazing place and great shows especially for Kids! It’s good to be there at 5:30 PM. The Show beginns at 8:30, but the kids can play there and they supposed to started in the kids club. Only the Buffet was not so good for us and the food was cold.

Do NOT use this company, it’s a scam. We had confirmed tickets to an excursion, and only two days after the confirmation did the company realize they didn’t book the tickets with the location itself, and had to cancel on us. Unforeseen circumstances do occur, but it this is not the case. The cancellation notice arrived too late to reschedule, and the WhatsApp chat to communicate was not professional, lazy, and we still have not seen the refunded money. I would advise future customers to use other services. This scam is just taking your money and canceling.

Do NOT book with this company. We paid for and received the confirmation, and even have the tickets sent electronically. What I think happened is we booked with this company and they were uncoordinated, lazy, and disorganised and did not book tickets with the tower, so they canceled We haven’t seen any money being refunded, and we not offered any other excursion in the place of this canceled one. Use any other company but this one.

We were a little disappointed overall . Our trip was with YTS via TripAdvisor . We left our hotel at 7.30am and then spent lots of time cramming guests into the taxis, waiting at hotels before arriving at an overcrowded registration departure point - meaning we didn’t actually leave on the speedboat some 3 hours later at 10.20 As a result we only had a short time snorkelling at the first site , which had little in the way of marine life and coral , it did appear to have plenty of rubbish and debris to the disgust of our kids The next island Racha was better for snorkelling ,with clearer waters. There we were also crammed into tractor pulled coaches to our lunch stop along with many other groups - it all felt a little conveyor belt . On return to Racha beach there was seldom place to report from the sun with many other people finding shade unless you’re happy to pay for a sunshade on the beach . Our kids were pretty restless by this point Finally we went to Coral island , a beautiful spot , but were only there for an hour or so and once again if you wished to sit somewhere under shade a hire charge applies Very commercialised operation ran by many tour operators with guests experience suffering as a result of over crowded tours Our kids had a great time nonetheless

Excellent. Amazing views and very well organised tour. We were given enough time to take in the views and information provided by guides we very interesting, make sure you book in advance otherwise you won’t get a chance to do this iconic tower

Tuk-Tuk ordered by guide had high seat/low roof so couldn't see anything when seated inside. Guide was hard to understand, not proficient in english.

The view is amazing, took many video. Cave exploring in paddling is interesting experience. It will be one of my memorable family trips.

Did a dinner cruise on Chinese New year's Eve. Super busy, but once onboard very relaxed and great entertainment. This is a must do if you visit Bangkok. Buffet food is good but view down the river is awesome

Unfortunately this attraction didn't live up to expectations. The house itself was quite small, the upside-down features looked fairly warn and old. With quite a few visitors at the time of our visit, it was difficult to get clear photo opportunities. With younger children - not many of the upside-down features were within touching distance for quality photo possibilities. That being said, the staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive to ensure you get the best possible photos. As you have to specifically take a taxi/car to this attraction - I wouldn't bother planning a trip just for this.
