The teacher took the students to take a trip to the traditional market, spent an hour, went to the East Gate Market to see Taiwan's unique vegetables and fruits, try green grass tea, lo mei (pig intestines / pig blood cake, etc.), fish balls and traditional tofu shop, then browse nearby Supermarket, introduce Taiwan's green leafy vegetables, special sauces, and finally go to the hand-made gift shop (Qianxiang dried meat) to know the options other than pineapple cake! Then visit the supermarket to introduce Taiwan's special sauces and ingredients!

4 hours and a half of the course, divided into 2 sessions, will not teach too fast, all the dishes are self-employed, each stage will sit down, the teacher with the students to enjoy food and cultural exchanges. The recipes are available in Japanese/English translation!
