I was here for yoga and ayurveda retreat course. I had problem of sluggisness and constipation after this course i got relif from it. Its very fantastic place to deepen the practice of yoga and meditation . I felt very light and felt toxic has gone. after this course body is light and mind is peace.

Firstly Ayurveda is just not for people who have problem but this is the process of rejuvenation of body and mind. Anyone can benefited taking this retreat course for better health and happiness.
Without doubt one of the favorite place i had stayed during my 21 days Ayurveda and yoga retreat course in this beautiful Ayurveda Home. On the day of arrival i was warmly welcomed by Ayurveda team, who were very positive and friendly. The therapy time were very flexible and rooms were very comfortable.
Highly recommend for who are looking for effective relaxation, Ayurveda treatment and detox. Doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took care my all the problem with great care and love.
Most importantly Ayurveda people are super nice and cheerful all the time. I saw their Ayurvedic lifestyle and stress less life which really made me jealous. I am trying to fallow natural life right after my retreat. I would like to do strong recommendation to those who are seeking Ayurveda and yoga retreat. You will absolutely enjoy their course.

I did 21 days yoga and ayurveda teacher training course from Nepal Ayurveda home. I am more than satisfied. Teacher are really experienced. Ayurveda therapist , doctor , environment and all yoga teacher are knowledgeble. This yoga and Ayurveda training course is magicl to be free from stress. I like to recommend this yoga and ayurveda for all.....

Oh it's nice and excellent experience in my life. I took three weeks massage and spa training course from Nepal Ayurveda home it's fabulous place to learn traditional and Ayurvedic way of massage and spa.
All the teachers, therapist, doctor and staff are really great. The education they offer is life transforming.

Oh it was my great experience with Ayurveda Home at Thamel. I like the course they offered with full of caring and love. All the staff, doctor, teacher and therapist has good coordination. The food was according to doctor prescrrption for detox. It was not testy but very healthy. After detox I back on normal food which was super delicious. I like whole servicing of my body. It was driditional way of cleasnsing body. Yoga teqcher Manoj and Bidhal are very skilled and we had lot of fun during the course.

I have attend this three weeks course of yoga and Ayurveda which has very nice experience. It was in Thamel with very nice location. The course, teacher and therapist are very kind and supportive. The price is very reasonable comparing the service and doctor consultation and herb. I feel very light and strong after this course.

I have completed my 21 days Ayurveda and yoga retreat course. I am very happy to get this family who support me to change my life through yoga and Ayurveda. I had chronic backache aftrer few days of yoga and Ayurveda I felt so relax. During my stay I enjoyed massage and spa. Also I have done reiki healing which is amazing to change my energy level.

Nepal Ayurveda Home is located in Thamel, Kathmandu. I did my Yoga Teachers Training here. They have a knowledgeable, friendly and inspiring teachers here. And a very nice and hospitable staff. 😊 I would love to come back again and do an Ayurveda retreat.

Kathmandu is really historical place. When I visited Kathmandu I did 21 days Ayurveda and yoga course at Ayurveda home. I am very glade to attend this healthy course. I enjoyed food, course and amazing view from rooftop garden.
