Our guide Tina was very good and kind. She knew a lot to tell us. She was taking care for us. The driver was very good, he drives safe despite the bad weather. The visit to the waterfall and death railway was very interesting. Tina told is a lot about it. The visit to elephant care was not What we expected. The elephants were trained to say “Thank you”. That is not what a free elephant do. The text of Tripadvisor is not fair about this. Tina and the driver are very Good.

We had this private tour, which was amazing. we got to see beautiful locations and learn more about the history of others. Our tour guide, Bella, is incredible and able to assist us with everything during the trip. She made sure we had a great time and always check ok us. Definitely recommend doing this type of tour since get to spend more time on locations than a regular tour. The way we went it was not crowded at all which made the experience much better and got amazing photos Thanks Bella for your assistance.

Amazing day and a once in a lifetime experience! Guitar our guide was brilliant, he took the time for us to enjoy every place and was knowledgeable on all the history. He catered to our every need and we had a comfortable transit there and back. The highlight was easily the elephants! Will never forget. Thanks Guitar!

This was a long day but well worth it. We saved on a few other parts of this holiday so that we could afford this day out, and have no regrets in spending the extra on a private tour. Our guide was reasonably knowledgable, and left us to our own devices when appropriate - if you're after a step-by-step explanation of every part of the day then maybe this particular tour is not for you, but it worked for us. The absolute hightlght is Hellfire Pass, and the work that the Australian government have done here is amazing.

This was a great trip. Our tour guide Pipop was great. He had lots to show and talk about. We never felt rushed. The elephant experience was a highlight as was swimming at the falls. We had an excellent lunch, better than some restaurants we have eaten at in Bangkok. Next time in Bangkok we would happily take a tour with Pipop again.

A perfectly condensed trip to experience the natural beauty and places of Thailand. Excellent driver and very knowledgeable tour guide. Waterfall and elephants were amazing. Bring a towel and shoes/flip flops that can get wet!

We had the most fantastic day. Nui was our driver, the vehicle was clean and comfortable and well driven. Yokie was our guide, she was very helpful, friendly and professional. The day was amazing, so much to see and do, and all kept on schedule while feeling leisurely and at our own pace. The lunch was fantastic, the best Thai coconut soup I’ve ever tasted, and the banana fritters are to die for. The elephant experience was out of this world, feeding, washing, cuddling these beautiful beings. We highly recommend this tour, it’s an amazing and personal experience that you’ll never forget.

Great trip. The falls are beautiful and a great way to “get your steps” in and personally experience the beautiful Thai countryside Despite heavy flooding at the Elephant rescue center - our guide was able to get operator to get us meet one of the elephants and feed a lot of watermelon

Peter was great. He was very informative and had a great personality. The waterfall's were a good hike and feeding the elephants was great experience.

The trip was outstanding and better than expected. Our guide “Guitar” was great. Not only did he handle all tour matters but took photos and video for us and sent them to us after the trip. He was very knowledgeable of all areas visited and the areas we drove through in the trip. We were picked up in a luxury modified van with air conditioning and reclining leather seats. In addition to our guide Guitar, we also had a driver. We visited all of the sites mentioned in the trip decription and we were very pleased with the entire tour and would highly recommend it to those visiting Bangkok!!

The waterfall was not exactly as in the picture advertised although the place could still be called ‘beautiful’. Access to the waterfall swimming area is rather steep, a little difficult and not very safe. I wish the government made it more accessible so people of all ages could enjoy. The guide was pleasant, experienced, friendly and patient and the vehicle was comfortable. The driver was friendly n a safe driver.

Such an incredible trip! Our tour guide and driver were so friendly. She provided an excellent time. She arrived promptly at 06:30 in the lobby of our hotel. The van was clean and all to ourselves. The guide and driver were so kind and accommodating! Our favorite part of the trip was visiting the waterfall and seeing the elephants. Visiting with the elephants was relatively quick. I would recommend you pack and extra set of clothes because the elephants will you get wet (despite not planning to get in the river). We were dropped off at a very clean restaurant for lunch. Cannot emphasis cleanliness enough. The ride back was supposed to be 3.5 hours, but due to the rain/flash flooding, ended up taking 5 hours. Be prepared and pack a book or entertainment for these unexpected delays. Traffic in Bangkok was an absolute nightmare. Good tour, just have entertainment for the long ride!

That was a great trip. The journey was long, but we had a good driver and guide. Krit had a very good knowledge about everything. The van was comfortable, lunch was delicious, and the places were amazing. I highly recommend this trip. It was worth the price.

Had an amazing time on this tour - the elephant sanctuary is a once in a lifetime experience. Our guide Nan was so knowledgeable and assured us we can visit all the sites at our own pace, whether that was quick or slow. We spent a lot of time swimming at Erawan falls, the water was cool but relaxing. It is a long drive home, but absolutely worth it in my opinion.
