They will be wearing a uniform shirt or blouse with white, green, yellow, and brown vertical stripes and holding a "Tour East" signboard, along with Tour East identification. * Schedule * Available pick-up times: 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 5:00 PM. * Drop-off location: * Bangkok Hotel City Center. Transportation Details Total duration: 1 hour. When booking, please provide your flight and Bangkok accommodation details. A waste of money on an over-hyped nightmare .
This was a nostalgic trip to the floating market I first visited over 30 yrs ago, together with trips on the klongs (canals) along which people lived in houses on stilts. What a nightmare! I spent Bt1500.00 on a taxi there & back and Bt2000.00 for a longboat and saw loads of tourists crammed into longboats which were all crammed together on the canals - with more vendors in shops, built along the filthy canals, clamouring for your attention. There is nothing authentic about such tourist hotspots in Thailand any more. While residents do buy from vendors in boats, the vast majority of vendors merely paddle around for tourists to buy stuff n take photos of them.

Excellent tour, with a very knowledgeable and humorous guide and a fun river cruise to finish off. Great value for money. Would recommend it.

Very good, no time lost, no queue
I have book Vip fast track BKK airport . I book it when I bought my plane ticket (one of major online app) I had a perfect result, worth the price paid A guy was waiting for me after elevator (only me) drive me fast to regular passport control with small waiting queue. I showed him VIP transfert voucher. So he took me to a sideway no queue, he told me he would be waiting for me to show the way to suitcase delivery. Then told me he had to leave. Perfect (but i had to wait for suitcase! ahahah)

A wonderful afternoon
We were the only two people on this tour so had a very personal experience, we found our tour guide Tian wonderful, very informative & also interested in the differences between our country Australia compared to Thailand. All in all a very good day.

VERY GOOD WE MET HOSHI AND DINO. AJU NICE
amazing because we met hoshi and dino (from seventeen). you can see that they went to the beach in their vlog from the 22nd of October 2024. they were aju nice to us and I really recommend going if you are a carat because you will get to stand where Hoshi and dino stood. if you look around the city hard enough you will be able to find where minghao, Vernon, hoshi, and dino all swan and the minghao and Vernon ate.

Koh Samed Beach
It was great fun at koh Samed. The tour went very well starting gfrom pickup to drop off. Here what's you can expect. Pick up is right on time. There will be a car/van ride for 1.5 hours approx to one of the pier. From pier there will be a speed boat transfer to samed. Buckle up as it is super speedy. Local transportation then helps to reach koh samed beach. There is a resort there wherein our tour members can sit and chill. Plenty of beach chairs and food options.

Amazing trip to Ayutthaya.
Absolute a must if you are visiting Bangkok. Transportation to trip management was great, shout out for our guide “FIRST”, amazing person with great knowledge of the area.

Tasty Trip - Baipai Thai cooking School
We were a couple in a group with incredibly nice Taiwanese people. The trainer as well as the staff was amazing. The way there by cab was crazy but you can drive there with the "Grap" app. The location of the school are beautiful. We had the morning training. The training was very intresting and the food was delicious!

Moving trip well worth it .
We had a lovely guide maned Panya unfortunately he was very ill and although very knowledgeable it was quite obvious he was gravely ill. We really hope that his diagnosis is good and he gets well soon . Due to his ill health he was difficult to hear . The whole experience of the journey on the water 💦 boat , train and cemetery museum was fabulous . The lunch fabulous too . Yes it’s a long journey but the sacrifice that the POWs gave is nothing in comparison!

Market Frenzy!
A very large and busy market. Lots of variety and bargains are still available for the discerning buyer. Large variety of articles from sinks to jewellery and silk flowers. Beware of the traffic bottleneck which is horrendous and taxi"s are difficult to hail when leaving however their is a train station right opposite the market.

Amazing costumes
Costumes were spectacular! Dancing a bit amateurish at times...out of sync. The flashy costumes and lighting make you not focus on the dancing which is a good thing. Seemed like a bunch of random dances which seemed to be traversing different countries- KPop songs, Eurythmics, Shania Twain, Madonna, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga were also thrown in the mix. The Bollywood dance was really well done. Not too sure about the pole dancing one. Really enjoyed the show overall. At the end of show the performers line up for photos but charge 100 baht. Price is per performer and they're cheeky- they push themselves into your photo then ask for double payment. Not cool. Particularly when my 15 yr old was so excited to choose someone then got photobombed by others who wanted payment! Seems to be a common comment in reviews too.

