Floating market and pad Thai with Maitree
We met Maitree at the BTS station and he brought us the floating market. We walked around the market first while waiting for our long tail boat. We then went through the klongs to another floating market and a temple. Then to an orchid farm. We saw many monitor lizards on the banks which was neat. Back to the market to get ingredients to make pad Thai and try a few things like Thai coffee. Maitree then brought us to his house where he taught us how to make our own pad Thai. YUmmm best pad Thai we had in Thailand! He brought us back to where we wanted to be dropped off in Bangkok.

I've Charged My Soul Here in Saiyoke Elephant Sanctuary Kanchanaburi!
Really happy in the afternoon to be able to play with elephants in the river in #SaiyokElephantSanctuary continue to feed the elephants, and finally, the elephants take a bath together by spraying water from their trunks. The elephant here is very funny, just say in Thai he immediately obeys, like saying let's take a bath, then he walks a bath, then when I give him food, when I tell him to open his mouth he also opens his mouth to be fed, then the elephant who cares for them says why not say thanks? Say thanks! Then he ducked and said thanks in his own way (second slide). Here, everyone just talks and the elephants listen like a human!  Apparently, after bathing, the elephant must take the past to be sprayed to their bodies (the third slide) he said powder first, and the sand here is really different because there are like shining rays like that, he said here often found gold, and stones valuable for jewelry. In the past, before I knew Thailand, I was closer to an elephant, then I didn't realize the elephant was beaten so I wanted to ride it until it bled. But the more I get to know Thailand the more close, the more I know it's not allowed! If you go to the same attractions, you support the elephants to be beaten. So, stop doing that.

    Great tour operator!!!
TakeMeTour is a great tour operator! Our guide, Naphat, was a phenomenal! She contacted us far before our scheduled trip, giving us guidelines as regards clothes required, the conditions of the trip and some other details. As we were not prepared for low temperatures in the mountains, she borrowed warm clothes from her colleague for our entire family!!! Naphat was very positive all the time, she was talkative (with good English), smiling, cheerful and she was involving our two children. At the same time, she was a very knowledgeable and experienced guide, giving us a huge portion of info on the place and Thailand in general. She also took care about our comfort all the time. Finally, due to the fact that we had quite a bad weather and low visibility, Naphat took us to some out of scope places after we finished program of the trip, dedicating her free time. She was excellent! Thank you, Naphat!!!

Ayutthaya Private Tour from BKK: Historical Park & Authentic Thai Lunch
Prayuth was early and waiting for us in the hotel lobby. He was very pleasant and helpful throughout the tour, giving us advice about how to move around Bangkok when we asked him for help. His descriptions about Ayutthaya and it’s history were engaging and informative. He was flexible and offered us options based on our preferences. It was a relaxing day trip and we recommend Prayuth for his friendliness and warmth.

Ethical Tourism to the Elephant's Home in Kanchanaburi, War Museum, Bridge on the River Kwai
This was the highlight of our trip to Bangkok. Prayuth was an excellent driver and guide. He even arrived a bit early for our hotel pickup. We began at the war cemetery and then the Bridge on the River Kwai. He brought us to a cave that had a temple and many shops and stalls that allowed us to do some shopping and take a rest room break with western style toilets. As a bonus, we saw wild monkeys. Then, onto Elephant Haven Thailand. We started with a buffet lunch. A staff member gave us an interesting talk with the history of the place, where the elephants came from, a lesson on the differences between Asian and African elephants. We walked to a mud pit and several of the elephants met us there. It was so fun to see them digging in the mud and spraying themselves with it. There were maybe a dozen guests and several got into the mud with them. Then we all walked down to the river where the elephants joined us in the water. Prayuth took our cell phones to be sure we had some great photos with the elephants. The animals were like big puppies enjoying all of the attention and massages from the guests. After that, we returned to the base area and fed the elephants watermelons and pineapple leaves. At the elephant sanctuary there is a place to change your clothes and hose yourselves off in private. Prayuth gave us a wonderful tour and even with the crazy traffic, we felt safe and confident in his driving. This is a must do tour, especially if you only have limited time in Bangkok.

Personalized tour of Khlong Lat Mayom Floating Market and Pad Thai cooking class.
Loved the tour of an authentic floating market within Bangkok, no longer do we need to travel so far out to Samut Songkram and Samut Sakhon for touristy commercial floating markets. The spread of food available is fantastic and local expert Maitree is really passionate about telling people more about his neighbourhood, not to forget the cooking class with his 80+ year-old grandma and taste the best Padthai in Thailand that you cannot get anywhere else. Highly-recommended!

Very entertaining and informative Grand Palace and Temple Tour
Must do in Bangkok! We had an amazing time visiting the beautiful Grand Palace and Reclining Buddha Temple (Wat Pho). The local expert was super informative and entertaining at the same time. What a great way to end an afternoon walking tour with original Thai massage. Love it!

My husband and i had an absolutely wonderful walkabout with Jan as we ate our way through Chinatown. The tour operator also accommodated some dietary requests and i was still (uncomfortably) full by the end of it as we had about 11 stops! Also experienced lots of back alley shortcuts and a glimpse into the lives of the locals there.

Our tour guide Jan from Take Me Tours was exceptional. She was so friendly and helpful. We tried MANY different authentic Thai dishes whilst walking around Chinatown and learning about Thai culture and Chinese New Year. We also got to participate in making a dish. Thank you Jan for a great time. Definitely recommend!

During my stay in Bangkok I booked with TakeMeTour three experiences with their experts: "1-Day Unlimited Tuk Tuk Rides in Bangkok Old Town" (the best way to discover Bangkok visiting the most interesting spots! Tuk tuk are usually more expensive than taxi and you can often incur in scams but thanks to this service you'll easily - and quickly! - run around the city),"Bangkok Chinatown Food Tour with a Local" and "Kanchanaburi: Erawan waterfall, Death Railway, WWII Museum and River Kwai". All my experiences are been amazing and their experts took care of us during all our tour! High quality experiences and impeccable service. I sincerely recommend it to all who want enjoy Thailand!
