About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Jomumof30 contributionsGreat way to see the less commercial side of Bangkok with an excellent guide- markets, temples & river views! My family of 5 (3 teenagers) really enjoyed our half-day guided cycle ride round the back streets of Bangkok. We cycled through narrow alleys and residential areas, visited a couple of Buddhist temples, stopped a few times in market areas, sampled Thai sweet snacks & enjoyed a cold drink near Santa Cruz church in the Portuguese area. We all agreed it was a great experience made memorable by our guide Mai who answered our numerous questions. Please note, We are all cyclists which helped- inexperienced visitors may find the narrow alleys a challenge as well as getting your bike in & off the ferry.Written August 3, 2024
- 430jadep0 contributionsGreat bike tour through the back alleys of BangkokHad a great time. Great way to sight see. Guide was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Hot and humid, though broke up the riding with walking around d cultural sites. Would recommend.Written June 8, 2024
- WarwickHall1010 contributionsHighlight of our time in Bangkok.Highlight of our time in Bangkok. Despite the hustle and bustle of Bangkok we were able to find quite back lanes in old Chinatown to ride along. Tea, our guide was excellent. He is clearly passionate about the city. Thank you.Written April 7, 2024
- DawnWilsonUK0 contributionsFantastic bike tourOur guide was knowledgeable and fun. He spoke excellent English and explained everything. The tour was very interesting and visited some less well known areas of Bangkok as well as the more popular sites. We had a fantastic afternoon.Written February 23, 2024
- 184elainep0 contributionsBiking busy BangkokI really, really enjoyed this tour! I was smiling the whole way whilst meandering around the streets. T was brilliant...I would highly recommend it...5*Written February 21, 2024
- SightseerNJ0 contributionsDisappointing tourDisappointing tour. Thee was the guide but was more of a bike ride leader, not a guide. We stopped at sites and he didn’t tell us anything about the sites unless asked. We fed the turtles and he gave us 15 minutes to do so and told us no information about the temple where we stopped. Just gave us papaya and left. We biked past the Grand Palace and he didnt give us any info. China town he didn’t proactively say anything, although answered questions if asked. Our food break and beverages was quite inconsiderate. He asked about food allergies and two people — out of 5, small group — didn’t eat pork but he brought a big plate of port satays to the table. And two pieces of mango for five people. And papaya. And he didn’t ask for our drink choices — just handed out bottled water. Someone asked him to get food the whole group could eat but he didn’t. Instead he came back with a huge bowl of noodle soup for himself, sat down in the middle of the table and ate what I suppose his lunch. It was inconsiderate and off putting. During the ride one person’s chain fell off but he was so far ahead he didn’t know. Our reason for signing up was to get an introduction to Bangkok culture and sites and the tour really failed. Have done this type of tour in other cities and they were a thousand times better. At the end of the tour back at the hostel all five of us sat down to chat and he left. He didn’t ask if we have questions or need any restaurant suggestions. Two stars and not 1 because the five of us had a great conversation for 45 minutes after he left and the bikes were good.Written February 20, 2024
- Robert S0 contributionsAmazing-highly recommended- must do!Mr T (not coffee) was the best guide that you will ever come across. He was very informative and organised a wonderful back alley bicycle tour around Bangkok. Safety was one of his highest priorities. As a family of four with two teenage girls this was something we really valued. I cannot express how amazing this was…not the highest rated on TripAdvisor but it definitely should be. Don’t hesitate in booking this tour. Best 5 hours of sightseeing which finished with an authentic Thai dinner that was included in the tour. Thank you Mr T for the memories that we take back with us to Australia.Written December 28, 2023

