        Perfect day trip from Bangkok
The hotel pick up was on time. The tour emphasized small group size. We had 9 in our group. We were able to see all the sites with ample time to explore with and without our guide. Our guide preordered our food in advance so we don’t waste time waiting for our food. The restaurant was reasonable in price and decent in quality. This is a must do if you go to Bangkok. The place, the temple and the ruins are historic and breath taking. Highly recommended.

        Great experience and thoughtful guide
I like the agenda pretty much: 2-3 spots in one day, not so stressed, and these destinations are carefully selected to make the trip memorable. The Sanctuary of Truth and the Coral Island show different aspects of beauty of Pattaya: exquisite carving arts and crystal clear sea water. Personally I recommend the temple more cuz the beach was a little too crowded on the day we paid a visit. And for services, I believe you guys would be lucky if you had Jack as your tour guide. He is very talkative and helpful, making the trip extra fun with his knowledge about the country.

Badest experience ever with shouting tour guide
Really bad experience. Better not make tour with this organization. Send so many confusing mails in evening before that we was not see important information about the meeting point and can this tour guide and she only say ask somebody around you and close phone and she when we was find her she start short with us and we speak so unfriendly that we was not want to go on this trip. Never go with this tour just go to Bangkok Train station and look for some driver and you have the same and even you see more tempel like this and you will have completely nice day

        Unconventional Temples
Our tour guide, Atikamas Jannaul, was fantastic! She was smiley, polite, and made us feel very welcome. She gave us useful information and at the right time e.g information about the sites, and where and when to meet up after visiting a particular place. The drive to and from Chiang Rai was long (3+ hours), but it was still an interesting journey and a chance to soak in the sights of northern Thailand. While the two temples (silver and blue) are beautiful, don't expect them to be traditional Thai temples. These are modern, unconventional creations. Although I much prefer the historic and traditional temples of Chiang Mai, this was still an interesting day out. Thanks also to the driver who was also very helpful during this trip.

        Boon is the best!
Our tour guide, Boon, was splendid. He went above and beyond, teaching us about local history and culture, getting us towels to dry off our feet at the hot springs, taking pictures of us, and getting us snacks from local vendors. He really made the experience so memorable. I wouldn’t hesitaste to book another tour with him,

        Small group tour to Ayutthaya
This was such a great trip. We went as a small group. It is a really full day and it is made clear that you need to be at meeting point on time. The tour host contacted me the day before to confirm details and let me know what to expect which was really helpful. The host was very well informed and balanced showing us around, giving information on Palace and temples with giving us time to explore independently. Lunch was at a beautiful restaurant and although the cost of this is not included, it was normal prices and food was delicious. Sun was our tour host and she was just amazing. The only negative from the day was that 2 people who had booked did not arrive at meeting point on time, which meant that the rest of the group had to hang around waiting for them and in turn then had to rush the beginning of tour! The host spent 20 minutes trying to get hold of them to meet us and they still didn't show up so in the end we did leave without them!

Full day to see the Summer Palace and UNESCO historical park.
A great experience which was well organised with several different stops and relaxing lunch at a local Thai restaurant. (At own cost) . One bottle of water was provided free on the trip but were placed to buy more during the day. Our guide Kit, was very knowledgeable and provided information on route and around each site. Also noted best photo locations and offered to take them with you if required on your camera or phone. Lots of steps and uneven ground at some of these unhistorical sites so probably not suitable for people with limited mobility

I enjoyed my trip to Chiang Rai, all thanks to Mr. Vasit. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, providing insightful information about the temples while ensuring our comfort. He even went the extra mile to help us capture memorable moments with his photography skills. Mr. Vasit's dedication and expertise truly elevated my experience and made it unforgettable.

