The cruise up and down the river and views where good. The food on the cruise should have been better for the price paid. We got caught out, as the price advertised was not in local currency instead it was in USD and had this been more prominent, I would not have booked.

We were met off the plane, the representative guided us through the airport and straight into priority immigration/passport control. She then took us to the correct luggage carousal, great, fast service. I kept in touch via whatsapp before we took off to let them know about our fly delay

The venue looks a bit tired as you sit outside and are ushered to VIP seats that are very worn. The show was okay but all dubbed so no singing. The dancing was fabulous and the costumes. They all looked incredible but considering the price we paid it was what we could expect.

We have not used this company yet. We are however booked with them for our upcoming holiday. We booked through an online booking agency. I am writing this review because we have found them to be a very honest company. We would highly recommend them to any traveler. Why? Because an airline changed our schedule and caused chaos for us and all our tours. We are to arrive at an earlier date. The booking agency when contacted told us we could under no circumstances change the arrival date for Fast Track Lane Service and all of our money would be lost. It was NOT Guided Suvarnabhumi Airport Fast-Track Lane Service that told us this. It was the booking agency. This caused us to leave a negative review and that review has now been removed. I then wrote to Guided Suvarnabhumi Airport Fast-Track Lane Service directly and they changed the date professionally and with no problems. Unlike the booking agency who gave us wrong information Guided Suvarnabhumi Airport Fast-Track Lane Service is professional, communication is excellent and they understand situations that can arise. So again we would highly recommend this company to anyone who want's a great service. We will be contacting the online booking company for comment shortly.

Great evening with lovely food. Excellent service and dining with a meal of about 7 courses. You cruise up the river in an old feature boat from below the city centre up well past Wat Arun and back.

When make a booking they don’t tell you the table number until you get there. It's unfair so some people sit right at the top of the deck whereas others sit at the bottom or inside. Other than that, it's a nice and relaxing experience. I like it!

I booked this dinner cruise for myself and my fiance. When we ushered on board, I asked about the dinner. There was something said about a "set menu," and we were handed menus. There was nothing noted on my booking reservation about this set menu. I tried to ask about the set menu, but I was asked what I would like to order from the menu. Before sailing, we were brought enough food to feed 5-6 people which filled up the whole table. I was confused about this, and when I inquired, I was met with only smiles. Furthermore, during the remainder of dinner and the cruise, I watched the one waiter on board attend to all of the other tables several times, and clearing their dishes, and bringing them all ice cream for dessert. A full half hour later, after noting everyone else had finished their dessert and tables cleaned, I called the waiter over to ask him to clear our dishes. When we returned to the dock, they tried to charge us extra for the dinner we had ordered from the menu. I explained that this was pushed on us, and not made clear about the "Set Menu," that I had no choice in. This seems like a typical bait and switch scam. I did pay for our mocktail drinks as my booking did say, "food only," although no included drink items such as soda or coffee were offered.

The cruise was exquisite. Love every plates. Services ❤️ above and beyond. If you have time in Bangkok, I recommend Manohra dinner cruise.

Miserable experience. Smelly, Dirty, Rusty, Confused and Disorganized.But I guess I should be grateful that at least it didn't sink!

Andamanda was amazing! So clean and well run, rides are awesome. However, for the price I would expect more rides and less lines.

Wonderful night on Wonderful Pearl. This dinner cruise was the best night. It's a beautiful boat, with enough room and an amazing top deck. It was fun, good food, entertainment. Seeing Bangkok at night, with the lights and many golden shapes of the temples and icons was great viewing as we were on the top deck. Service was excellant. I highly recommend this cruise.

Excellent, romantic and peaceful dinner cruise. The cruise started off when we arrived at the hotel (Via a Grab taxi) and was welcomed with drinks and nibbles. Once the boat was ready we were invited to join. All the tables were outward facing and very picturesque. The service was exceptional, the staff were pointing out landmarks along the way such as Wat Arun etc. There is several cruise operator's on the river however I was glad that I booked this as it was table service, not a buffet and it was a nice romantic peaceful relaxed dinner cruise which was perfect for our anniversary dinner.

The whole experience was excellent, pick up was good,the guide was good,the boat trip and rail trip were excellent. The scenery was stunning,as was the Bridge and river.

It was fun. Food tasted good, but it was super touristy. No flavor or spice. The entertainment was a band who at best played like a school band and two singers who sang cover songs but the couldn’t hold a tone. They came across as good at making a party and the guests seems to find them funny overall. We sat on the upper deck and had a great view of the city. It was a good time, but why not get someone who can sing and play is beyond me.

This place is very entertaining and fun for any age. I loved the creativity and the pictures and videos you can make. I recommend it.
