What an experience! a week full of great view and hikes! Our guide FT and the porters Milan and Portmud (hopefully wrote correctly) are the nicest and made the trip really enjoyable for us to Everest Base Camp. Totally recommended!

We used Trekking Planner again after our excellent experience with them on EBC trek earlier this year, for our Annapurna Circuit trek (short circuit - Chame to Jomson), followed by going to Pokhara and Lumbini for sightseeing tours and back to Kathmandu. The entire trekking trip was memorable, crew was again great. The guides Abhi, Dikshya, Prabhkar, Rajesh and others were the best team of people like what we had for our EBC trek. The guides and porters took care of us when needed during the trek for anything that we needed and they were just fabulous. Trekking planner team also helped us with the shopping in Kathmandu, and had excellent welcome and farewell dinners. Dipak L (owner of Trekking planner) was always available with the smallest questions we had. The travel, flying, staying arrangements before and after trek and during the trek were superb and fabulous! It speaks volume that we used Trekking planner second time in less than a year for our second trek and are looking to working with them again in the future trek - hopefully next year. I highly recommend for Trekking planner for your trekking needs - look no further.

I had an excellent experience during my solo trek to Gokyo Ri in November. The itinerary set by Trekking Planner was perfect (an extra stop at Phorse Tenga, that most hikers skip, but is useful in my opinion). Most importantly, the Trekking Planner team took care of me when things did not go per plan. The weather in Lukla was bad at the start of my trip and I was delayed by a day. Many hikers were stuck for 4 days in Kathmandu. Dipakji (owner of Trekking Planner) stayed on top of the situation and was effective in arranging a helicopter transport for me. Through the trek, my guide Sudeep and porter Namaraz were wonderful. They were continuously working to ensure I had a good experience. When Sudeep realized that I was interested in photography, he helped make decisions to maximize my chances of capturing good photos. To make up for the lost day due to weather, he rightly guided me to reduce my stay in Gokyo from two days to one day, and do a sunset (instead of sunrise) hike to Gokyo Ri. The angle of the sun and the sunset light was ideal for capturing photos of the Himalayan peaks, including Everest. It also allowed me to get back to Lukla per my original schedule. When flights out of Lukla were getting delayed on the way out, Sudeep was constantly looking out for me by making trips to the airport. When we saw an opportunity to get a helicopter from a village called Surkhe, Sudeep rushed down with me (1500 feet descent) to help me make my flight. Overall, a successful trip thanks to the efforts by Trekking Planner.

Fantastic experience and service with Nepal Trekking Planner! Dipak arranged all our tours with no hiccups. From his greeting at the airport to the gifts upon leaving....to the guide he arranged, Mr.Kedar- who was very knowledgeable and kind, arranging pick up and drop off, everything went smoothly. I did the “Ghandruk Trekking: 3 days” tour with two friends. Even that my friend and I we were sick, the guide Achyut Mishra and the Porter were very helpful and patient with us. They made always the best decisions according to our health. We felt really comfortable. The tour is very recommended for beginners and people that do not have so much time in Nepal. The views of the mountains are incredible and you can learn about the Himalayas and Nepal culture with the guide.

I had a great experience planning my trip with Trekking Planner Nepal. I had recently done the Annapurna Base Camp short trek with the best company of Nepal, Trekking Planner Nepal. From the starting of my journey, Mr. Dipak the company owner was very responsive. He answered all my questions patiently and cleared all my doubts. During the trek I had Binod as my Trek guide for whom i am extremely thankful. He is an excellent guide and took care of everything I needed. Binod was very humble and strong individual, he had all the knowledge of the Annapurna region and i am very happy i got him as a guide. The weather was fantastic, accommodation were really nice and i will soon come for another trek and of course with Trekking Planner Nepal. The did an unexceptional and outstanding job. + Our guide Shusil Pandey is exceptionally patient and professional; we were lagging behind the schedule but Shusil accommodated our physical levels and needs along the way. + When we arrived the tea houses, our bags were always in one good piece waiting for us, thanks to our quiet but attentive porter Prakash Gurung. + We were put into the best available accommodations on the trek. + Our needs and interests e.g., hot water, hot shower, no spicy, no sugar, quiet room, medical attention, wildlife spotting... were all heard and granted in a timely manner. + Thanks to Dipak, cost is transparent from the first email communication; we were not ambushed by any hidden cost. (The extra charge like hot water and Wi-Fi is steep in the mountains, but we knew that well before the trip.) + We appreciated the punctuality throughout the trip starting from the very beginning of airport pickup, meet-up, breakfast and dinner on the trek, jeep pick-up to the airport drop-off.

