Very bad service! When I spoke to them they pretended to give me a very good offer. In fact he is saving money on every single point. We did a 5 day safari tour. He lied to us about everything! There was no real lunch or dinner and even breakfast was nothing but toast with jam. But even then we had to pay a cook who was too much for our car so it wasn't comfortable at all on travel days. Since a travel company was even closed, we still had to pay him for this day even though we didn't go to this place! (200 dollars per person!!) I advise you to avoid all business with this agency. Ruined the whole vacation. And he's not cheaper than the competition either.
