About
If you love physical fitness and would like a great introduction to Kampala, this is an ideal activity. We combine our love for our city and our passion for wellness through this running city tour every Sunday morning. We provide an opportunity for guests to explore the city and to immerse themselves in some aspects of the local culture through for instance, tasting local street food. This tour is also great for meeting new people as it is a join-in group tour and attracts both locals and travelers. Sundays are ideal for this activity as there is significantly less traffic on the road and the city's pace of life is considerably slower, allowing for a relaxed experience.

- fionah50100What a great way to experience Entebbe !We recently did the morning walking tour with Arthur. It is such a fantastic way to see Entebbe. Arthur is so knowledgeable and we had a fantastic time with him. There is such great history of Entebbe to be learned. The walk is an easy pace and you get to take in all the main historical sights as well as the Botanical Gardens. Love our day hanging out with Arthur ! Can not recommend this tour enough !
- Fallibilismus N00Experience KampalaI give the highest score. My tour guide Ronald was super funny and likable, and he expertly led me to the agreed-upon stops. The visit to the mosque was very impressive. From the minaret, you have a superb view over the city. Thanks again for one of the most beautiful days I've had in Uganda so far.
- msH307DC00Great experience in Kampala city.My guide, Andrew was a very nice, reliable person and a reliable experienced tour guide. We could spend really a good time throughout the tour. He was flexible enough to arrange our stops based on my wish. I definitely recommend to try this tour when you come to Kampala especially for the first time.
- daisymP7779AO00Jinja solo experienceFirst, I booked my trip really late and initially thought it was short notice for the company and I wouldn’t make it. But they came through for me, as a solo traveller, the pickup car was right on time and my guide Andrew gave me the best experience, from exploring local delicacies to even enjoying myself on the road and different places. My favorite was the Ssesibwa falls, lots of history there!!! And of course I got to experience the Nile beer on the Nile River, which was just beautiful, I learnt a lot of facts about both Nile River and Lake Victoria. The Jinja village tour was also a great experience and I was able to do some shopping as well. But, next time use a car with windows that are clear and not tinted, I would have loved to take videos during the drive but couldn’t because I couldn’t clearly see the outside. But, all in all it was a beautiful experience, I also recommend one to spend the night over in Jinja as this was a packed day from 7am to 6pm. Traffic was just messy too.
- GrandTour5388712874200Excellent private walking tour in KampalaWe had a very interesting private walking tour in Kampala. Andrew was a very nice, knowledgeable guide, who guided us to a restaurant with local food and helped us also to get a SIM card. Communication with Arthur to organize the tailored tour was easy.
- sousabar00Touring the botanical gardensViola was a wonderful guide she took us to the botanical gardens. We talked about the life in Entebbe, the culture and the values of the Ugandan people. She really tries to get up on a boat a boat to return home, which was a lot of fun.
- marilynandallan00Enjoyable Walking Tour!We arrived fresh off our flight into Entebbe to a lovely interactive and fun walking tour with Arthur. We enjoyed our chat with him over rolexes, and found him to be knowledgeable, personable and professional throughout our walking tour. We walked from up town to down town, checked out the Saturday market (very interesting!), the Botanical Gardens and its assorted wildlife and generally had us a wonderful afternoon to ease us into our Ugandan adventure. Highly recommended!
- K9315SMpaulr00Best Cultural Activity I Had in One Month in UgandaBest cultural experience of my one month in Uganda. The host couple are warm, articulate and enthusiastic. I had the best time in both market and preparing the meal. Two neighbors joined in "teaching" me. Everyone spoke English and educated me about culture and life as well as food. I highly recommend this experience.

- christinb97000Recommended!The tour was very insightful and I would recommend it for anyone who wants to experience downtown Kampala. It's good to go with the guide who can give you some background information and navigates you safely through the busy places.
- louisebM9777CC00Great tour with local experts!Great tour with Andrew all the day to/from Kampala. Really appreciated that we also met with local guides at each stop - Sezibwa falls, Mabira rainforest and the Nile river boat trip. The local guides had excellent local knowledge and were able to respond to all our questions. Also appreciated that we were able to stay longer at some sites, and that there was some flexibility in the programme. Definitely recommend!
- 611faith00Fun and knowledgable tour guide!Learnt so much about the history of Kampala in this short tour. Our tour guide was great, he spoke passionately about Uganda and Kampala and we came away feeling very knowledgable.
- M5815IUseanr00Highly recommended- outstanding serviceOur tour guide, Arthur, is professional and knowledgeable about the numerous historic sites in downtown Entebbe. We also enjoyed the Arthur's tour of the Botanical Gardens where we learned about the trees and plants and wildlife endemic to the region. This tour guide is highly recommended.
