          Spectacular Sunrise!
Seeing the sun rise over the Himalayas in Nargarkot was spectacular. Got lucky with a clear morning and we were able to see Everest! My guide, Shishir, was super—picked me up promptly from my hotel at 4:00AM and our driver got us there in plenty of time to climb the Lookout Tower just before the first rays started to appear. Shishir is easy going and answered all my endless questions. He took a ton of amazing photos, which he shared with me while eating breakfast. The hike through the villages was relaxed, with so many picturesque vistas, passing through Buddha Peace Park and ending at Changu Nayayan—the oldest temple in Nepal, dating back to 464 C.E. A morning not to be missed!

          Great day trip
We had a fantastic time with this day. Our guide gave us lots of useful information and some well. We made a wish at the temple and also seen a couple getting married. Unfortunately it was cloudy the day we went but was still enjoyable.

These guys will exceed your expectations!!!!
I chose this company for a private tour of Chandragiri Hill. **First you should keep in mind that what day of the week you go will impact your experience. Maybe steer clear of Saturdays**. This company responded immediately following my booking and introduced Ananta who was to be my tour guide. Ananta contacted me soon after. From the moment I was picked up I knew I was in good hands with a positive vibe in the vehicle. Throughout the day I found Ananta to be extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic in his delivery and easy to understand with 100% of my attention. He was into photo taking as well which I loved, being a solo traveller. Ananta was a lot of fun, I am thankful and I highly recommend him for this tour.

          Bucket list to do
If you are travelling to Kathmandu this trip is a must. We were picked up and dropped off by taxi (who waited for us). The flight was amazing try to get left hand side of plane seats if you can but if not the plane turns so both sides will have amazing views and opportunities for photos. We flew with Yeti airlines and the hostess’s pointed out mountains during flight - very helpful.

One of the most beautiful excursions in the Kathmandu Valley
Patan is probably the best preserved and best restored of the three Malla imperial cities of the Kathmandu Valley. The monuments around the Durbar square, the Museum and the Golden Temple are simply astonishing. Immediately after my booking I have received a whatsapp message from one of the managers of the Agency. Our communication was perfect. The driver was more than punctual, the tour guide (Shanti) was extremely cultivated, polite and professional. Being an expert of Nepali culture it was beautiful to listen at her information. We felt priviledged. Her English is good and she does not really look at time if you prolong the visit of a monument. I particulalry liked the Durbar sq and the Golden Buddha in the museum. The Golden Temple accross the street was nforgettable. Shanti chose the right moment when a group of devotees from Kirtipur were chanting. I really wish to go back to Kathmandu. By the way we went in monsoon time and did not rain much, the temperature was pleasant and the vegetation lush and beautiful.

          Mesmerizing
This was our favorite site in the Kathmandu Valley. It is a little far away from the city center but it is the most serene and beautiful place. As established with the agency, the private car came to pick us up in our hotel right on time. The car was comfortable, with air condition and new. The driver very polite with a safe driving style. The tour guide was simply magnificent. Shanti is a young woman who had studied Napali art and culture at the University. Her knowledge is amazing. I am an art historian and I was very interested in the statue of Vishnu. She explained it from the general to the particular, meaning first she spoke about the religious context than, the meaning of the water, the sleeping God, the rituals, the offerings. We did not want to leave. It was mesmerizing. Thank you for such a beautiful excursion. Please preserve all these places. I am a tourist and I am aware that tourism can be polluting. If you go to Budhanilkanta be respectful, do not take photos, stay away from the worshipers. The Kathmandu Valley is a very fragile and vulnerable place.

          Fantastic experience, highly recommended!
Fantastic experience today on this day tour to Chandragiri Hills on the cable car. Picked up on time at my hotel, Ananta, my excellent guide for the day, then looked after picking up the tickets for the cable car, which are included in the price, and up we went on one of the steepest and most spectacular cable car trips in the World. Ananta showed me around the Temple at the top, explaining everything in excellent detail. Enjoyed a nice lunch at the top, and after a leisurely period of enjoying the stunning views, back down in the cable car enjoying even more stunning views. Ananta helped me out with photos, and he and our great driver got me safely back to my hotel. Ananta was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and just a real nice guy. Great day and highly recommended!

Great trip to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites
Shanti was a great guide. She’s very knowledgeable about the sites. Good thing! She asked whether I wanted to visit the cremation site, to which I politely refused. I had a wonderful time. However, it would have been better if the price was more affordable.

          From one world to another
Rabina was an excellent guide, punctual to my pick up spot and knowledgeable with the place guided me. When you book this trip, I recommend you check the weather (sunny day recommended) to avoid heavy fog on the top of the mountain (which was happened during my tour) I gave 5 stars is for the quality of the tour, not the unpleasant weather conditions that can't control by the guide.

