- vinkadog0 contributionsAmazing experience! Truly a once in a lifetime trip with an expert guideMy son (16) and I really enjoyed our trip with Pasang and Dorje. Trip guide Pasang is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and did everything he could to make our trip memorable and easy for us. It was very relaxing to have someone knowledgeable arrange the itinerary, lodging, and pretty much everything. I enjoyed chatting with both him and our assistant guide Dorje—they happily answered our questions about Nepal while asking about our lives too. My only regret is that we came for such a short time—we are already planning our return for a longer visit.Written October 19, 2023

- V2086TPjeffd0 contributionsGHT leg #1 Kanchenjunga - MakaluThis trek was in a more remote area of Nepal. Stunning views along the way. Very challenging this year as there was lots of snow left in the higher elevations. More basic accomodations than the EBC trek and part of the section camping. Beautiful trees and flowers at this time of year in the lower valleys. I had a great guide in Pasang and two outstanding porters in Ashim and Nima. They took very good care of me in some difficult situations. Would recommend trying this trek a little later in the spring or in the fall where the trail would be more visible at higher elevations.Written June 29, 2023
- 579travele0 contributionsTravel to Amazing World 3nd Highest TrekTravel to Amazing World 3nd Highest Trek I did a Kanchenjunga Base Camp trek for 17 days with Mount Adventure Holidays(MAH). I'm really impressed with his guidance and he is from the world's third-highest mountain of Kanchenjunga. If anyone does this amazing great Himalayan trek, I would like to recommend MAH.Written February 27, 2023
- I9489OYceciliam0 contributionsAmazingFantastic day out in the hills around Kathmandu. Challenging ascents and a little technical areas on the downhills. The tour guide knows the route and cafe stops well and offers alternatives depending on what you feel up to on the ride. Bike was a giant fathom and worked well, helmet was provided.Written November 18, 2022
- SpaceGuy3030 contributionsFantastic Manaslu Circuit TrekWent on this trek with two of my friends and we had an absolutely incredible time! Pasang Sherpa (owner and guide) and company were fantastic from beginning to end; really went above and beyond to give us a truly unique and memorable experience. He made sure to take us to many side attractions and expose us to local dishes and experiences. We'd often talk to other trekkers at the end of the day and find that they didn't even know those opportunities existed and were wowed by the added opportunities we had to explore. We really appreciated him meeting us in Kathmandu the day before our trek to check out all of our gear and make sure we had everything we'd need to be successful on trail. This continued during the trek where he helped to make sure we were staying healthy and always well fed! The tea he included at every rest stop and evening was a great added benefit! His management of accomodations and our timing on trail ensured we always had incredible views from our guest house rooms, rarely had to fight crowded bathrooms, or wait long for our meals. This really helped us move efficiently on trail day-to-day, a very important factor in having a comfortable and successful trip we had not even considered before going. We were able to get back to Kathmandu a day early due to incredibly good weather. On our return to Kathmandu he arranged for us to stay in a great hotel since our reservation didn't start until the following day. He also took care of us around the city, showing us other sites and helped us find great sources for all the gift shopping we wanted to do for friends and family. Pasang was an exceptional companion on trail and after. I went on this trip with my two closest childhood friends and Pasang seamlessly fit in with us and became a true friend along the way. He provided a truly excellent experience that exceeded all of our expectations. Can not recommend him more highly!Written November 6, 2022
- S5699SRcolint0 contributionsA great trip around Manaslu! The Manaslu Circuit is a beautiful trek through river valleys and along the Manaslu Range. We had an amazing time thanks to the great work of Mount Adventure Holidays and our Guide Pasang Sherpa. Pasang customized our itinerary to ensure we visited cultural sites, paced well to acclimate to altitude, and found us accommodations at good tea houses along the way. We got so many great pictures from the trek, met travelers from all over the world on the trail, and got to enjoy local Nepali and Tibetan cultures. I recommend both this trek and working with Mount Adventure Holidays!Written November 4, 2022

- 836kristenj0 contributionsWonderful guides, beautiful views, outstanding adventureThis was an absolutely amazing trip. Pasang arranged all the details for smooth transport from the airport to my hotel, where he and my guide updated me on additional info for the trek. Transportation and accommodations were all safe and comfortable. Great food at each of our stops. Pasang and Nema are both welcoming, with a great sense of humor, care for safety, and awareness of different levels of support that participants require. This trek is doable with moderate fitness level and some basic training. Pack light! I also brought a water bottle with a built in filter, which made it easy to fill up at the water foundations regularly along the path. Pasang went above and beyond and arranged a quick tour through some of the must see sites and stupas in Kathmandu before I had to get to the airport. I only had a short time to stay in Nepal this trip, but would definitely come back for a longer and more extreme adventure with Pasang and his crew. Cannot thank you enough for making me feel safe and comfortable on this trek!Written December 7, 2020

I took the 7 day Everest Panorama View Trek in January and could not be happier with the experience. Pasang met me at the airport and everything went smoothly from there. The Kathmandu hotel was clean and comfortable and near a major Buddhist Temple and shopping. He made certain I made the flight to Lukla and took extra care of me after my return. He even invited me to his home for dinner (perhaps an advantage of being the only one on the trek during this off season). Nuru the guide and the Phudorji the porter were than accommodating for my slower trekking pace (I am 78 years old) and made certain I was safe on the precarious parts of the trail. They were highly knowledgeable and pleasant to be with. I would recommend this trek highly for those unable to take the time to do the Everest Base Camp or other longer trek. As a side note, trekking in the winter means some of the lodges will have frozen pipes in the bathrooms. You may have to pay extra for a hot shower in the trekking lodges. I also recommend scheduling an extra day in Kathmandu at the end just in case it is needed because of bad weather or other contingency and crampons to use on icy parts of the trails. We had beautiful weather--cold but clear.
