After sitting waiting for 40 mins on a concrete step the boat arrived. We were shown to our table opposite the buffet, the welcome drink which was cold water was on the table. We were one of the first up for the buffet, nice selection but everything that should have been hot was cold. The bar was downstairs, we were drinking wine which was in the smallest of glasses and only half full and warm, which we pointed out to them and they exchanged it. Returned upstairs to our meal with our mini wine and this was the case for the rest of the evening - 'up and down'! The entertainment was Happy Birthday several times, very loud and mainly catering for the Chinese. This was the most expensive waste of money and very disappointing. On a more positive note the skyline and sights were amazing.

Ok if you get the table A1 just refunded or just leave 🤣 possibly the worst table you can get. It a table behind the stage and across from you is the staff table so it was terrible experience

My wife and I went here with our 15-year old son. Our hotel arranged the booking - we got picked up at 9am for 10am entry and left at 3pm. We went on a Sunday but it was not at all busy. We didn't have to queue for most of the rides and by 12:00 we had tried all of them, so did the Wave, did some swimming, then had lunch. The park is well-organised and clean and the staff were helpful (there are A LOT of them, especially watching the rides - very reassuring for families with small kids I would think). It is easy to charge up your wristband to pay for things in the park and you can get stuff from your locker any time. There are racks for sandals at the entrance to the rides. Most people seemed to leave their towels on the deckchairs by the main pool. You can't bring water in, but you can get free refills of water for about 90 (99?) baht. We ate in the food court called The Village - prices were 200-500 baht. We all had a good time, but by 2pm were happy to have a shower, get changed and wait for our ride back.

Tour to the bridge, boat ride and train ride were excellent. Tour guide Rach was informative, patient and willing to help at all times. Only word of caution is long distance travelling to Tour site by minivan (2 hrs there, 3 hrs back) can be very tiring. Overall, would recommend.

We did not get the itinerary we paid for. We booked river journey to bridge and they gave us a minibus. We booked train back Bangkok and got minibus to outer district, then had to pay to get back to our hotel. Tried writing to get your guide, no reply, asked for refund. The company in Thailand merged us with other trip to save money. Beware of this excursion

Really enjoyed this show. Fast pace, visual. Sound and costumes perfect. All mime... Maybe one or two of the numbers would have been nice sang live by one of the cast. Loved the song choices Whitney Houston, Madonna, Kylie all very camp of course Thoroughly enjoyed it :)

We returned here after about 10 years and it was almost unrecognisable - much more professional and a beautiful clean , spacious and air conditioned modern theatre. The show was really good - the costumes were absolutely sensational - worth going just for them! The theatre itself had fantastic special effects during performances and it was so professional the set up we were amazed. Some good performances to well known hits by lady gaga, Whitney and other cultural performances , oh and a hillarious comedy act. A brilliant night with a cocktail included in the price !

Rach our guide was awesome at organising the best seats and locations to really experience the history of the tour. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was well informed and comfortable.

The staff were both courteous and professional, while the cars were spotless, comfortable, and a pleasure to use. Additionally, our wait time at the airport was minimal.

Great family day out 👌 would come again and highly recommend. We came on a Thursday and arrived just before 10am. The queue was reasonably long but the wait to get in wasn't too bad. Staff really friendly and helpful (as they are everywhere in this beautiful country!). Rides were great fun and generally there was little wait time. Only a couple of rides had a long queue and wait time. Lots of places to eat and sit. Loved the natural sand at the wave pool and other places. Enjoyed taking a break (while the kids carried on) and having a glass of wine and beer at one of the bars and lounging in the bean bags on the sand. Swim up bars on one side and swing seats and bean bags on sand on the other side of the bar. Very cool and relaxing. Thanks Andamanda for the memories of a fun day out 🏄‍♀️🏊‍♂️🏖🛝🌞❤️

We came on this trip today to finish our holiday for my mums 60th birthday. We can honestly say we had the best day! The staff made this trip so enjoyable meanwhile ensuring the safety of everyone was met. Cannot thank you all enough.

Excellent service. Met us straight off the air bridge when we flew in from Singapore. We had a tight connection in BKK for our Emirates flight home. The team led us quickly through immigration and right up to our check in desk. All stress removed.

Absolutely fantastic. A truly memorable experience. A great team, great food and great memories. Highly recommend. If you go to Thailand this is a must do trip. Young and old, couples and families…. All will enjoy.

The experience was very nice. The service was excellent. The entertainment was OK! The views were superb. Would recommend for all to see the night views.
