This was the highlight of our three-week trip to Southeast Asia. We did a half-day tour, with easy pickup from our hotel at 11:30 am. Mr. Yu, our tour guide, met us when we arrived and shared with us his extensive knowledge of elephant care. After the presentation, we had a delicious lunch, and then chopped the elephant food. We then spent about two hours feeding the elephants, walking with them, and bathing them. The experience is definitely for the more outdoorsy, so bring clothes you don't mind getting a bit dirty. They provide good shoes and shower facilities for afterwards. In all, we couldn't recommend this experience enough!

Our holiday resort is about an hour outside of Phuket so after exploring several options we decided on this 4 hour tour. Basically the driver will take you where you want to go. We just wanted to explore Old Town Phuket before we went home. Our careful driver, Joe , was a very pleasant man with plenty of local knowledge and a wide knowledge of Thai history. Recommend

Our family that went are martial arts fans but had not seen or done much Muay Thai before. We were very keen to watch some whilst in Thailand and were not disappointed! Absolutely amazing fighters from the insanely skilled kids, brutal women and of course highly trained men. They do a ritual before fighting you can watch and the fights were truly amazing, explosive and engaging - 10/10 on that front for sure. So much respect to such humble, talented and hardworking fighters. The stadium is sort of located in a very awkward place, we got lost trying to find it on Google maps and went down some dark alleys to find it was which was strange but asked some locals and they kindly directed us. We paid for the stadium ticket and got a shirt included. I believe you can get cheaper ones than this though so book in advance. The booking will send you a voucher THEN the ticket so make sure you use the second, they had our name on a separate list when we arrived. The stadium is more typical Asian so it's rowed/stairs as seats facing the ring, with screens around and the VIP seats have actual seats and are closer. Toilets are not brilliant by western standard but okay for SE Asia. Take wipes to clean it.

This trip was insane!! We had the best day! The guys took us to so many different islands including James Bond island, the views were spectacular, the sea caves are just something else! All the staff on the boat are so lovely! And really knowledgeable too! Alpha the main guy talking us through the day is so funny and knows so much about the island! We definitely learned a lot from him! Massive shout out too to our canoe guide Usen he literally made this day for us! He was so lovely, funny, very chatty and had the most lovely upbeat smile he made sure that we saw everything there was to see pointing out things we wouldn’t have even noticed, he also took the best pictures for us! He is a credit to this company! If you’re visiting Phuket, you need to put this tour on your itinerary without a doubt! Hands down my me of the best days we’ve had!

Our private Phuket tour was a mixed bag. While the convenience of a driver and a clean vehicle was appreciated, the lack of a true tour experience was disappointing. The service felt more like a taxi rather than an insightful journey through Phuket's history and culture. However, for those strictly seeking transportation with some flexibility, this could be a suitable option. Future travelers should set clear expectations and possibly plan their itinerary for a more fulfilling experience.

Very professional show- they looked gorgeous and were decked out in magnificent costumes. Was very entertaining and a fun way of spending an evening and experiencing this unique aspect of Thai society.

A wonderful experience and hosted brilliantly by Tod. We had the surprise privilege of a private tour to meet 3 lovely elephants. The initial wet weather soon cleared and feeding and bathing the elephants was a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you 😎

The receptionist stationed on 10.08.24 early morning at was very unwelcoming and spoke rudely at 05:30 AM. Very unprofessional which surely made us not feel welcome so we passed onto the next lounge.

Experience of a lifetime! I have never been this close to such a majestic animal. Definitely a bucket list item I did not know I wanted.

So lucky to have DOL as our guide & driver. His professionalism , polite and “Can do” attitude to ensure everyone has it’s own customise trip style. Eventually we are extended another 2 hrs (total 10 hrs) for the trip , all our family are totally satisifed with his service We strongly recommend everyone who has no idea for the trip planning but after the customised trip with professional local advice and DOL can help to offer you solution ! The driver Rita was very professional and helpful. She customized the trip as my likings and suggested all the nice places. She also took very nice photos of me during the trip. The trip was amazing and I had a fabulous time. I highly suggest this tour agency and the driver.

Great lounge, had a delicious curry in the dining room. Lots to choose from and different seating areas. Pleasant atmosphere & staff.

The tour was excellent and Tony our tour guide was wonderful. We had a brilliant time feeding the elephants and managed to watch some of their behaviour including them playing in the river. We then picked and ate wild fruit, and went for a swim in a waterfall. At the end of the day we made this delicious Thai meal which we ate! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this!!

We went to Miracle Lounge near departure F gates at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was acceptable. The juices were too sweet. The fruit was good.
