Memorable helicopter tour to Everest View Hotel
Everest Helicopter tour was amazing with great views of Mt Everest and the Himalayan ranges. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and were very lucky to get to do this on that exact day. The tour is weather dependent keeping safety and visibility in mind for the passengers. Everest View Hotel breakfast was delightful with beautiful views of the peaks. Buddhi is attentive, knowledgeable and responsive. Overall, an awesome experience to see the ranges closer if you are not trekking.

        Helicopter ride-
This morning we woke up very early at 6 AM and we had our driver and tour guide waiting for us in the lobby with luncheon and coffee and then we proceeded to the airport. From there we had an amazing experience and I’ll have a copter to one stop to unload gas and then go to base camp and then two people each in a helicopter and fly around Mount Everest. We then came back and had a really nice breakfast at the Bass camp. That was very special and then we took off to come back to the airport. Overall, an absolute home run it was really special and fun and it’s something that ended our Nepal trip as we leave tomorrow after 15 days.

        Best experience of our lives!!!
From the minute we contacted Buddhi we got personal service and an excellent experience. We made sure we had quite a few days as options, and it turned out that our first day in Kathmandu was the right weather and so Buddhi and Paris met us at our hotel, briefed us and then picked us up the next morning. It was everything we hoped for and more. Our captain, KK, was incredible, and both he and Paris pointed out all the things we could see from the air and the landing at Kalapathur was breathtaking! Honestly, I can't rave enough about this experience. Because of the time of year, we also got crystal clear skies AND we got breakfast on the terrace at the Everest View Hotel with no one else around. It was peaceful and stunning and we could take all the pictures we wanted. This has been the best experience of our lives!!!!

An Unbelievable Bucket List Adventure – Worth Every Single Penny!
I couldn’t have asked for a better adventure, yes this is expensive, but WOW....I have ZERO regrets. I booked very last minute, and Buddhi was able to secure my spot! I am so grateful for the experience, and his masterful coordination. He was super professional, keeping me updated through WhatsApp and meeting me on time in the hotel lobby to go over the details of the trip. At the airport, I met a the other passengers, and Buddhi took the time to explain everything clearly, from safety procedures to the refueling stop at Lukla. Then we met our excellent pilot, Prabal. He kept us at ease, and always felt safe throughout the trip. We ended up making a few stops throughout the day, even needing to await our pilot to collect some hikers who needed help! This was no problem for us as we enjoyed a little more time at Lukla airport to watch planes and helicopters coming in and out on such a beautiful day. The breakfast at Hotel Everest View is optional, but I highly recommend it (the pancakes and fresh honey....delish!!) If you don't want to eat, you can always just explore the beautiful grounds around the hotel. The whole morning felt like something out of a dream. I still can’t believe I was up there! A bucket list adventure, for sure. Highly recommend this experience—it’s truly one for the books!

Helicopter amazing. Logistics and communication were awful!
The helicopter tour in general was amazing, truly a once in a lifetime experience. The pilot and staff at the breakfast restaurant were amazing. The pilot made sure that everyone switched seats so everyone could sit in the front at some point during the trip. The communication on the ground the days leading up to the flight were disappointing to be honest. We understand that there can be delays due to weather and that is totally fine, however we felt that the on ground tour operator was a little shady. He tried to charm us with hospitality but when you read between the lines he was setting us up in his attempt for us to pay more than the agreed price. We went to the airport twice and sat around only to be told the flight was cancelled due to weather, however helicopter flights were taking off. He told us not to tell the other passengers how much we paid as they were paying more. He also told the other passenger that his extra addition (to stop at the glacier) would be cheaper for him if he could get us to agree to stop there too and of course we would pay more. On day 1 of our time In Kathmandu the operator wanted to know how long we were in the city. I think he was willing to change our dates to accommodate more people on the flight which is exactly what happened, but in doing this he wasted hours sitting at the airport pretending we were flying, he even took our final payment then literally 3 mins later said it was cancelled then reimbursed the $$$ to our credit card. Like I said the flight was amazing and once we had gotten through all the hoops to actually fly it was well worth the money.

        A Spectacular Treat!
……A Lifetime Experience! Buddhi was very professional & thorough in furnishing us with information by WhatsApp & also popped into meet us to run through everything in detail. Early morning hotel pick up & taken to KTM domestic airport. We met 3 other passengers. (5 in total). At the airport Buddhi explained everything clearly including safety procedures, refuelling at Lukla and then separating into 2 fly pasts as we needed to keep weight down at such high altitude. Pilot was very experienced & we felt in good hands. Great breakfast (optional) at the Hotel Everest View & a very surreal moment enjoying it up there! We shared with 3 unrelated, lovely & such easy going chaps with whom we had such a laugh, making the whole experience even better! Between us we have shared photos & videos of our morning on top of the world. Still have to pinch ourselves! It was an out of this world experience! Thank you. Sally & Neil

        Mt. Everest at its Finest!!
We were so fortunate to have had the opportunity to take a helicopter ride with a landing at Kalapathar for the most breathtaking view of Mt. Everest and surrounding peaks and glaciers! Mr. Buddhi with Himalaya Holiday Service is a very professional and experienced tour operator who will do everything possible to make this a bucket list dream come true. I am so glad we chose his company to book our tour, and it was well worth the investment, especially given that we had our guide, Paras Amgain, accompanying us to and from Lukla Airport. His knowledge was indispensable with an awesome personality. A Kalapathar landing is the ultimate goal for being close to Mt. Everest!

Incredible city was enhanced by the knowledge and care from Paras on this tour. Was on my own but Paras made sure I felt safe and informed the entire time. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get an in-depth and complete tour of Kathmandu's main sites.

        Outstanding!
Very well organized. Everyone was courteous and professional. Amazing experience and worth the cost. Breakfast at the hotel is okay but perfect to let the experience sink in. My favorite part was the landing before letting off some of the passengers before the flight to base camp. Recommended without reservation.

Amazing once in a lifetime experience
This was an amazing experience. I booked last minute and Buddhi came to my hotel same evening to discuss the whole plan. Flight was very safe, whole process was well orchestrated. Highly recommend it. Once in a lifetime experience unless you are going to hike Mount Everest!

Our trekking experience was nothing short of magical. Our guide Dipak was knowledgeable and hilarious making sure all of our needs were taken care of! We also had a porter Pajeal who was the real mvp, I don't know if I could have made it with out him. The view from Poon Hill at sunrise were beyond incredible. Would 100 percent recommend this trek from novice to expert level trekkers!!

This was such an amazing experience!!! Our guide Dipak and porter Pagil were incredible and made this SO much fun! We wouldn’t want to do this trek with anyone else. They knew all the best tea houses to stay in with the best views, danced with us, laughed with us, and helped encourage us along the way. I was so sad when this ended because I would not only miss the mountains, I would miss our friends. Dipak, thank you so much! And Buddhi, thank you so much for organizing everything. We never had to worry about anything at any point along the way. We can’t wait to come back and do a longer one to Dipak and Buddhi’s home town. What an incredible experience. I wouldn’t do this again with any other group!