Highly recommend to visit in July
I had Shanti as my tour guide. She was well informed and answered all my questions and had so much detail to share - she's literally like a walking encyclopedia. She did her bachelor's in tourism and masters in nepali history and culture which explains why she knew so much info. She also gave good pointers on where to take great photos which was very helpful. Also, coming in July which is the rainy season, is better because there's less tourist and you get the perfect shot without the crazy crowds. And for the 3 days I was here, it only started raining heavy after 9pm or midnight so pretty dry and sunny during the day. I would highly recommend this tour and Shanti. My driver was also really good - safe driver and was friendly.

A lovely introduction to the Himalayan range.
Our travel guide in Kathmandu drove us to this lovely locale at the foothills of the Himalayas. Daring our outdor lunch the clouds suddenly parted to allow our view of the Himalayan range. What a beautiful site!! Then we took a stroll through the rolling countryside to get a feel for serious trekking.

          Terrific Tour!
Looking for a day activity to fill the time before my pm return flight home, I'm so glad to have chosen the half day Chandragiri Tour! It became the perfect finale of my three weeks solo trip in Nepal. Every part of the Tour - -from the booking process, pick up, transport, cable car ride, guided tour, drop off-- was seamless and as wonderful as explained in the tour's description and even more. The cable car ride was smooth & calm yet absolutely thrilling! Although the clouds blanketed the view of Mt Everest and other peaks of the Himalaya on that day, it was still fun and a beautiful experience to literally be in the midst of clouds and that part of nature, and to tour the majestic Hindu temple was special. My tour guide, Ananta, was very punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and polite, and not to mention, a great photographer, too. I learned a lot about the Hindu, Buddhist, and Nepali culture & history. Ananta could answer my every question and more. I also appreciated our driver and the nice, comfortable car ride. I felt safe and totally enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it!

          On top of the World!
Fantastic experience. The driver, the airline, the flight attendants all did an amazing job. Truly an epic and once in a lifetime experience. They kept us posted every step of the way what we were looking at. I had so much fun! The fascinating part was how far down the clouds were. Highly recommended this tour.

Kathmandu Cultural Tour (more or less 6/7 hours)))
I did this tour with Ananta as a guide. He is very aknowledgable, whether in Nepali history or the spirituality/religions. I asked a lot of questions and he always took time to answer it very kindly. And most important, as a solo woman traveller, I felt very safe with him. He is very passionate and joyful guy. I really enjoy this tour with him

Despite the fact I couldnt see the Everest due to the clouds, the whole experience was great! Shishir was very great and knowledgeable about the villages and the nepalese traditionals. The trecking was amazing and very relaxing

Had a great day hiking. Beautiful views even though there was some low cloud. Shirshir was an excellent guide who is very knowledgeable and makes the hiking experience a lot of fun. Would recommend this hike to anyone looking to explore the beautiful mountains near to Kathmandu.

Great day hiking along the ridge. Was lucky enough to have two guides for the price of one so it made for a fun experience! Even got a glimpse of the Himalayas at the start which is rare for this time of year.

        Would reccomend!

We planed a trekking tour to a nearby hill in order to see the mountains as well walk a bit. Our guide took ad to the cable lift and up there to a nice gill overlooking the Kathmandu valley. As warned in advance to see the peaks one should need clear sky. Easy thing I thought but it seems that usually the sky is cloudy. However, we had booked mountain view flight. Up on Chandragir nice Tee house with snacks and kitchen as well as some facilities for recreational activities, especially children. Bach to Kathmandu through forest and the woods, no peoples encounters with few houses of local people on the road. Easy trek of 4 hour walk up and mainly downhill, no water on the trek et all. Picturesque views of the green hills around, Buddist monastery at the end of the trek. The local guide was kind as other encounters, too!

The trip starts with a wonderful hindou temple, on top of the mountains where we were lucky enough to see a ceremony!
And then we went up and down the hills, on and on again! On the old trail from Nepal to India.
Magnificent view points on the Himalayas are permanent companions of this soft hike.

Was one of the most beautiful days i had in Nepal.
I was taken care of by my friendly trekking tour guide Shishir who was very caring and patient. His main concern was how to make it a special and happy day tailored to my own pace. This trek could be a good training/ warmup before heading one of the Nepalee's trekking ventures, the views from the top were simply amazing, the lunch box was so yammy .... Thanks a lot to Shishir who successfully made it a great day, and special thanks to our friendly and professional driver Binod who drove us safely through the curvy hills.

So grateful and many thanks to the team for all the provided services, and I highly recommend them and their services.

Hi Rajia, What a nice visit you have while you are in Kathmandu. Off course this trip is best for pre-hiking before going to mountain and its not easy for city hikers. Hope more people would love doing this hiking before trek as you suggested. Thank you very much for taking a service with us and sharing your experience here. Have a nice time.

If you have limited time in Kathmandu and you are looking for a good and challenging hike, this is a great choice. Shishir and Roshan were a great pair of guides, lots of fun to hang out with. I even managed to see some of the mountains sticking out above the clouds, a rare treat at this time of year.
