What can we say, Kenny went above and beyond to cater for our needs - he was even very flexible when we had our flights changed! From the moment we met, we felt welcomed by Kenny and Eddie (the driver) just like family. We travelled very comfortably in their vehicle and felt safe and secure at all times. The accommodation was comfortable and beautiful, we really enjoyed being surrounded by nature. The day of the trek was challenging, but well worth the hike! Bright safaris Uganda is the best safari company to book with, the experience was incredible and I will never forget when we were walking with the gorillas and a leopard walked right in front of us and it was amazing to see how the guide kept us safe. This multi-day tour is a great way to experience as much of Uganda as possible. My family and I had a great time with Meddy & Moses. They were both very professional & extremely hospitable. We enjoyed all of the activities & the accommodations were great as well.

my mother and i had an amazing experience with bright safaris Uganda to see the mountain Gorillas in bwindi forest. it was our first time in Uganda and our first time experiencing anything like this, at first we were apprehensive but Meddy was so good in answering our silly questions and reassuring us that everything was safe and indeed it was. Meddy was so friendly and meddy our trip the most memorable experience of my life.

We must say this was a right choice to choose this tour agency to manage our trip because it was really beyond our expectation, one of my friend recommended me to bright safaris Uganda after i contacted her about which tour company i should use with my boyfriend in our holiday because she had ever been to Uganda before. she gave me the contact of meddy whom i contacted and gave me options and we choosed a 5 day tour which was really wonderful after visiting queen elizabeth and bwindi where we saw mountain Gorllas and we enjoyed the fullest.

If your a first time traveler like me and your planning to visit Uganda for the first time, your sorted Bright Safaris Uganda can erase your fear, we had fear when we were booking our first tour but finally this tour company did an amazing job for us. I asked him over and over but he never got tired of me and kept encouraging me with detailed testimonials and information that made us finally decided to go to Uganda. And during the tour our guide Moses did us really good, he was knowledgeable and professional. I really advise you to use Bright safari Uganda to organize your trip.

I chose this tour operator because of the good reviews. The communication with Meddy (owner) was very good. Unfortunately, a freelance guide was arranged. Therefore, this tour I had planned (which was confirmed by Meddy to be so feasible) turned out to be a flop. So sorry Meddy, but I have to write the review about the driver here, cause you hired him. My impression/experiences of the driver: - Couldn't find pick-up location (although easy route, good description and marking on city map). During Tour he said he knew where the hotel was and then drove about 20km too far - Very poor communication, only spoke when spoken to and then only to a very limited extent, questions were briefly and inadequately answered, seems to have no knowledge of animals despite years of experience; if he wants to be company then he must be able to converse otherwise dinner quickly becomes a silent torment. - on 2 out of 4 days he mumbled massively (probably drunk?) - sometimes driving too fast (when this was mentioned, he just said I could get out of his car and look for someone else to drive me) - Although the route was discussed several times (I chose a more scenic route), he chose the other road, which was in worse condition, very monotonous in scenery and took much longer, when I noticed it was too late to turn around. - he constantly demanded money (pay for my lunch I have no cash; pay for accommodation, park entrance etc.) although this was already included in his payment. - did not pick up the UWA-Ranger although he was needed and already paid for - and worst of all: he stole my money during the game drive. I was standing in the vehicle the whole time (not looking inside) and my bag was on the seat. When I asked him about it, he laughed and said that he could take me to the police, but that I wouldn't be able to prove it, so it wouldn't make much sense and then blamed the hotel staff) So my well-planned trip unfortunately ended in disaster. Conclusion: If you book, make sure that Dauda Ssebowa is not your driver guide!

Must recommend tour agency, I visited Uganda this year and went on a trip with bright safaris Uganda but it was really wonderful after meeting most friendly people and lots of animals, their staffs are very professional and knowledgeable. I wish to come again to Uganda in future.

Gorillas are very cute. I huge him. They are not wild. :) This tour is amazing and cheap. I see lions! Lions look like very strong. I take a many picture. Tour workers are very good. They always help you. This tour is very natural and ı like it. You should see Uganda. Uganda is very natural and chill place.

We could not have been happier with our tour! We went in early October and the weather was perfect. The views were incredible, as we had expected! But what really made the tour were the guides! They were down to earth, hilarious and we had no idea all the knowledge we would learn a long the way! Would 100% recommend this to anyone considering it! So much fun!!

The three-day tour of the source of the Nile and the sipi falls in Uganda was excellent, it is something that I can never forget, we had fun and had a great time, also the guides and the service they provide is very good and of excellent quality, We are very satisfied to have organized the tour with you, we hope to return next year

fantastic crew and excellent time with monkey adventures , guider met us early in the morning with our driver and provided us with a briefing . Guide were well knowledge about the wildlife within the area we are suppoeded to visit .We are glad that we had a wounderful experince migration spots , there were more animals . kids really enjoyed
