We waited 1.5 hours from 0630hrs for a pick up from hotel. Nobody turned up despite confirmation and e-ticket. Tried to contact True Asia Tours on +66909487063 but this was a wrong number. Nobody has tried to call me back and have sent a message to them via Tripadvisor

I am not sure, if this agency really excists. No one was there, website was down, no contact by phone possible.

We visited Ayutthaya, UNESCO heritage site in Thailand, a must see place. The Summer Palace is impressive, the buildings, gardens, the tower, memorials, everything is beautiful. The walk is easy, we took pictures everywhere and despite we were not the only group, it was not crowded. Enjoyable, peaceful.

We had the best time as a family (two teenagers and a toddler) on this trip. Kit was AMAZING and the driver too! They were knowledgeable, accommodating, kind and attentive. The highlight was seeing elephants on the Safari and trying all kinds of amazing food! The van was great, they provided a baby seat, cold water, snacks/ treats and plenty of rest stops and bathroom breaks. The stops were informative and fun. We visited a salt farm, visited a palace, saw monkeys, went on an great Safari, saw elephants in their habitat, ate amazing local food at a home stay, stayed at a great little beach hotel, ate more amazing local food, went on a boat ride, hiked and saw a beautiful cave, ate the most delicious fresh pineapple, had great conversations and enjoyed two days that we will never forget! Definitely got more out of this trip then we could have imagined! By far one of the best experiences we have had as a family!

We went on this trip with Kit in May, and it was excellent. Here's why: Guide - Kit is obviously a very experienced and knowledgeable guide. He tailored the trip to our liking and preferences. He skilfully used his professional camera to capture photos of our trip, and shared them with us afterwards. Transport - Air conditioned, spacious minivan to accommodate ourselves and our belongings, driven by a safe, friendly and polite driver. Cold bottled water was always available. Accommodation - Hand picked beach-side hotel with AC room. beautiful ocean views with breakfast. Tour - Kit took us to varied, beautiful and interesting places. We booked the tour expecting to see elephants, but we also saw gaur and exotic birds, and later on monkeys and reptiles. The local meal provided was exciting and delicious - among the locally prepared dishes we had the best mangoes we've ever tasted! The two day trip fit perfectly into our 7 day holiday. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a short adventure experience, and we'd recommend this provider if you're looking for something similar.