We had a very good experience with trekking planer at the Manaslu und Tsum Valley Trek (17 d). Before coming to Nepal Mr. Dipak and his team arranged everything and answered all questions. The trek itself was very scenic and a great experience. Our guide Anish and our porter Suman did a great job, so we didn't have to do anything but walk 😉. Thank you for the great experience.

Our trekking was great. I was afraid that it would be to difficult but Achyut took care of us. He chose the way according to our conditions and at the same time taking care that we have the nicest views. All his recommendations were very useful. Thank you so much!

It is difficult to describe in a few words the beautiful experience on this hike. I thank my guide, Kiran, and my porter, Kisan, for their excellent attention, care, company and warmth at all times. They always respected my pace while walking, and brought fruit and cookies for the road. At each stop they offered me a tea to regain strength. I was able to enjoy the beautiful landscape and learn a lot about the local culture. And stop to take many photos. Observing how people live, and all the effort that it takes to live there, and to maintain the places for travelers, is very impressive. The meals are delicious and the accommodations are very nice. There are many stairs on the route. Don't be like me, and train! Likewise, anyone with good physical condition and mental composure can do it. Keep in mind that, especially the higher you are, sometimes there is an extra charge for the hot shower and the cell phone charge, as well as the wifi. In MBC and ABC you will not be able to take a shower. From the Kathmandu office they helped me get a sleeping bag, trekking poles and a down jacket, 3 essential things for the trip... It is very cold in MBC and ABC. I went in mid-November, and I had beautiful, clear mornings to enjoy the views, as it was already starting to get cloudy at noon. I recommend getting up at 1 AM when you are in ABC and enjoying a starry sky and the impressive Annapurna ️ illuminated by the moon. Take a notebook to write or draw, or an instrument, or a book, or a chess set, or cards, or whatever you like, for the moments when you are not walking and are in the dining rooms of the lodges. Because the sun sets and it is impossible to be outside! Thank you Nepal Trekking Planer for this experience. ️

Best decision we made during our Nov 2024 EBC trip was letting Trekking Planner plan out our trip. Everyone was very professional. I felt fortunate to have had Dibash as our lead guide. Dibash and his team ( Pardeep, Pasang, Umesh, Jivan) took good care of us and knew exactly at what phase of our hike what is needed. There were few challenging days during our hike and Dibash and team handled them patiently and phenomenally well, they kept us motivated and provided great suggestions that helped us finishing the EBC hike successfully. Special thanks to Deepak too for clear communication throughout our stay in Nepal and coordinating everything.

Our trip started with a bit of chaos—our flight to Lukla was diverted due to Ramechhap bad weather—but Dipak handled it with such calm and efficiency. He got us on the next available flight and made sure we were looked after in the meantime, thanks to their local guy Mudjee. When we finally landed in Lukla, we met our guide, Gyeljen, and porter, Pasang, and honestly, the trek wouldn’t have been the same without them. From the very first hello, Gyeljen’s energy and warmth were infectious. He has this incredible way of making you feel at ease, no matter how tough the trail gets. Even on the hardest days he kept us laughing and motivated. It’s clear he loves what he does and that passion made the whole trek feel special. Pasang was equally amazing—always smiling, even with a load that would’ve stopped most people in their tracks. Together, they made us feel like we weren’t just clients but part of their family. If you’re planning a trek in Nepal, I can’t recommend these guys enough. Dipak’s team is organized, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making your experience unforgettable. We started our adventure in Kathmandu. We were supposed to fly from Kathmandu to Lukla but due to weather conditions we flew to Ramechap instead and waited there. Almost everyone took a horrible jeep ride to get to Ramechap, but Dipak booked us a flight to get there!! Very efficient and saved us a lot of trouble. Then Sonam, our guide, was amazing !! He was a monk before, and you can notice that he is a humble and wise man, and a good friend as well, not to mention good photographer 😁. We did the three pass trek, and its an other worldly experience. We stayed in nice teahouses along the way, and Sonam was always helping in every way he could!! It was a hard trek but rewarding and I wouldnt recommend any other company but Trekking Planner. We even got a complimentary massage after the trek😁

Cannot provide enough positive feedback about the team. The owners, the guides, porters from top to bottom are incredibly service minded. More than service they take care of you regardless the issues that come up - big and small, all with a smile. Even before the journey starts the preparation is awesome taking care of every plan and details - in this case managing the interests and variations of eight trekking members was done with attention to everyone. And from the time we landed in Nepal till we left for home after successful completion of our trek the team was there every step of the way. There are too many things to list here in terms of interactions we have had - starting with receiving us, welcome dinner, preparation briefing, day tour before trek began, each and every day of trek with immense attention to our needs, things that came up during our trek and handling them with ease, final day prep and getting back to Kathmandu, the day after your and farewell dinner.
