The provider of this service has a 24 hour notice policy for any changes. Therefore, if you have a flight delay or cancellation while in route, they will not move your reservation to a new date or provide a refund. If they are going to operate in this industry, they should understand flight delays and cancelations are outside the customers control. They should be prepared for these circumstances and take care of the customer. It is a cost of doing business in the industry. This is not their policy. It is to keep you money and provide no service. I highly recommend avoiding this service provider.

We had a great family day. The rides are amazing. Recommend to visit snow land (winter land) before going to water park inside the Dream World. We could not take all the rides because of long ques but it is a must visit place.

Sites were amazing. On board entertainment was lively. Food was better than average but not the reason for taking the cruise. The general experience is a must do, but I don't know if I would book the same provider or use Trip Advisor to book it. My concerns about the experience are the following: 1) too many people on the cruise and the flow of people are not well managed - I had to be assertive just to get on board and to the buffet line. I had to make my way to the top deck to see the sites but discovered no where for general viewing as every inch of deck space was a reserved table. 2) by booking through trip advisor I was not aware I could reserve a specific table. I ended up down stairs with a very limited view of the sites. So, I then had to venture upstairs (it was allowed even if you didn't have a table upstairs) in order to see the view.

Great boat ride down the river, lots of lovely views, we got to sit outside out the front of the boat which was the perfect spot to take pictures. Lovely warm night and lots of other boats on the river as well, food was great. Definitely recommend The Wonderful Pearl dinner cruise.

Wow, what an amazing evening! From the moment we stepped aboard the new luxury white dinner cruise, we felt like VIPs. The boat was stunning, and the views were out of this world from the top deck The food was delicious especially the seafood and the Thai Soup. There was a huge amount of choice to choose from. The live music added the perfect touch to the evening, creating a fun atmosphere. In short, the luxury white dinner cruise gave us a night to remember. If you're looking for a special and unforgettable night out, this is it. We can't wait to do it again!

We booked for both departure and arrival fast track. Service was very efficient on both arrival and departure fast track. On departure, the airline counters had a gate change and the checkin counters opened an hour earlier. Called Asia Thailand and requested to meet at an hour earlier and at another gate. No problem. A must for first time tourists to Bangkok. A convenience for all returning tourists.

I recently went on the Luxury White Dinner Cruise, and it was awesome! Beautiful Setting: The yacht had this classy white decor that made everything feel special and cozy. The buffet dinner was super tasty, and food is spread out on all decks (we sat in the open air). The staff were super friendly and treated us like VIPs. They really took care of us. After dinner the entertainment started and the live music was great and added a nice vibe to the evening. The musicians were really talented especially the singer. All in all, the Luxury White Dinner Cruise was an unforgettable experience with delicious food, awesome service, and beautiful views. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a special night out on the water!

I recently checked out the Coral Lounge at Phuket International Airport and had a fantastic time. If you’re looking for a chill spot to relax before your flight, this place has got you covered. The team was super welcoming and made sure everything was smooth while i was there. There are lots of cozy seating to kick back and relax. Finally the the buffet had tasty dishes, snacks, and drinks to keep you fueled up. We stayed in the lounge 90 minutes

Excellent service, huge queue at immigration, taken straight to fast track booth and seen immediately. Then taken down to correct baggage carousel.Would recommend, we were through with luggage in 15 minutes!!

The boat was nice as were the staff. The food was average with the wine not too good. We were made to sit in the internal as we had a table laid ready for us, this area was 75% empty with no atmosphere. When we asked why we could not site on the external top deck the waitress said we could not! Noting we purchased the top price tickets.

I thought it was a great show! I loved the costumes! The lighting, the set design and the choreography were all spectacular!

It was really good and funny. The Show was very very Amazing and all the stuff is friendly and helpsome. The Buffet was also delicious. The only minus was the Room With the animals. Thats very sad for them and they are looking paralysiert. Please let them out! The Carnival Magic Land is enough without Animals..

FastTrack is a great service to get through immigration in a short period of time. The staff are very polite and very punctual and speak good english. It really is a great service, but it is very expensive.

We had the most amazing time on the saffron river cruise! We organized it through the Banyan Tree as we were staying there whilst in Bangkok. We first met Ekkorn who guided us to where we needed to be. Whilst in line my wife suddenly felt faint and she passed out as we were climbing the stairs on to the boat. We were helped up by several members of staff and she was immediately sat down at a table. As she wasn't responding I asked for help and Fah and her team leapt in to action. One of the security team had smelling salts and managed to bring her round with them. Fah then went above and beyond to ensure my wife felt better bringing her some plain rice and some sprite and water to make her feel better, which fortunately worked. The situation could have ruined the night but the whole staff including the wonderful chef and the lovely Namp who served us drinks and took photos for us made sure our night was extra special. We were looked after the whole evening and we couldn't be more thankful. We would definitely recommend the river cruise, even without the extra care we were given. Seeing Wat Arun and Rama 8 Bridge lit up at night was spectacular and all 4 courses of food were delicious. The atmosphere was classy but relaxed, perfect for what we wanted. Thank you to everyone working on the Saffron River Cruise on the 5th December for an unforgettable night on the Chao Phraya River.