- carlh250 contributionsAfternoon ride out in BangkokExcellent guide Fern looked after us for 4 hours while showing us around a 10 mile route based either side of the river. Really impressed with Fern who was informative, friendly and fun. The tour took you to bits of the city you would never find on your own. Definitely recommend and great value…Written December 20, 2023
- OutbackOpalTours0 contributionsThird time five star experience!!!!This was my third tour with FOLLOW ME, and I must say, they consistently offer an exceptional way to discover Bangkok. The guide was awesome, providing a well-structured and engaging program. I particularly appreciated the photos our guide took and shared with us post-tour – a thoughtful and excellent service. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and another tour with FOLLOW ME when I return to Bangkok. A heartfelt thanks for another memorable experience!Written November 11, 2023
- Mike P0 contributionsGreat way to see the sights of BangkokFabulous tour round china town and all the major temples in Bangkok. Fern was the guide, she was knowledgeable and really took care to ensure the cycling was safe. The flower market was a highlight as were some of the hidden temples we visited. Would highly recommend.Written November 4, 2023
- Iain H0 contributionsFun exploring backstreets and alleysI was fortunate to spend a morning exploring parts of Bangkok one doesn’t necessarily see as a visitor.Fern was an outstanding guide - she was friendly, knowledgeable and took great care to ensure a safe and fulfilling experience. Highly recommended.Written October 19, 2023
- 936mortenb0 contributionsGreat experience biking the streets of Bangkok.First time biking in Bangkok. Great to experience Chinatown and the Portuguese quarter and the small narrow streets. We had a very good guide telling about the history of Thailand, visiting temples and flower market. It was hot but safe. Can recommend trying this.Written July 21, 2023
- rdkjsd0 contributionsEnjoyable bike tourEnjoyed the bike tour. Peter, our guide, was great. The biking was at a leisurely pace. We biked mostly in back alleys but did do some biking on larger roads. However, Peter did a great job leading, and we never felt unsafe. When crossing busy intersections, we got off the bike and walked so that worked well. Also appreciate the pictures that Peter took and sent to us via email.Written March 16, 2023
- SuzanneBaron0 contributionsDo this tour!If you do one tour in Bangkok do this one. We have done a lot of bike tours in a lot of places and this was one of the best. We covered a lot of ground but it’s flat, so easy. We were shown fascinating things in interesting places that we would never have found on our own. Peter our guide was charming, funny and knows his city. He also took really good photos that were emailed to us the following day. The city was beautiful at sunset and then it was wonderful seeing the buildings lit up at night.Written February 26, 2023

We loved this tour, and was nice to get out of the city for biking too, because the city is quite hectic and it was lovely to explore the lush greenery and ruralness in the Green Lung area. To get there you first cycle about 20 mins through the city, and see some of the very poor parts too (which is quite interesting and eye-opening), from where you catch a 10 minute boat ride across the huge river on a long-tail boat .. this was very fun and a nice addition to bicycling. Then once we got to the Green Lung area it was all fun bicycling again, and Teddy showed us the Floating Market which was an experience and he kindly bought us some delicious Thai desserts and snacks to try from some of the stalls. We especially loved the REAL coconut milk ice-cream .. the best and most authentic coconut ice-cream I've ever tasted. Try the toppings too, such as the green jellies and peanuts! Please note the Floating Market is only open on the weekends and public holidays, so try book this tour then!
From there we cycled through the tree tops on some man made structures which was super fun, something I've never experienced before ... if you're a bit of a novice on a bicycle or nervous you can opt to push your bicycle here. From there it was onto the national park which was more cycling through lovely surroundings as well as some other fun things that Teddy showed us.
This tour was less about seeing a whole bunch of landmarks as you might do in the city, and more about appreciating the sights and activities. Having said that Teddy did give us some nice background information and was always happy to answer questions. English isn't widely spoken in Thailand, but Teddy was quite fluent. He was also friendly and had a pleasant demeanor. He also snapped many photos of us, sometimes sneakily, and sometimes where we posed. These were emailed to us after tour. Thanks Teddy!

Came back for the jungle tour. First tour was the city tour. Experienced guides, they remember you after a couple of years! Very homey and friendly. Bring your sunscreen and mosquito repellant. You’ll need to anticipate cycling narrow lanes and main roads. If you are not comfortable with narrow lanes, please let the guides know. They have alternate routes. Do take note that the jungle tour is better suited for experienced cyclists.

