- gstan_wanderer00Marvelous Time In Nepal4 of us from Malaysia signed up a 13 days trip with Across Himalaya. Our itinerary had a good mixture of trekking and cultural visit. In this trip, we had seen from white mountains at Australian Base Camp to barren landscape at Lower Mustang! We are so happy to be able to enjoy the beauty of Nepal without worrying about any logistic arrangement. Shiva has done a MARVELOUS job in arranging guide, hotels/tea houses and transportation for us. He has been very accommodating in our changing plans prior to the trip since we booked our tour date in 2019 before Covid-19 era. Plus, he is such a charming and cool guy! It was a reasonable price and the owner of the business who did the deal with us was a very kind and reliable person. By coincidence we met him a week later in Pokhara and he invited us one a beer :)

He arranged transportation, hotels, sightseeing, etc. Everything was so efficiently planned that we could cover 7 different cities in 10 days without getting exhausted. He is very experienced in conducting tours and that reflects from the quality of your experience we had with him. We have seen all major religious attractions in Nepal and very happy to say that we couldn't have done it within 10 days if we had planned on our own. In addition to his planning, his pleasent nature makes you feel that you are travelling with one of your family members! That's added plus. You don't feel awkward and enjoy your tour to the fullest. Ram and (another) Shiva—our guide and driver during the trip—were both very professional, informative, and went above and beyond to make sure our trip went smoothly. Shiva suggested this trip would fine for me (60+, good health). It was a very beautiful and nice hike from Nayapool via Goropani to the hot Springs in Jhinu, 5 nights, 6 days.
The guide Beijay was very helpfull. Hij knew all the places and the nice teahouses. He helped me through the mountains. I was interested in life of the Nepali and he told about the living in Nepal.
The bus from Katmandu to Pokhara took 8 hours (with 3 stops for good meals, coffee, etc).
I was very pleased with this package deal: everything was good arranged from hotel to bus, the uses of poles, taxi from bus to hotel, taxi to Nayapool, and back again. I felt fine, I trust this company and will definitely book next time again. I also will this firm recomment to my family and friends.