Well worth it
The best way to start my solo visit to Bangkok. The pickup from my non-pickup listed hotel, bus trip to and river cruise back from the Ayutthaya Temples was professionally timed and run. Donna (tour guide) was exceptional and knowing we were in her home “town” made the experience even more moving. I totally recommend this as a must do.

Test & Go System to Bangkok,
Pre-approval system is a bit confused in part of hotels booking. That make us re-registered so many time.

And after landing, there are staff yelling to passenger to sit down at the provide chairs for queuing but that just a easy paper of documents. Sense of arrival is none at this stage.

Over all it good and fast as it is ...
But for me i think, the concerned department should train their staff about hospitality because it effects of the country image.

Timer saver and best value!

We arrived at BKK around 5.55 PM and went straight to the pick-up area. I missed the sign that was put up on the pick-up area. After calling their office, they quickly dispatched someone and ushered us to the minivan.

The van is clean, and the driver was friendly. We enjoyed the ride thoroughly, although traffic was quite bad. It took us about 1 hour and 30 minutes drive to get to the hotel.

Excellent pickup service

We arrived in the morning from England after a long flight and were delighted to see someone greeting us with our name. We were taken by a lady who welcomed us directly to the clean and well maintained minibus. The lady said it would take approx 45 mins to get to our hotel in the centre due to heavy traffic and that was exactly what it did. I booked the same service for my son who arrived a few days later and he had to wait a bit longer (30mins ) at the airport before driving into Bangkok. I’d recommend and use again.

very very expensive and poorly organised.... on arrival bad instructions on where to meet.. spent 30 minutes looking for the rep as a number of possible meeting points

catch a taxi much cheaper and less hassle

I arrived in BKK around 4:30 am. After immgration and luggage pickup, I went to the waiting hall and there a Thai lady waiting for me with a printed letter-size piece of paper with my name on it. I asked whether we had to wait for more passengers, she said I was the only one. She then made a call to the driver, who came in a van and picked me up, again the only passenger. Appreciative of their early wait, I tipped both in baht. I recommeded this service to anyone who arrives in a foreign land wanting to ease some of the anxiety knowing someone is waiting for you to take you to your destination.

everything went well just how was on the paper, easy to find the exit, they will waiting for you with the sign on ur name there. defo recommend and please don't be mean to the driver if they don't speak good English, they are lovely and work from the heart that's the main thing :) Thank you

I've used Tour East on two of my trips to Bangkok. Airport to hotel then hotel to airport a few days later.

The van is very comfortable and they are always on time. The service is friendly and it certainly beats having to haggle with a taxi driver for a decent fare!

Both of my trips were for business so I've not yet had a chance to try any of their tours. But if I find myself with leisure time in Bangkok I will definitely give them a call.

Value transfer with lots of information and a free SIM !

Very professional company, slick handovers, i.e. the rep welcomed us holding our name at arrivals and then hands you over a envelope with local information and brochures. We also had a free 1 day SIM card which was already activated, just popped into my iphone and worked straight away. The car was waiting outside, new vehicle and the driver Mr Adisorn drove us to the hotel safely. He also picked us up on the way from the hotel. Recommend the service booked with expedia and great value. Must have been cheaper than the taxi!

Hello Patsunii, Thanks for your comments on the shared transfer which you booked with Expedia. We have recently added a free sim card per booking and this will be trialed out for the next few months. As the SIM is pre activated, all guests can now use their phones on the transfer to the Hotel. Adisorn the driver has been with us a number of years and thanks for mentioning him. Hello my fellow travellers …. Please keep passport size photos with you if are planning to visit Thailand coz … if u are looking for visa on arrival .. you will need those pics to stick on the visa forms … we were not aware of this norm and have to shell out the money for instant pics .. an unnecessary expense .

Reached Bangkok Airport by Airbus in Morning of 8th June from Bangalore, flight was good but on arrival I couldn't get wheel chair inspite of booked in tickets secondaly I had to walk long distance to take other connecting flight to Melbourne when I reached Melbourne site of Bangkok airport it was recheck in where behaved very rudely and snatched away my charger and throw it in dustbins I proceeded towards Melbourne terminal where had to wait for hours there was no good sitting arrangements and washroom was very dirty
