ABC in March was beautiful. Rhododendrons in full flower and snow at higher altitudes. Bring your winter woollies though, it gets very cold at night and the teahouses higher up generally don't have heating. We added in the Poon Hill trek which was a treat. If you think it's going to be an easy trek think again, there are many thousands of stairs up and down to contend with. Our guide Shiva was very knowledgeable and accommodating (with 13yrs experience guiding). Our porter Pramod was a superstar! They were both very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend both of them! The ABC trek was tough but absolutely worth it!!! Thank you Shree at Base Camp Adventures for organising our trip. He is very accommodating with our requests for our itinerary for not only the trek but extra time spent in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My trip to Nepal and my trek was 2 years in the making. Having originally booked in 2020, I had to cancel due to the pandemic. I have to say, Shree was kind enough to refund me my payment right away. And so, two years later, I finally did my trek. The wait is absolutely worth it! I had some spectacular views of the mountains. I’ve travelled far and wide in my lifetime, but the Himalayas are truly a sight like no other. Thank you to the whole Base Camp team for an amazing time!

This was just an excellent trek! We saw some incredible things that we will remember for a long time. Our guide Shakti was really amazing and really took care of us. His English was really good and he was just so friendly (as are most Nepali) and helpful. We cannot speak highly enough of Shree and his team! Thank you for everything!

Had a great 9 day trek to Annapurna Base Camp. Shree organised everything well and was responsive to questions on email or phone call. I’ve used this company before for a trek in the Everest region and was lucky enough to get the same guide Shiva again for this trek. He was amazing in organising everything on the trek and managing the tight itinerary (as I was doing the trek in 9 days instead of 11) to make sure I got to the base camp. I would recommend Shiva as a guide to anyone looking to trek - he’s amazingly efficient, calm and friendly and helped with literally everything on the trek.

Our trek to ABC via Poon Hill was one of the greatest adventures and experiences of my life. From the pre trek briefing and being collected on day 1 from our hotel until the final drop off everything was arranged perfectly. The accommodation surpassed our expectations and availability of hot showers for most of the trek was a welcome surprise. There was always plenty of food on offer with a good choice considering the remoteness of location. Our guide Prakash made our welfare his number one priority with constant advice to drink plenty of water and how to stay safe at altitude. Every evening after dinner we were given a full briefing on what to expect the next day, and his knowledge of the mountains and love for Nepal also shone through. We had glorious weather throughout and none of us will forget our Annapurna Trek. I couldn’t not mention our 2 porters either who carried most of our gear, probably around 30 kilos each and with willing and cheerful smiles. These guys are supermen and I do not know how they do it. Great job team.. unforgettable! Highly recommended and a huge thanks to you all!

My expectation was to complete the trek safely and enjoy the great mountains and the scenarios on the way. I did the trekking safely and enjoyed the view/mountains a lot as l wished. Even it was rainy around ABC by the time we reached, we had a fee chances to see those breathtaking peaks quite clearly.
The guide knows the itinerary well and our porter Chirang was caring and responsible and shared true Nepali experiences and knowledge during the trekk.

Our Annapurna trek was simply fantastic. We had looked at various trekking companies but finally decided on Base Camp and it was such a good decision. From start to finish, Shree (the owner) was so helpful and caring. He did everything to make sure that my husband and I had a flawless trek. Our guide Jwala was so friendly and knowledgeable that made our trip so much better. We would most definitely book with Base Camp again. Thank you Shree for all your help.
