          Food and night life
Ay led us in an amazing journey through some of Bangkok’s most vibrant night time areas. In Khao San Road, the vibe of the nightlife was mesmerising and in Chinatown we ate some things that were - shall we say - different from our traditional diet but (mostly) delicious nonetheless. A highly recommended trip!

          Not an ethical place
Staff is very nice but I do not think this is an ethical place for elephants. I am very sad I did not do enough research before coming. I just read bathing with elephants should not be part of the activities at ethical sanctuaries — this is included at World Elephants. They make elephants go in the water and sit so tourists can brush them and take pictures. I saw them pulling them down with a broom so they would sit. If you wish to go to an ethical elephant sanctuary this is not it. I felt really uncomfortable, specially at the end… very sad this place is advertised as an ethical organization.

          Tour ok
Tour ok. But way to expensive. Can be done cheaper alone. Wanted to write more but tripadvisor algorithms does not allow. ......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

Hello kitty pets elephants and tour of the ancient palace
I rebooked a second tour with this company because of the attention to detail we experienced in the first. We were fortunate enough to get the same guide “Miss Kitty” who continued to impress us with her detailed knowledge and funny antidotes about the culture. We were moved by the Thai Buddhist philosophies and the History of Kong Rama 1 2 and 3(5th in dynasty). We also loved and were privileged to meet the twin baby elephants recently born. We fed cucumbers and sugar cane to the mommy elephant and she kept honking at me to feed her more. Adorable. This tour will give you far better authentic access to the things you probably don’t even know you need to see. Book these guys worth every penny.

          A worthwhile and moving experience
We did this with just the two of us on the tour (good luck). It was a great way to see some important historic sights and get a real feel for the events around the building of the Burma-Thailand railway. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us to really get the most of our time. The Hellfire Pass Interpretive Centre was a very interesting way to find out about some of the experiences of PoWs during the railway construction.

          Wonderful guide and unforgettable Ayutthaya
I had a wonderful day with my guide, Jil (hope I spelled it right), in Ayutthaya. She is professional and warm, and she shared many Thai traditions and interesting anecdotes about every place we visited. We also had great local food for lunch.

          Excellent tour and history lesson
An excellent way to learn a bit about the history of Thailand and Siam and the first capital city. The tour was excellent with a knowledgeable tour guide and fantastic driver.

“Amazing Asia Tours” was awesome, took great care with us. “A” the tour guide and “Golf” the driver, safe,Knowledgeable.
The Company “Amazing Asia Tours” were wonderful. Our tour guide“A” was very knowledgeable. He stayed with us all the time, showing the history of River Kwai and Hellfire Pass. The whole tour was very thought provoking. One should read and watch articles of Hellfire Pass and the Japanese interment camps, to get the full scope of the tour. The visit to the Don Rak War Cemetery in Kanchanaburi is a place of reflection of the sacrifices, of those who were there. Places you will see and experience are gently placed into the tour, that only you can make judgment of those terrible years of the war. We were cared for, well fed and watered. And the driver “Gulf” was very knowledgeable of the area with safety in mind. The large Van was new and very clean. Thank you again.

          Slightly tired
My expectations from the name "Alpine" were not met by a long way. This is a fairly flat course with a reasonable amount of water. There are hills in the distance but nothing which can be described as alpine. The course is a little tired at the edges. Management needs to invest a bit more in its maintenance. That said, it's still a reasonable course to play. The club house areas felt rather souless and vacant. The caddies spoke reasonable English and were entertaining. The course is about 45 minutes from central Chiang Mai. Getting away proved a bit tricky as we couldn't get a taxi.

Terrible - rent a scooter or hire a Tuk Tuk driver
Terrible!! Seriously rent a scooter or hire a Tuk Tuk to drive you from place to place. The private tour we had included an English speaking guide & a driver. The guide picked us up at the hotel & took us to the 3 sites. 2 are free & the JEATH war museum admission is 30bht. We received no information from the guide & the total time spent = 2 hours and that’s because we spent time reading about each site as we googled and read more on Wikipedia. For a tour costing us $175.00 this tour provided nothing other than a ride in the back of a pickup truck. Totally worthless tour. Disclaimer: This was the 1st of 2 back to back private tours that I booked with Amazing Asia Tours who subcontracted with Good Times Travel. If I could have cancelled the next day without penalty after this tour we would have. FOLLOW-UP/SUPPLEMENT: After my initial posting on the 2 back to back tours, I received a call from an Amazing Asia Tours representative apologizing and indicating that this is not how they operate tours. He indicated that my tours they had subcontracted & was clear that this is not how they operate. He offered to refund me 50% if I posted a follow-up letting others know this was an exception and not how they conduct tours or to remove my 1 star. I have still not received a refund, but trust they will honor their word and their 1/2 day tour of Kanchanaburi will be outstanding to future travelers.

          Amazing Time
I booked this for my parents and they also had 2 other trips with Amazing Asia tours and had a brilliant experience and highly recommend them. Well looked after and delivered the complete package from pick up to drop off. Private tours and they would like to thank all the drivers and guides for making their first time to Thailand a special time. Thankyou 😊
