Stunning Experience, it was raining but the lantern was Magical, Very lovely town, we couldn't see the fall because the weather. This is a must Tour, mostly things are not included but everything is worthy, Friends 😊

I love every aspect of the trip. From pre-trip information, transportation and explanation till the end everything was excellent. Enough time was provided for sightseeing and shopping. Guide Alicia was knowledgeable, cheerful and professional. I highly recommend this tour. Although the hike was easy, quite some long staircases were involved and it was not wheelchair accessible.

Great experience with Ruby!! Absolutely fantastic! We were able to walk around in about 2 hrs to be able to complete the entire walk.

Barbie was very knowledge and enthusiastic about Taiwan. It was also very impressive that she speaks at least 4 languages! The Shifen Waterfall was an amazing site to behold! Pictures did not do it justice. Shifen Old Street had some amazing food, the ice crème crepes were delicious as were the xiao lung baos! The best part of Old Street were the paper lanterns, which were much larger than I thought they would be! My husband and I had so much fun!

I was able to go on the Raohe night market tour with May and despite the continuous rain we had an amazing time. It started off with me having a difficult time finding the official meeting spot and May was able to call me and navigate through a literal storm to find me and my partner so we could begin the tour or the market. Then in the market May talked about how the market fit within her life, was able to talk about the dishes, and was friends with seemingly every vendor at the market. May even was able to somehow skip a couple lines at the market and gave many recommendations unrelated to the market entirely. I would definitely do this tour again. I also liked that it was pay as you go food wise. The food is fairly inexpensive and having the flexibility between dishes is nice.

Vincent was knowledgeable and friendly. He was happy to help with any queries regarding Taiwan. He gave us ideas on where to go to avoid long queues, etc. He's the perfect tour guide.

We did this tour the night of arriving in Taipei and it was the perfect way to spend our evening. We were quite tired from our flight but May Ei was such a delight from the moment we met at the station. Her upbeat personality gave us energy and we had such a fun evening with her. She took us to some really great spots and we saw other parts of the night market like the games and shopping. It was a really well rounded experience and she wasn’t pushy about anything and was always checking in to see if we wanted to eat or do anything else. We learned so much about Taiwan and had a great time. Highly recommend this tour specifically with May!

Best tour guide ever. Cypher was our tour guide and she was energetic, funny, fluent English, and very thoughtful. She made sure we had the best time in Sun Moon lake and we did.

Shifen water fall was beautiful however according to our guide Johnny, it would be more beautiful during the winter as the water would be flowing a bit more then during the dry summer heat Shifen town was a fun little town where you could write your own wishes on paper lanterns and make them fly The Jiufen was a great place for viewing the landscape of taiwan and to visit the old quaters there. The Yehliu geopark had some nice gro rock formations Johnny was good tour guide and he tried his best to inform his guest about the places we visited

Johnny the guide, my man, Awesome personality, always helpful and ready to answer any odd questions about Taiwan or the places that we go to. The Grassland og Yangmingshan was the highlight of the trip as the weather was fantastic and we could see Taipei into the distance. And you will be visiting a small hot spring to rest your weary feet. The Beitou hot springs gives you the idea what area was used for during the japans 50 year reign over taiwan. Johnnys car is moderen and comfortable for the long journey ahead also, there shall be provided one bottle of water during the trip. At around noon Johnny will take you to a place to eat where you must remember to take cash as the place does not use credit cards. Please you enjoy your tour with Johnny Wangs as your guide.

Fun tour in the forest with Cook from Taichung ! Cook is a good guide and speaks good English. Alishan forest is also recommended

Really an amazing trip... little much heat for the walk to waterfalls... might need more warning about the up and down trail ...especially for older folks... but everything else was great

We had an amazing time exploring Shilin Night Market with our guide, Kelly. She introduced us to a variety of unique street foods that we wouldn’t have tried on our own, including stinky tofu, which turned out to be a highlight! Kelly’s passion for Taiwanese culture made the tour both fun and educational. If you want an authentic and delicious experience at Shilin, I highly recommend this tour with Kelly!
