It was scary but Jumping guide was so good. First I thought I couldn't do this but after flowing their guidelines it was so easy. I think this is the best place to do Bungee Jumping in Pokhara. So must try it.

I expected to be terrified but it was just safe enough for me to thoroughly enjoy the exhilarating ride. It only lasts 90secs but feels longer. When they open the door, you don’t plunge downwards but smoothly gain speed. I braked okay at the end and stopped in time but also saw others forget to brake only to be saved by the safety over-ride, so don’t worry about that. Everyone seemed to enjoy the zip line but those who went on the bungee looked truly terrified afterwards. I was glad I just did the zip.

My girlfriend loves ziplines and her nameday was comming. That time we've been traveling in Pokhara, so I googled and I found there is one really big up there. The zipline begining is located near Sarangkot (GPS 28.2511472N, 83.9425543E), the finish is near Jangchup monastery (GPS 28.2580453N, 83.9576413E; there is also swing and bungee located). You can book at the office in Pokhara, Lakeside (GPS 28.2087609N, 83.9572047E), they arrange pickup and give answers to your questions. The price is 5000 NPR per person (at the time of writing).
So we found ourselves at the top of the hill looking down the slope where we'll be falling in a couple of moments, feeling nervous. I always think about safety when it comes to things like this, but they made a facility test before any customer came to his turn, which vanished my doubts. Before I sit in the harness I asked lot of questions, so there is a brake which you pull before the end of the ride, but only if the staff shows you a flag - in case when you are too fast. The flag color is white for the left line, yellow for the right one (yea there are two lines, we rode side by side together). But don't worry, just enjoy the ride and short before approaching the end of the line, look ahead, and if the staff is showing you the flag, pull the brake hardly, it will slow you down quickly.
So we settled into the harness and the countdown has begun, during which my tension escalated. On zero they opened the shutter and we started to fall, endorphins was released, speed was increasing. Nervousness turned to excitement...

Well organized, they picked us up in a nice modern minibus right from the hotel and then after collecting more guests from a couple of other hotels took us to their office where everyone filled out some forms. Then we were taken to the peak where the zipline starts, about a 40 minute drive. The equipment is in good condition and the technicians/ hosts seem knowledgeable. Worth mentioning, you ride in canvas seats, not a five point harness so its very comfortable and people of less athletic builds can be comfortable.

This is a very tall, very long zip-ride! Over 90 seconds. It crosses a valley with a stream at the bottom. In this dry season it was more a series of small pools with local children playing and families picnicking on it its banks but you can see a shack with canoes leaning against the outside suggesting that more activities are available depending on the season.

The landing station has additional activities such as bungee jumping and giant swing. They looked fun although we didn't try them because we were on a schedule. Normally they provide a ride back to the hotel however we didn't take it as we were going somewhere else and had arranged for a private car to meet us.

Overall highly recommended for the views and the adrenaline rush!

Zip lining with ZipFlyer Nepal is one of the best zip lining experiences I have ever had. My wife and I loved the view from up high. We took multiple photos together while the staff was preparing the zip lines seats. Within a short period, we were called up for our turn. The crew was very experienced and polite, they explained all the dos and don’t to ensure our safety. Once we were familiar with all the steps, they launched us. The zip line itself is a non forgettable experience where you get to sort of fly over the valley, see the mountains from a different perspective, and most importantly, fly over 140 km/ HR which was an amazing experience.
I would recommend this trip to anyone going to visit Pokhara as it is a must if you’re in this part of the world.

Quite a disappointing and frustrating experience as we were booked for 8 am and came with a group of 6(who were booked for 7.30 and 7.45), however a couple arrived at 8.58am after us with an appointment for 9am and the lady began to express her discontent to staff about not being able to promptly attend her appointment at 9 am having arrived two minutes prior. We were later told by the staff that as the couple had made a booking two days ago and had other plans after, that they were to go before all of us who had arrived and were already waiting at the site for at least 50 minutes (bearing in mind that there were other people who had made bookings 1 or two days in advance). If this was made clear we would have made booking a month in advance and there would be no need for time slots).

We were already told that there would be a wait for at least three hours and were happy to wait along with the other customers, however having the couple arrive almost and hour after us and taking the spots of at least 4-6 people before them as their plans were deemed more important was downright disappointing. I think the staff could have just explained to the couple that there would be a wait time instead of offering them a spot before everyone else (also having done so without any of the other customers consents’) was downright disappointing and a reflection of poor management.

I had a very smooth, excellent experience doing the world’s steepest Zipline with Highground Adventures. The zipline ride itself seemed to last less than a minute. There are two lines that work at the same time and the speed is dependent on wind conditions and weight. Loic who was on the parallel line went zooming past while I caught up a few seconds later. I just wish it was faster. The whole ride up in the cable car was very scenic and I highly recommend you do it with Highground staff.

90 seconds of full blitz experience !
I was fitted in a group of other 8 people and we were set to go in a well-conditioned AC Van . The weather initially wasn't good ,there were heavy clouds blocking the view. However, in sometime the weather unexpectedly shifted. After waiting patiently, we were fortunate enough to witness an incredible view of the mountains . Its a 360 degree view from the top of the entire Pokhara valley . North lies the mountains , south the Fewa Lake , East-the city and West-hills covered in green carpet. The breathtaking experience of ziplining above the trees, nestled in the midst of mountains, was truly spectacular and magical. The ride itself was so incredible that I found myself wishing for more time to enjoy every single second of it. The already amazing experience was elevated even further thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff.

I was scared when I saw the steepness of the zip line, but it wasn’t scary when I actually went down the zip line. The instruction was clear and the view was amazing. However, since I have had another zip line experience (6 lines total, lasting 2 hours with guided tour), this experience was a bit underwhelming for me. I am happy to have completed “the world’s steepest and tallest zipline,” however, it ended as soon as it started, lasting ~1.5 to 2 minutes total. The price did not match my expectation in regards to the zipline experience itself. It was a bit too pricey for only 1.5 min of total zip lining.
