    AMAZING and UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE!!!
    I had an absolutely incredible experience with my guide Dol! He made me feel vey comfortable and took me to many places and helped with my parcels, treated me to lunch and made me laugh! He is such a wonderful person and guide and speaks English very well! He also took pictures of me when I asked him to and they came out amazing! I strongly recommend this tour and please suggest Dol as your guide! He is the most wonderful human being I’ve met! Will definitely come back with family and husband to utilize him and this company

    Perfect day!
    The perfect day! The food was super delicious, lots of fun for my teen girls to prepare the food for the elephants too. It poured down rain, but it made the day even more adventurous! The photos of my girls smiles with the elephants are priceless - core memory for them and so happy to have the opportunity to spend time where elephants are cared for living a happy life.

    Enjoyable day out
    When we booked the tour, one of us wasn't going to go swimming/snorkelling and we were told that would be ok you can stay on the boat. Whilst this was true, it wasn't exactly comfortable (speed boat). The members of our party who did go in the water loved the experience. Lunch was better than expected (buffet) and we would have preferred to spend a little more time on Phi Phi Island to explore the streets/shops after lunch rather than the additional time of the beach at Bamboo island. having said that, it was an enjoyable day out

    What an experience!
    What an experience! Every worker was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly from the moment we got out of the car. The thai food they provide at lunch is delicious. The water shoes and lockers they provide are super helpful if you don’t have the right shoes on or want to keep your bags in a secure location. The elephants are all axing & the amount of time they allow you to be around the elephants is excellent. They also let you get as close as you want to the elephants while feeding them & bathing them. It truly is an unforgettable experience that makes you feel like you aren’t in Phuket, but rather an elephant oasis. Highly recommend.

    The name should have been a ticket. I thought that it was a pick up and drop at the hotel but it was only a ticket .so pls change the name first . The place was nice all the Thai people that I have met were so nice to me .They are actually very very reliable and I feel no risk as a solo traveller

    Great Fun and Ethical Experience!
    The tour was excellent and it was obvious the elephants were happy and well cared for! I would highly recommend going as you are able to interact directly with the elephants. The guide also takes photos for you and texts you them for free! I got 100s of photos and I could just focus on having fun with the elephants the entire time.

    Good structure, fun experience
    I really enjoyed this experience. Lots of animals and well structured timetable. Better coverage for rainy season would improve the event, but the trams are covered so that wasn't an issue.

    Private Phuket tour with driver
    We had a group of 6 adults so booking a private driver meant having the vehicle to ourselves and seeing the sights we wanted to see when we wanted . Well worth the price for 6 hours. The driver was very friendly, helpful and made things so smooth and easy for us, His knowledge of the area really helped , thank you.

    Great tour with driver 'Bang'
    Great tour in Koh Samui, private driver Bang (tel +66657653869) is gentle, unique, friendly, talks English, with nice safe airco suv. Also offers drinks and visited special places. For sure the best in Samui.

    A Must Add to Your Phuket Vacation
    This was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was amazing, food was fantastic, and elephants where unforgettable. We learned about the elephants, prepared food for them, feed them, and even got to give them bath. If you are in Phuket you have to visit this place.

    Absolutely amazing experience
    We were thoroughly mesmerised by the love that the kerpers have for these amazing and beautiful animals.it was an absolute pleasure to experience the love of these rescued elephants. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Unreliable and expensive

We had several emails with my Phuket holidays to organise for a transfer from airport to the Bangkok city prior to our arrival and was told that we will be picked up at gate 4. We arrived there was no one waiting for us after few phone calls and sms. Managed to talk with some one who did not seem to have any clue. Than they put us in a small car and person in the airport said to pay the taxi 200 bhat. We were just about to leave and she run after the car and stop her saying there is another car for us a van and since we had already agreed to to pay 1500 for bigger car. They try to portray them self as fixed price and not cheating . Don’t get tricked they are no better than many other businesses there.

This has some good points and some bad!!
Good
I like pre booking my hotel transfer so I don’t have to worry about it... especially when traveling solo and arriving at 2am.

The driver was very friendly.

Bad
I expected that a driver would be waiting outside my arrival gate holding a card with my name in it. NOT SO! I had to walk 6 gates to the meeting point. There was a sign with my name on it but it was hanging on a fence with a bunch of other signs with people’s names. A woman with a cell phone calls the driver to come when you show up. She says 10 minutes but the wait was longer. Not my idea of a private transfer.

The price was double the cost of the taxi that the hotel arranged for me to take back to the airport.

The driving time from and to the airport was about an hour to/from my hotel.

Would I do it again? YES I would pre book my taxi again. But I would communicate with the transport company to make sure I understood the pick up process.

Hi georgiaput, Thank you for your feedback. As our procedure we have airport representative who will be greeting you at the meeting point ( meeting point assigned by airport) once meet she/he will call to driver who waiting at the car park to pick you up as this process will be more easier that just the driver show your name sign once meet he need to leave you at the gate then walk to car park to get his vehicle then drive to pick you up! Pick up person was late.

The person who was picking us from the airport and taking to their private taxi was late.
Sounded like human error (she just looked at the wrong day of the flight) but still. Probably not perfect experience for arriving, tiered and new the area customer. We used English speaking information person on the airport to connect with a company and talk to our representative. The taxi was very clean, comfortable and professional which was great and driver help us with the baggage, which was great. Overall, good service. I just hope that they were on time.

Hotel transfer

When we arrived in Bangkok, we were not happy with the hotel we had booked to stayed at another one. Therefore changing the pick up location to the airport the following day. The new hotel wasn’t far from the original and was closer to the expressway so the journey would have been easier for the driver. They wanted to charge us an additional 500 baht just to make the change. The total cost from the hotel to the airport was 350 baht. We found them very inflexible and greedy. So didn’t want to do business with them.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the transportation company. It's understandable to be frustrated with additional fees and inflexibility. However, it's also important to note that changing the pick-up location last minute can create logistical challenges for the company and their drivers. Perhaps they could have handled the situation better by being more transparent about their policies and fees upfront. Nonetheless, I hope you were able to find another reliable transportation option to get to the airport.

Private pickup from Bangkok airport

I found my name among sheets of A4 paper sticking on a board near door 3 when I was expecting a driver holding a signage waiting for me right after my exit to the arrival hall. I had to ask for help to locate door 3.

Dear Ann2288, Thank you for the information. As said on the confirmaiton paper the meeting point at gate no.4 Bangkok Suvannabhumi International Airport. Airport Representative waiting with your name sign so after found you he/she will call to the driver who waiting outside the airport then handling you in to the car. This will be more convinience than driver waiting then need to back to the car park to get you again. Best Regards, Woonsen

A very easy experience after king travel

They made it very easy to get to our hotel after a long day of travel to Bangkok.

It was relatively easy to find the greeter with our name on a sign at ‘exit 4’ after going through customs. Note it is Exit 4, not gate 4.

The greeter was courteous and helped us to a seating area until our transfer pulled up. He even took our picture and sent it ti the driver as we had to walk outside to the outer lane to get to our transport.

I also especially enjoyed the water bottle after a king trip.

Our driver spoke Excellent English and was super polite. She was early for our pick up which was an added bonus. The car was clean and had A/C. Would definitely recommend.

Fast, On-Time, Super Dependable

I had a 2am ride to the airport scheduled and they were there at 1:30am. A little speedy on the driving, but I wasn't about to complain -- no traffic out and I definitely wanted to get out of there. It was a great choice to book this and not have to worry about missing my flight!
