Like others have noted the communication and literary could have been clearer. Probably a language and cultural issue. That said once we arrived in Chitwan everything worked out. A guide met us at the bus stop and arranged our transfer to the hotel. A safari truck met us and took us on a tour of the national park. The dance performances were nice. The food was good. And we enjoyed a nice chat afterwards with the guide. I definitely recommend this tour, but make sure to request an iterarary and confirmations of transportation and stays.

Terrible communication prior to the tour from Couch Adventure Nepal (CAN). I had to message twice (via tripadvisor) for important information like: what hotel I would be staying at in Chitwan and what time I would get picked up from Kathmandu. Even on the day of the tour I had no idea what was going on. I had to ask the man who came to pick me up from my hotel. He very kindly explained that someone from Rainbow Resort would pick me up from the bus station in Chitwan. It seems Rainbow Resort Safari are the ones running the tour and CAN are simply advertising it. The resort staff were welcoming and informative. In this whole process all CAN did was list the tour and take my payment (via tripadvisor). Also, on arriving at Rainbow resort it became apparent that the ‘1 night 2 days’ tour I had booked with CAN wasn’t enough to get everything done in time to comfortably make the bus back to Kathmandu. So Rainbow Resort arranged alternative transport for me at an extra cost (minus the bus fair of course - but still very very expensive). Overall my experience with CAN was disappointing but my stay at the Rainbow Resort was pleasant.

Fantastic vibe to explore local villages and the Himalaya mountain range. The nature is fantastic, the people are amazing and the food is unique and all homemade.

Actually this is our second trip by this agencies chitwan was also best tourism hub. We enjoy a lot with Jeep safari saw lots of animals and accommodating and management was also perfect.

Worst experience ever…bus was over booked and couldnt get proper seat.. tour wasnt follewed as per Itinerary. My itinerary had begnas taal but they said they are not going there and on the middle of trip i had to hire another van for 2000 rs to go to Begnas taal
