This agency was very helpful in finding for me the Gorilla permits and in organizing my stay in Bwindi impenetrable forest. Also the lodge was very nice!

Thanks so much Valentino for your support, despite the fact that it was last minute notice in a very busy season, and there was hesitation in sending the money for buying the permits.

Fred was very professional and helpful in organising my Gorilla permits and made the process very easy. Unlike many agencies who charge an exorbitant $60USD fee per permit Fred changed a much more reasonable fee.

Dear Tim, We are also very glad that when we sent you the invoice, you responded very first with payments, which eased the purchase of the gorilla permits on your preferred dates.