Just finished a fantastic day with Khun AHHHHH exploring the rain forest right outside of Bangkok. Met in the morning with Khun Ah and the other guests on the trip who ended up being super friendly and on their last day in Thailand. The weather started with rain but ended up beautifully cool with an AQI of 33!!! Unheard of in April. We took off through the back streets to the river and hauled our bikes and ourselves onto a long-tailed boat across to the jungle. Spent the day breathing the fresh air and exploring miles of elevated trails through this amazing part of the country so close to Bangkok. Khun Ah took us to a market where we sampled an array of tasty street-food, squid eggs anyone? There was plenty of time for pictures and sightseeing and ultimately the day ended way faster than we wanted. Back at the meeting point they have a fish tank to soak tired feed, and the fish provide a little extra "massage". We had an excellent day, well worth the money and highly recommend Khun Ah and the bike tour through the jungle. Nicely done!

Amazing getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very adventurous bike ride on narrow paths. Our guide Peter was extremely friendly and attentive. There was not shortage of water and snacks on the tour! Stopping by the markets gave us a good look into the local life of those who live on the "Green Lung" of Bangkok. Highly recommend jumping on this tour.

Our 3 years old and us booked this for our first day in Bangkok, and honestly I think that it was the best thing to do for a great start in our trip! Our guide Teddy (I hope I got the name correct!) was just very caring and friendly and always smiling and with lots of knowledge and secrets to share! Highly advisable to do this tour, great places to see! In fact, we might do it again during the next days of our stay!

We did the jungle bike tour. It's a great way to get out of the city and explore the nature as well as experience in a genuine way life on the country side. Teddy, our tour guide, was personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions (and my 10-year old boy had way too many) and he also took many great pictures for us on his camera, which he emailed to us after the tour. The first 15 minutes riding in busy Bangkok streets could be adventurous, but Teddy was very attentive leading us negotiating the traffic. Once we got out of the city, it was all leisure. Their bikes are better models than the other bike tour company we tried before. After the tour, we even got a free fish foot bath. This was a well organized tour and my son and I had a great time.

The tour was great and guide was friendly, but a few things they could improve on for next time:
1. our guide took lots of photos so we didn’t take many, and we were promised them the next morning by email but never received them.
2. Similar tours in places like Bali were 1/4 of the price,
3. My main concern: For an “eco friendly” bike tour they were not supporting “eco friendly” ways, because they provide you with plastic bottles of water countless times, and when stopping to sample fruits at stands they keep serving them in plastic bags for us to eat in front of the street vendors. So we felt a little betrayed by their eco friendly marketing.
We would love to visit again to support them once this issue is addressed.

Hello and thank you for your review.
After TripAdvisor removed your first review for being inappropriate we were eagerly awaiting your resubmission!
1. Regarding the photos that your guide took, we do not promise to send them the next day, especially during high season where we often have a backlog. However, our records show that your photos were sent to you on the 23 January, the day after your tour, and we can see that you still have not downloaded them.
2. We have no knowledge of tour prices in Bali. Our prices are competitive for Bangkok and are clearly displayed on our website and all email correspondence during the booking process. If you thought our prices were too expensive then maybe you should not have booked a tour.
3. From your first review you are obviously, and understandably, concerned with the excessive use of plastic in Thailand and the subsequent affect on the environment. We also share your concerns and as such we are as responsible and sustainable as possible. In no way do we market our tours as eco friendly. If you have any suggestions of how we can avoid the use of plastic water bottles, an alternative that would be acceptable to all guests, then we would love to hear from you.
We are happy to read that you thought the tour was great and our guide was friendly.

This was a unique and memorable bike ride. Saw parts of Bangkok that tourists do not see: local's homes and shops, slums, green space, long boats.
Easy riding (flat), but it was quite hot. We stopped for drinks and later for a coffee in an air conditioned cafe.
Guide's English was good and he explained our surroundings well.