The guide Popcorn was a nice man but not a good guide
Trip Guru/Get Your Guide From Chiang Mai: Chiang Rai Temples Small Group Tour with Hotel Pickup Unfortunately it didn’t start off well as everyone was picked up late. We were told we would be picked up at 7:15 am and to be ready 10 minutes prior to that. We were picked up around 7:40. I had to send a WhatsApp message at 7:30 to check if they were coming and at 7:35 received a photo of traffic in reply followed by a message that they would be 5 more minutes. Another couple told me they had also sent a message. The guide should have proactively let people know they were running late. As well, the information the organizer sends out in advance says traffic may be heavy so allow for extra time if you are going to a meeting point as the guide will only wait for 10 minutes. They need to follow their own advice! I think the driver was trying to make up time as he often moved into the other lane when going around curves on the highway as if it was a race course. And initially didn’t wear his seat belt although he put it on after one of the stops. The guide, Mr. Phongsakorn Chaisilp, knickname Popcorn, was a nice man but his English was difficult to understand. And he has to learn some guide skills in order to keep things moving. The first stop was a parking lot where people were boiling eggs in the hot pools and where we could get breakfast or shop. He should have said meet back at the van at 10am rather than in 30 minutes as people don’t always do the calculation and then are late, which is what happened. He was asked at other stops to provide a time and place to meet rather than a timeframe. As well he would race ahead while we were taking pictures and we had to try to catch up and find him. While explaining things he would often turn away to look at what he was talking about and we couldn’t hear him. An experienced guide knows to indicate something of interest and then face the group to explain it. He had a hard time keeping us together and eventually everyone just wandered away at each site. The buffet lunch was not very good and was not included, although it was only 200 baht. It might be better to tell people to have lunch at the food area near the White Temple and then meet back at the van at a specified time. That said, the White and Blue temples and the Black House were interesting to see and I’m glad we went. We got back around 8pm so it was a long day but we expected that. This may seem picky, but a guide can make or break a tour. I would suggest if booking this tour to call in advance to determine who the guide will be.

        Worth it!
Tempels were beautiful! trip was a bit long (long day) but we spent just enough time everywhere. Would've been nice if the lunch was included! there was a buffet nearby (which was recommended for only 60 baht) so it was quiet easy to include this in the trip!

        Beautiful scenery!!
A very nice trip overall! We're so glad we got to see Erawan especially since we were staying in Bangkok. We would have liked more time at the National Park, rather than at the Museum/railway, the museum was very, very dated and small, quite run down, but important to see. Lunch was expensive and not that tasty, we would have preferred to browse the various lunch options at Erawan. The national park itself was stunning, gorgeous waterfalls and we loved swimming at different levels. You need to pay 20baht to rent a lifejacket if you want to swim. I'd recommend hiking the waterfall first to see where you want to swim, rather than carrying the lifejacket, then hire one and go straight to the level you want to swim at. We wished our guide gave us more information about the trip and was more engaging with the group, it was more of a charter bus than a tour. But great experience and thank you for a wonderful time! 🥰

        Didn’t work out this time.
The administrator canceled my itinerary after it was confirmed, didn’t have enough time available to re schedule with somebody else. Now waiting to see my refund.

Convenient way to see the main sights.
Very interesting trip out to the old capital. The sites are spread out, so combining it into a guided trip made sense. Fantastic architecture and history, and our guide Jackie was very knowledgeable and informative. Transport was conformtable and safe, and there was a good balance of time alone and with the group. The destination for our midday meal was also nice, views of the river, tasty and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our day out and would recommend it.

Although it was interesting to see, it is at least five hours of travel time from Bangkok for this day tour. I would recommend seeing this as part of other things in the area. I would have liked having a ride on the train included. Unfortunately, our guide, Coconut, was difficult to understand her English and was not able to answer our questions. The driver was excellent and provided water and cool, damp towels.

Guides are obviously so focused on getting a good tip from their groups that they don’t give a damn about other travellers who are also trying to enjoy the experience. I caught the train from an earlier stop so that I could get a good seat to enjoy the views. It seems to be an established practice to target solo travellers and surround them with tour groups, obscure the view and invade their personal space until the solo traveller moves to a different seat - which then allows the tour groups (mostly family units) to all sit together. Fair warning to solo travellers.

We anticipated a small-group van but ended up with a comfortable Toyota Camry and personal chauffer and guide. Our driver Naywe was another speed demon so 140 was the speed at any open section of road and any gap was there to be taken! Our guide Niranya was very pleasant and told us some interesting facts about the life of Buddha (who like Jesus was a real person 2500 years ago) and the birth of the new Thailand and transition from Siam. She explained that the new King Bhumipol back in the 1930s was responsible for the abolition of slavery in Siam and that Thai Land means land of the free. The trip to Kanchanaburi (the site of the Bridge over the River Kwai) took about three hours. We visited a war cemetery where English, Australian and Dutch soldiers are buried. A beautifully maintained cemetery. We then caught the train to Namtok where there is a cliff-side viaduct of several hundred metres that was constructed as part of the infamous Burma-Thailand railway line. We had as nice buffet lunch there and a walk on the viaduct before heading back to Kanchanburi. We then visited the JEATH museum (stands for Japan, England, Australia, Thailand, Holland) which was only second-rate. There is a better museum that we were disappointed our tour didn’t visit.
